I think those two articles I edited have gained popularity throughout the month. Aya gave me the opportunity to do my own article, so why the heck not? "I won't restrict you with anything, just as long as you state the truth." Aya said to me. "Well you've been bending that rule since you tend to over-exaggerate things all the time you know-" Aya shoved me out of the Bunbunmaru building just I was about to finish my sentence. "Just go find something to write to your hearts content!" Aya slammed the door right in front of my face as I was about to speak.

Head Maid starts Tea Shop?!?!? Mansion starts Tea Certification Exams!

Honestly, when you're the head maid of a mansion, you're expected to know everything and execute your tasks perfectly, including tea making. This is where we go to Sakuya Izayoi, head maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion who has knowledge of over 1000 varieties of teas. She has recently set up a tea shop and has become a trending hit among tea lovers.

PK: What made you start a tea business Sakuya? You could've done a business on other things like pa....stries.

Sakuya: Well, at first I wanted to start a restaurant because of my excellent cooking skills, but it would seem wasteful since there are many restaurants catered to youkai and humans alike, and I'd easily lose the competition. And then I thought about tea; no one did tea before, so why not do it? So I set up shop outside of the mansion.

Sakuya's Tea Shop has flourished over the past 2 months, with having more than 500 customers coming in per week.

PK: How do you manage to remember all the tea varieties?

Sakuya: Popular ones, I can remember them all. The others? I forget all the time. *laughs* I have a book that contains the tea varieties I need, so I stop time and quickly look on how to make them.

PK: I see. Do you include milk tea in your shop?

Sakuya: Definitely. It's a tea and a bubble tea shop hybrid!

PK: ...Now I'm really interested in this shop. *laughs*

Sakuya plans on expanding her business to all over Gensokyo, including the human village.

PK: Now, how will you get employees to make the same quality of tea you make?

Sakuya: Simple. The mansion will soon start doing a Tea Certification Exam where participants will brew certain kinds of teas. Remilia and I will be the judges and we'll decide if they pass of not.

PK: What a great idea!

Sakuya: I know, right?

Sakuya mentioned that Keine is the first person to get her Tea license, because of her desires to create the teas she wanted.

PK: So, when will the exams start, and what would they include?

Sakuya: Exams will start on 11/20, with the beginner one costing 2500 yen, advanced one costing 5500 yen, and expert being 9000 yen. The beginner is the basic teas, advanced is if you want to have even more knowledge, and expert is if you want to be part of my tea shop.

PK: That's a lot of devotion if they want to do the expert. Do you think you'll get employees for the tea shop?

Sakuya: Definitely. There are people who are devoted to tea and tea only. It's only time until they come.
