The dog said.

Reimu successfully defused the next bombs, but her approach was different when she tried to defuse the glass of water. "Now, I shouldn't have a hard time with the glass since the other bombs were easy to diffuse-" As soon as Reimu finished the sentence, the glass began to move erratically. "So it's trying to prevent me from defusing me huh? Well you should've take better notes then." The maiden took out her gohei and charged up a spell card. "Hold on Reimu! You use one of those spell card thingies and you might blow up the whole place!" Alphys said. "Shouldn't that water produce a small and harmless explosion though?" "No, because Mettaton stored huge amounts of dynamite in that glass!" "You aren't serious." Reimu said, "How can you stuff a lot of explosives in that small cup???" "Beats me, but I've slowed down the glass' movements with an EM wave. You should be able to defuse it now!" The glass began to slow down before it completely stopped. "Ahh, you're right. Thanks Alphys!" Reimu defused the glass of water.

"EXCELLENT WORK DEFUSING ALL OF THE BOMBS!!!" Mettaton was beamed. "IF YOU HAD FAILED TO DEFUSE THEM, THEN THE BIG ROCKET BOMB WOULD HAVE EXPLODED IN TWO MINUTES! NOW IT WON'T EXPLODE IN TWO MINUTES!
