We have successfully finished the second prompt and are stepping into prompt 3. Thank you to everyone who participated in the last prompt and we're hoping to see the enthusiasm this time around as well!

⟢ This prompt starts on January 20, 2025 and ends on February 20, 2025. The next prompt starts on March 1, 2025.

⟢ Write the next sentence as an in-line comment to the prompt, starting with a 🔗 if you're contributing and without if you're expressing your reaction. Only in-line comments will be permitted because this is a chain and must be followed in that fashion.

→ After the slight run-overs with the first two prompts, we've decided to make the "one-sentence" rule more elaborate and provide examples.

1. Each participant may submit only one sentence in response to the prompt. You can submit further sentences after someone has already posted after your first sentence. Example:

Person 1: Hi, this is my sentence and I'm going to write it this way.

Person 2: 🔗 Hi, this is my sentence, in continuation to the sentence of the first person and I'm writing with regards to this.

Person 1: 🔗This is my sentence in continuation of the idea to the sentence written by second person and I'm following the rules of grammar.

2. Your sentence can be as short or as long as you'd like, including the use of commas, semicolons or conjunctions as long as it remains grammatically correct and expresses a single coherent idea.

3. There is no word limit to the sentences, however, do not go overboard and pull a "The Road" book on us. If you know that book, you probably know how difficult it is to read. We'd like to keep our and your sanity intact.
