~Felix's POV~

Demetri and I take our seats in the stands for the rink, this years Winter Olympic Competition is in New York. It's been months since we've seen our mate but we've been following everything she has been doing from her social media platforms. We saw a couple months back that she win something called the Prank War. Whatever that is, we'll ask her about that later.

The problem with be Russian coven was that there was a rumor of an immortal child being created, so we along with the twins went to investigate. Turns out there was no immortal child, just a little girl who was born rare enough to have red eyes. It happens where humans have red eyes, but it's rare. So it was a waste of time.

"When" Santiago asks "will Catalina comes out?" It isn't just Demetri and I here but also our coven, also Demetri's venom family is here. The Egyptian coven. The Cullens their also here, but ever some ways away from us-they've been acting more weirder lately.

"Is that" I ask Demetri "Catalina's blood family?" I see that Charlie Swan with three other people here. One being a very depressed looking human. Their by some wolf shifters who Caius is absolutely hating right now.

"It is" Demetri confirms, why are they here? Catalina I know doesn't like them, that depressed one must be her sister.

"Representing USA" the announcer speaks up "Daniel Montgomery and Catalina Swan" we watch as Danny and our mate rush onto the ice. She looks absolutely beautiful in her skin tight suit. She's wearing a deep red short dress where at the end it's blue with crystals on the dress with criss cross whatever. I'm not one to know about dress, all I know is that she's showing off her body and her scars she got from her ex. She seems okay but I don't know.

"Oh Demetri" Kebi says "she looks so beautiful"

"She's going to be one interesting newborn" Amun tells Demetri "if she survived a wolf shifter attack, she's going to be one tough little thing"

The song Beauty and the Beast plays through the place. We watch as Danny and Catalina skate around the rink, we watch as she stays off of her right leg.

They do a triple spin double toe, I think it's called. Their spinning in the air three times before landing on the ice. We clap as they do this.

Danny then grabs Catalina by her waist and lifts her up into the air, by lift I mean he tossed her up into the air. We clap for her when they do this.

My frozen heart I can feel threatening to beat harder in my chest, wanting to beat again as I watch my mate do hard stunts.

Danny holds her up in the air by her hands, her feet are in the air. One leg, her injured leg bent "Didn't you say" Afton asks "that wolf shifter ex hurt her leg badly?"

"He did" Demetri growls "and we shattered half his-why is he here?"

"What?" Heidi asks

"Her ex is here" I growl, I see by her biological family the wolf shifters are here.

We watch as my mate do a few more jumps before Danny picks her up and holds her as the two look into each others eyes. Danny then squints, why and covers his eyes before tripping "Ah!" Catalina is dropped and rolls on the ice as Danny falls unconscious while Catalina is curled grabbing her side crying. Everyone gasps standing up when we watch this happen.

Demetri and I run out of our seats and onto the ice, other than the EMT or whoever this guy is Demetri and I are by her side "Demetri, Felix" she looks at me "my side" she then looks over "Danny" we see someone with him.

The EMT picks her up and we get off the ice "Where does it hurt?" Demetri asks

"My leg" she cries, we look down at we see this huge black and blue bruise on her side thigh going up to her ribs.

~Demetri's POV~

"Don't worry son" Amun is by my side as Felix and I are in the hospital where Carlisle Cullen is doing surgery on our mate. Apparently her leg was dislocated wrongly so it needs to be set right "she will be fine"

"Amin is right" Marcus says "your mate is a very strong woman"

"Was it just me" Corin asks "but did it seem like someone did it on purpose?" We look at her "sorry it's just, that Daniel squinted like something was in his eye"

Carlisle comes out covered in my mates blood "How is she?" Felix demands

"I had to put her into a coma" he says

"Why?" I growl, Santiago and Afton are holding Felix back with the queens-yes, Sulpacia and Athenadoraare both here-trying to keep him calm.

"She also hit her head" he says "it caused a rupture in her brain that needed to be fixed right away...I'm afraid she won't be able to skate like she once did unless she were" unless she were turned.

"Unless she were what?" Kendall asks, right the humans are here.

"Given a miracle" Carlisle says

"When can we see her?" I ask

"Only you and Felix" he says

"What?" Felix and I are about to go back when we see that Charlie here "why them? Also where's your kid Carlisle?"

"Charlie" Esme says "maybe now isn't the place"

"I have one daughter" he yells "in the hospital and two men I don't even know are going to see her and I can't while my other daughter is in this zombie like state because of your son"

"Sir" security comes over "we ask you to please leave"

"Felix, Demetri" Carlisle waves us over, we follow him despite the one human yelling saying he's her father and that Felix and I have no right.

When we see our mate, she has bandages wrapped around her head sleeping. Felix and I go on either side of her, taking her hand each we wait till she wakes up.

~Felix's POV~

It's been two weeks and Catalina hasn't woken up yet, I'm very much tempted into turning her right now but we don't. Hearing a groan, we look to see Catalina waking up "Catalina"

She looks around at us "Felix? Demetri?" She asks "what...Danny-how is he?"

"He's okay" Demetri assured her, yes we asked him and someone did indeed cause this to happen. Demetri and I tracked down that person and it turned out to be two different teams. The one from Russia and the other from France who were jealous, so with the help of the twins we made sure the teams were killed a painful death.

"You were in worse condition" I say, she nods her head but winces "don't move too much baby, your still healing"

"She's awake" we see the kings come in with the wives

"I thought I was seeing things" she says "was your entire coven here?"

"We were" Aro nods his head "we sent some of the others back to Volterra-Catalina these are our mates Sulpacia and Athenadora" Athenadora has long blonde hair with hard features that make her look dangerously beautiful and Sulpacia has a kind face with long black hair, both have pale skin.

"Hello" Athenadora smiles "it's really nice to meet you"

"We met your ex" Sulpacia says "he's an asshole"

"Has everyone met him?" She asks "why was he here?"

"Try to convince you to break up with your mates" Marcus says "apparently that wolf is hellbent on you not turning"

"Someone remind me" she grumbled "to give him a very painful death when I'm turned"

"Gladly" Caius smiles, oh yes he hates wolves. Doesn't matter if their wolf shifters or werewolve, he hates them.

"Look who's awake" Carlisle comes in and does his doctor stuff.

"I won't be able to skate again" Cat has tears rim her eyes "will I?"

Carlisle shakes his head "not unless your turned, the damage done to your body was too great-your lucky you can even walk" Demetri and I comfort our mate as she cries. We should have made those people who did this to our Catalina suffer worse.
