~Felix's POV~

"Finally" I sigh relieved when Demetri and I see our mate in her hotel room sleeping, for the last few months we have been texting and FaceTiming our mate. Turns out Demetri can't track her so to say we have been on edge is an understatement. We have stalked her Instagram and every social platform she has, soon we'll have her be introduced to the platform for supernaturals. It'd this app that connects her phone to the supernatural world, a witch made it.

"Let's go" Demetri and I run to our mate, her figure skating partner slash like a brother to her—he's on his way to California where the two will be practicing for the upcoming Olympic's since their representing America.

Picking her up, she gasps awake. Her heart faces as she looks around before calming down to see she's safe in my arms and Demetri who is beside us "La nostra bellissima regina del ghiaccio" Our beautiful ice queen we have seen her performances and her ex was a fool for not wanting to watch her skate. She skates so beautifully.

"Demetri" she smiles "Felix"

"Come on" I say "time to meet everyone"

"I'm in my pajamas" she gasps as I run her to the castle, she holds on tightly as we go through the streets. When we are at the castle, I set her down and she shivers all I put my jacket around her "I'm in my pajamas" she looks down at her short lace black pajama set with purple butterflies on it.

"And?" Demetri asks

"You look so beautiful" I tell her "in anything"

She smiles "Will they like me?"

"Don't worry" we each kiss her, pulling away we take her hands "they'll love you" I open the door and the kings who are on their thrones look at us as we enter the room.

Aro smiles "You must be Catalina Swan!"

"Buonasera" Good evening our mate says to him, her heart races as the kings stare at her. I notice Santiago and Afton are here with Jane and Alec who smile her way "Vostra maestà" Your majesties

"Sei fluente in italiano?" Your fluent in Italian? Caius asks

"Da quando avevo quattordici anni" Since I was fourteen she nods her head, good. We mostly speak Italian to the receptionist and we're in Italy so yeah.

"How wonderful!" Aro comes down and takes her hand, he laughs after a moment "How intriguing? I see absolutely nothing" pulling away "I wonder if she's immune to all of our gifts...Jane?" Demetri places Catalina behind him as I move to fall in pain. Jane's excruciating psychic pain radiates through my body, I feel like how I did when I was being turned but worse.

"Felix!" Catalina yells, the pain I was feeling started to dim and I stand up confused. The cracks that started to form on my skin go away. Looking at Catalina who stares at me, she stares at me with so much love in her eyes. She also happens to be so calm as she holds onto Demetri while staring at me.

"Jane?" Aro asks, looking over I see him whisper something and soon Demetri falls down in pain. Catalina looks at him and like with myself, he was in pain where his skin started to crack—which means Jane was using her power on high—then he stands up confused.

Aro claps his hands together "A shield! A very powerful one at that too"

"What?" Our mate asks as she comes over to us "a what?"

"Your a shield" Caius tells her, everyone stares at her intrigued "for someone to be as gifted as you are is one in two hundred"

"But" Marcus breathes out "to already use your ability to shield others...that is truly a rare thing to behold"

"Renata" Aro calls for Renata, we see Renata who normally stays in the shadows come out. When she does come out she's really kind and sweet, she's also shy most of the time. She has dark curly hair with brown skin and brown eyes.

"Renata can create physical shields" Aro tells Catalina "while you create psychic shields"

"Oh" she says

"What happened to your back?" Aro asks "I saw in your mates memories some scars but..."

"Oh" she blushes "I punched my ex boyfriend in the face"

This confused the kings "Might we see the scars?" Aro asks "if your comfortable of course?" That'd the thing about Catalina, she doesn't care about her scars being shown. She takes pride in them, which means she takes pride in punching her ex boyfriend in the face which I should have Demetri track down so we can do much worse to.

She nods her head, turning around their eyes widen when she removes her shirt to show the large claw marks on her back. Demetri and I block anyone from seeing her breasts. She didn't tell us fully what happened, all she said was that it was a wolf attack.

"Are those claw marks?" Caius asks

She puts her top back on, turning around "My ex boyfriend is a wolf shifter" I'm sorry? What? She punched a wolf shifter in the face?

"You punched a wolf shifter in the face?" Marcus asks "why?"

She nods her head "He fucked my slut of a sister in my old home with the door wide open where anyone can walk in" she said she had trust issues, but how could she be cheated on?! "Also he called me a slut" Demetri and I growl hearing this, we're going to kill this man.

"Your" Caius chuckles "going to be one tough little newborn"

"Why don't you show Catalina to your room?" Aro suggests, yes Demetri and I now share a room since we both share a mate "she must be freezing in only her pajamas"

We nod our heads leaving, when we leave the room Catalina giggles "Wow that was scary"

"They love you" Demetri tells her "Also why didn't you tell us about your ex doing this to you?"

"Because when I'm a vampire" she says "I want to kill him when he least expects it" that's my mate.

~Catalina's POV~

"You guys" smiling as I see my trophies all around "have all my trophies and awards?" Tears well in my eyes as I see this.

"Of course" Felix tells me

"Why wouldn't we?" Demetri asks "we enter everyone to know how amazing you are"

Turning to them, I hug them crying "This sit the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me" not even Paul asked to have one of my trophies to show off how amazing I am "and these are happy tears"

"Good" Felix smiles "now, I believe we have something planned"

"Oh?" I ask "you do?"

Demetri nods his head "Come" we go to the bed where I see a large heart shaped stuff crusted pepperoni pizza made. There is a bottle of champagne with a bottle of I don't know what and finally there is a small present box here.

Looking over I smile seeing the tv with a horror movie set up "This" motioning to the date night "is perfect and so romantic, I've never done something like this before"

"Really?" Felix asks "your ex didn't plan date nights?"

"His version" sighing, I mean what's sad is that Paul doesn't know how to plan date nights. We simply went to parties or something like that, sign number one of manwhore ways always and forever "of a date night is...you don' want to hear"

"We do" Demetri nods his head

"Promise not to go running off and just stay by my side?" I ask, they nod their heads "his version of a date night is partying till we are so drunk that I'm half certain I worried about becoming pregnant while he always waved me off saying it'll be alright"  they growl at that

"Well" Demetri brings me to the bed "good thing we found you"

"I'm glad too" smiling as I sit between them "now. What movie are we watching?"

"Carrie" they both say, oh yes they read my blog and see I'm currently working on the book and movies of Carrie. They are so considerate and loving, nothing like Paul at all. Actually come to think about it, ever since meeting them I've only thought about them and no one else.
