The day was finally was here. The dance finally arrived. Since the dance was on a Friday, Lucy was staying over at my house all weekend and we were both so excited. We had not done that since the weekend Richie and I finally became a couple and that was a month ago, so Lucy and I were due for a sleepover weekend. We decided to meet the boys at school so we could surprise them with our looks. "Ow Shauna! That hurts!" I laughed as I was doing Lucy's hair. "Well I am sorry doll face" I said to Lucy. "It is not my fault that you have this gorgeous mane of hair!" Lucy stuck her tongue out at me in the mirror and I did it right back. After I curled her hair, I placed a flower in it and I started to tear up a bit. "Man, my best friend is so gorgeous." Lucy started to tear about herself. "Shauna, you are the reason I have been the best I have felt in a very long time. No on makes me feel good about myself and as beautiful as you" I looked at her through the mirror and said "Well, I am sure Patrick makes you feel pretty good too, in more ways than one." I winked and laughed at her and she pinched me. "Okay missy, " said Lucy, "your turn to get your hair done." I sat down in the chair as Lucy did my hair. She was so great at doing hair. I always told her she should be a hair stylist when she gets older.  I always do my best to help Lucy see how insanely talented and gorgeous she is. I am so happy she won Patrick's heart. They make each other so damn happy and that makes me so damn happy. I just want the best for her and I always will. When she was done with my hair, she curled it so beautifully I was about to cry. She also placed flowers through my hair, she had these special clips where she was able to place real flowers on them. "Oi, Shauna you are going to kill those Losers tonight!  You are killing me now!" I laughed and gave her a big hug. "Ugh, Lucy I am so lucky to have you, so damn lucky." 

When we walked down the stairs, my mom was crying and my dad was a bit too to be honest. They both could not stop telling us how beautiful we both looked. My dad drove us and he was so proud. He kept looking through the rear view mirror and smiling at me and I smiled right back. "Okay girls, I will be back at 10 o'clock. Have fun and don't let those boys hurt you!" Lucy and I both laughed. "Don't worry dad, we know how to put them in their place if anything goes wrong."  He smiled and kissed me on the forehead. My dad and I were always close, but we got much closer since we moved here and that made me very happy. 

When Lucy and walked into school, it looked so pretty. They had the whole hallway that lead to the gym lit with gorgeous fairy lights and it was such a pretty sight. Miss Kelly and our History teacher Mr. Drake, our two favorite teachers were the ones taking our tickets from us. "You both look beautiful!" said Miss Kelly. She was just so so sweet. "Thank you so much Miss Kelly" Lucy and I said in unison. "Not to interrupt this lovely conversation ladies, but Shauna & Lucy there are a group of young men that have been waiting for your arrival." said Mr. Drake laughing. We all laughed and I said "Thank you Miss. Kelly and Mr. Drake. We will see you later."  As Lucy and I walked into the gym, our eyes grew wider, it was so beautiful. It looked like a magical wonderland where I would picture fairies living. Then I saw them. Our adorable Losers looking all cute and handsome. They were all dressed in suits and they looked dashing, especially Richie and Bill. I was trying to stay positive, but I was very nervous that something was going to happen because I was dating Richie and Bill was told he was my date to the dance, oi I was afraid. They hadn't noticed us yet, and I was happy about that because I was hoping for a big reaction from them. This was the first time Lucy and I were really dressed up and had a decent amount of makeup on so I was excited to see their reactions. We first were noticed by Patrick and he couldn't believe how beautiful we both looked, especially Lucy. Once he knew we were there, he went to let Richie, Bill,  Eddie and Stan know were arrived. Once Patrick told them and they all turned around and saw us from across and I wish I could have captured the looks on their faces. 

Richie's P.OV.

I felt paralyzed to be honest. This was the first time I had ever seen Shauna in the  dress since she tried it on at the store and this was the first time I saw her in makeup and really dolled up. She looked so breathtaking, I could not believe it. I was so nervous, the most nervous I have ever felt. She had her hair curled, with flowers through it, damn I was sweating so much. I could not believe how angelic she looked, she always looked like a beautiful angel, but she really out did herself this time.

Bill's P.O.V.

This is the moment I knew I made a mistake but I could not go back. I knew in this moment I should have asked Shauna out first. I could not take her from Richie now but I made such a big mistake. This is the first time I ever saw Shauna in her dress and all dolled up with makeup and she just looked so stunning I could not believe it. My breaths kept getting caught in my throat I was in such shock at how breathtaking she looked. This night was going to be magical, but also difficult. Shit, I am nervous. 

Alright, they see us, I thought. "Alright, Lucy. I said as I took her hand. Let's go over to our boys and get this night started. She smiled at me and squeezed my hand back. "Let's do it Shauna."

AHHHHH I AM BACK!!! I am so sorry it took sooooooooooooooooo long to update. Life has been difficult and I was just not motivated to update but I am back now! Enjoy the chapter loves!!
