"We are now standing in front of the main building of the Valentino Group of Companies, and I can honestly say that this building is just spectacular." The news reporter says as he turns around to admire at the building behind him.

He looks back at the cameraman and continues, "As you can see, reporters from every station has gathered here today for the company's seventh anniversary. The chairman of this great empire has allowed us, for the first time in history, to get a glimpse inside this marvelous building."

As he was about to say something else, the main door of the building opens, and everyone who were waiting outside the building started cheering.

"The doors are open!" the reporter excitedly announces.

A man - who was obviously in a high position in the company - walks in front of the reporters with a megaphone. The first thing everyone noticed was that the man was wearing leather gloves, but no one dared ask about it.

The man positions the megaphone in front of his mouth and says, "Good morning ladies and gentlemen. We are honored that you have decided to visit this company, but as the chairman instructed, you are to oblige to all the rules that are to be given to you, guests or not. If you break any of the rules, you are forced to leave the building with no question."

The moment the man said those words; everyone who were listening started to look serious.

"Rule one, you are to wear the gloves provided to you before entering the building," the man started, and on cue, dozens of other men in suit and gloves went out of the building to hand out leather gloves to the reporters and camera crews.

The people were confused, but they wore the gloves anyway.

When everyone was already wearing the gloves, the man with the megaphone continued, "Rule two, you are not to touch or move any of the objects inside the building. Rule three, you will only follow the man in charge of the tour and will not roam. Rule four, you are not to ask any of the employees any questions that were not approved by the company, and Rule five..."

The man pauses and looks at everyone with a terrifying glare before continuing with the rules, "Everything...must be in complete order."

The news reporter gulps as he stares at the man in front of them with an expression that showed worry.

"Follow these rules and we will end this tour with ease. Now, in behalf of Chairman Romeo Valentino, I am president Lukas Sterling, and welcome to the Valentino Empire," the man says before giving the megaphone to the guard beside him.

President Sterling goes back inside the building first, and like what he instructed, all the reporters went into a straight line before heading inside and following him inside the building as well.

"This company is already interesting," our main reporter whispered to the camera.

As he was following the line like the rest of the reporters, he looks back at the camera and whispers again, "There are rumours that the chairman of this company has severe OCD issues, I doubted it at first but now I'm starting to think that those rumours must be true."

"This is the main lobby. This is where we handle visitors and guests," the president explains as everyone marveled at the beauty of the lobby area.

"This looks more like a hotel lobby," the reporter comments with awe.

Everyone inside the building was wearing leather gloves too, and there were sanitizers placed in almost every inch of the building.

The president continued to walk towards another room, but the reporter looks at the cameraman and says, "We're not going to get any juicy gossip if we just go with the flow here. Our viewers want to see the real thing, right?"

He looked straight at the camera, like he was actually waiting for the audience to respond to him.

He grins and leans closer to the camera before whispering, "Follow me."

"Are you fucking serious? You're gonna get us kicked out," the cameraman suddenly whispered back.

"We're here to get the real story behind this mysterious empire, not the lies. Now stop acting like a baby and follow me," the reporter fires back.

When everyone was already in a different room, the reporter quickly ran towards the staircase without anyone seeing him; the cameraman just right behind him.

They ran upstairs until they were out of breath.

He looks back at the camera and says, "Oh my god...this is crazy."

"You're going to get us in big trouble Paul," the cameraman says, but the reporter - who was apparently named Paul - ignores him and enters a room instead.

The room was a typical company office. It was just employees with leather gloves (not weird at all) inside office cubicles. But if you're wondering if there's at least something different about it then I can say that everything is just dead-ass organized.

From stacks of papers to pens perfectly aligned on top of the desk, everything, and I mean everything, was just well organized.

"This is kinda creepy and impressive at the same time," the reporter says, making everyone look at him with shock.

A female employee quickly stands up from her seat to go to him, "Sir, I'm sorry but what are you-"

The reporter didn't even care about the consequences of his actions as he cut her off with no hesitation, "Don't worry, I'm a reporter and we were given a pass," the reporter lies while showing the gate pass that was around his neck.

The girl was about to question him again but the reporter quickly says, "So, can you say something about Chairman Valentino?"

The female employee was surprised and couldn't even answer, so a male employee steps in to stop him.

"I'm sorry but the reporters are instructed to only follow the..."

"I'll leave as soon as you answer my questions," the reporter persistently says.

The male employee looked annoyed, so he grabbed the reporter by the arm and leaned towards him, "If you don't want both of us to get in trouble...leave."

"I told you, I'll only leave if I-"

The female employee cuts him off this time as she says, "You want to know something about the chairman? Well he's not the nicest man you'll meet, so we suggest you leave now before we call the guards."

The male employee finally lets go of the reporter's arm. The reporter then looks back at the cameraman and nods his head, "Fine, we'll be leaving now. Sorry for the trouble."

Everyone was looking at the reporter, so he quickly pushed the cameraman out of the room before anyone starts calling the guards for real.

The moment they were outside, the reporter laughs.

"Oh shoot I thought we were going to get kicked out," he excitedly says.

"We will be if we don't stop snooping around. We should head back to where the others are," the cameraman insisted.

"Oh come on, we're only getting started," the reporter answers as he started walking away from where the cameraman was standing.

The cameraman sighs in frustration but follows the reporter anyways. While they were hurriedly walking, the reporter bumps into another male employee.

The reporter looks at the camera and whispers, "Another suspect."

The male employee was supposed to ignore them, but the reporter grabs him by the arm and stops him. The reporter was about to ask him the same question about the chairman like what he did to the other employees earlier, but he stops midway when he sees the male employee glaring at him instead.

The employee was wearing the same leather gloves that everyone was wearing, but he was fully covered from neck down, no part of his skin would be seen except his face. The way he just stood there sent out a somehow visible dark aura too. His eyes looked so taunting that it made the reporter gulp and slowly let go of his arm.

"G-Good morning...sir," the reporter says nervously.

The male employee stares at the reporter without saying a word, making the reporter feel terrified even more.

"We're just...we're just here to interview-"

"You're not supposed to be here," the employee says with a low and intimidating voice, making the reporter flinch.

"There they are!" someone suddenly shouts from the end of the hallway.

The reporter and the cameraman quickly turns around only to see five guards approaching them.

"This is what I was talking about Paul!" the cameraman finally shouts as he puts the camera down. Now the camera was focused on the floor.

"Timothy, run!" the reporter shouts back, and then both of them started running as the guards chased after them.

The guards were eventually able to catch up with them. They grabbed the two troublemakers by the waist and carried them like a potato sack.

"Sorry! We didn't mean to roam around! Please don't hurt us!" the reporter begged, but the guards didn't listen to him.

Soon after they arrived at the lobby area. The guards threw the two men out of the building, causing the camera to have a crack on the lens because of the impact.

"The chairman will deal with you afterwards." One of the guards informed as he glares at the two men before going back inside the building with the rest of the guards.

The reporter and the cameraman were panting heavily as they looked at each other.

"T-The camera...is it okay?" the reporter asks as he stood up from the floor.

The cameraman stands up as well to check the camera, "It's okay. It has a crack but it's still working."

     The reporter laughs and rejoices.

"Damn that was awesome! We didn't get much but at least we got more exciting content than those other reporters," the reporter says with a proud smile.

He cleans himself off and looks back at the camera, "Well guys I guess that's all we have left. I am Paul Martinez from EXRay Media, showing you the insides of the lives of famous and well-known people. Thank you and have a great day."

     *Television turns off*

I smirked and stood up from the sofa.

"Sir, do you want me to contact that company so we could talk to that Paul Martinez reporter?" my secretary asked.

I placed the remote control as neatly as possible on the table. Then I looked at my secretary and answered, "Please do. That man wanted to know more about me right? Then let's show him how NICE I could be."

     "Of course chairman."

My secretary bows his head and leaves the room with no further questions.

I took a deep breath and walked towards my mirror to stare at my own reflection. Then, the phone suddenly rings.

I sighed and commanded, "Answer call"

The phone automatically answers the caller.

"Val! Happy seventh anniversary! Heard you were having a party tomorrow!" the man enthusiastically says.

I quickly frowned when I realized who the caller was, "I am, was it too obvious that I didn't invite you?"

"Very funny Val. So, where's the location? Everyone here wouldn't tell me where it is", my friend – Bryson King – asked through the phone.

"I told you you're not invited, and I specifically told everyone to not inform you about it. It's a business party, outsiders aren't allowed, especially you," I answered him as I walked back to the sofa to sit down.

"Oh come on, I'm a fucking King, I am definitely not an outsider. And you obviously know that I'm under one of your companies too. If it weren't for the Kings you wouldn't be so high and mighty now Mr. Valentino," Bryson explained, making me smirk on how stupid he sounded, "I work with your father, not with his stupid and spoiled son. So please end the call so I could stop hearing your annoying voice."

"You're seriously making bad jokes right now Val...anyways, just text me whenever you feel like having fun. You know I got more places to bring you," he stated, but before I could complain, he hangs up the phone.

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes, but then I quickly opened them back when I remembered something.

I took the remote control and turned the television on again, then I skimmed the clip that I just watched earlier and stopped at the part where the reporter bumped into one of my employees.

"We're just...we're just here to interview-"

"You're not supposed to be here."

I stopped the clip on the part where it was focused on the male employee.

I stared at him for a long time, not even recognizing who he was, "Who the hell are you?" I asked myself as I continued to stare at him.

     I didn't like how I didn't know him.

I knew everyone in my company because I needed to know everything in order for my company to be organized.

Me not knowing who he was, made me furious.

I was so angry that I was clenching on the remote that I thought it would eventually break.

I took a deep breath and eased myself, and then I looked back at the screen. He was staring directly at the camera, his jet-black eyes filled with emotions that for a second I thought he was directly right in front of me now too.

I quickly blinked and turned the television off again.

"He's not significant," I told myself as I placed the remote back on the table as neatly as possible.

I stood up from the sofa and said again, "He's not significant."

I walked back to where my mirror was and stared at my reflection for the second time.

"He's not significant." I said for the last time to convince myself that he really wasn't...

And boy was I so wrong about that.
