Cirno is also responsible for creating the meme, 9. Where did that originate? In the manual of Phantasmagoria of Flower View, you can see 9 things classified.

In the manual, the 9th object is pointing at Cirno. The description? Baka. Baka is idiot in Japanese, so many fans concluded that Cirno is an idiot. Evidence? The Icicle sign "Ice fall."

An IOSYS project involving Cirno was also made. It was called Cirno's Perfect Math Class.
