Ben's Pov~

After Midnight got done singing I was in a daydream, her voice was so amazing. I couldn't even hear all the cheering and clapping everyone did. I just stood there in place not moving. Then I heard Sally speak up.

"Midnight why are you crying?" Sally asked letting go of Midnight.

"N-nothing Sally. I don't think you would quit understand." Midnight said letting more tears fall.

I didn't know why she was crying at all, so I wanted to cheer her up since we were starting over as friends.

"Midnight are you ok? I asked putting my hand on her shoulder.

Midnight just shrugged off my hand off her shoulder and walked away without speaking a word. She then turned to face me with more tears coming down her cheeks and with her blue green fox ears flatten on her head. She shook her head in shame and walked out.

"Now time to find Slenderman. Looks like he lied to me huh?" I barely heard Midnight whisper when she walked out of the room.

Turned around to ask the others what happen, but all I got was very pissed facial expressions. I was so confused why they were acting like that until Masky spoke up.

"Nice going Ben you happy that you made Midnight cry?" He asked with anger in his voice.

"What do you mean 'I'm happy that I made Midnight cry'? I asked getting a tad bit pissed.

"You didn't even say anything to her after she got done singing, you just stood there like a jerk." Jeff replied.

"What!?! I didn't mean to! I was daydreaming about her voice." I said not thinking of what I said.

"Y-you were d-day d-dreaming about h-her voice?" Hoodie asked.

Then I felt my face heat up, before I knew it Sally started to giggle.

"What are you giggling about Sally?" I asked looking down at her.

"You like Midnight! You like my sissy! Ben and Midnight sitting in a tree k-i-s-s-i-n-g~" Sally sang.

I ran out of the room trying to hide my blush that was spreading across my face. I knew that I had to say sorry to her. Before I could, I needed to wait for this blush to go away.

Your Pov~

'Why did he lie to me? Did he think that I'm some piece of meat to play with?' I thought in my head.

I walked down stairs to see if Slenderman was anywhere down there. I kept my head down with tears slowly dropping down. I closed my eyes to keep the tears from coming out, until I bumped into something. I looked up to see Slender looking down at me with his head tilted to the side.

"My dark child what's wrong?" Slender asked placing a hand on my shoulder.

"Well I sang for Sally to be nice, and after I got done everyone cheered and clapped at me. Then I noticed that Ben didn't do one thing, after we agreed to be friends. So he lied to me." I choked out.

"My child, he probably didn't mean to. Just wait awhile to see what he does next." Slender soothed.

"Ok thank you Slender. And I was wondering since I'm going to be here awhile, is there a room where I can trained?" I asked.

"Your welcome and yes we do have a training room here. Would you like me to show you?" Slender offered.

"Yes please." I replied taking Slender's hand like I did with mom and dad.

~Time Skip~

"Wow this is so amazing!" I said in amazement.

We finally made it to the training room. I was so happy that I could continued training on my powers. The training room had many varieties of weapons, dummies, and battle stations. But they didn't have what I wanted... I wanted MY weapons that I used at home. A frowned formed on my face and a sigh escaping my lips.

"What's the matter Midnight?" Slender asked.

"It's just that I want to use my weapons that I used at home." I replied back to him.

"We have the same weapons that you used at home." Slender pointed out.

"I know it's that my mom and dad hand made them for me, just to fit my powers. They mean a lot to me." I looked up at him.

"Well if those weapons mean that much to you I will have someone go and get them for you." Slender responded.

"Well that might be a problem." I said tapping my fingers together.

"And why is that?"

"Well how my parents made them was to match my powers, which are blood and darkness. And I'm the only one who can touch them and handle them, or someone with power as well. So which means you have to get them." I said with a smile forming on my face.

Slender just rubbed his forehead before agreeing to do it, but before he left I told him if he harms my parents I would hurt in the most painful way possible. He just took a step back and disappeared in thin air. I turned around to see what I could while he was gone. I walked to the weapons and chosen a couple of throwing knives. I grazed the knives against my skin to test its sharpness, and soon there was blood. The knives were sharp, but I didn't mind the cut since I can heal pretty fast since I'm half ghoul.

"These may work." I said to myself.

I looked for a dummy and placed it in the middle of the room. I took some big steps away from the dummy. The dummy was perfect to throw the knives at it, before I threw the knives I realized that I was still in the dress and shoes that I wore for Sally. I snapped my fingers, then all my darkness surrounded my body. After a good minute or two I was in my outfit I would wear in a fight.

"Awe that's so much better. I'm glad mom made this for me." I smiled at the thought when I first got it.

I got in stance and gripped one of the throwing knives. I counted to five before throwing at the dummy.

Jeff's Pov~

I walked out after cleaning Sally's room. I decided to see where Slender went to ask if I could go on a killing spree. I looked in the living room, he wasn't there. I went to the training room to see if he was there. I walked in the control room, to my surprise y/n or Midnight whatever her name is was there. She seemed to back away from the dummy that was in the middle of the room. Then I saw a dark fog surround her. Then poof she was in a different outfit!

"Awe that's so much better. I'm glad mom made this for me." I heard y/n say to herself.

I stood there in complete shocked, seeing her changed that fast. She got in a fighting stance, before I knew it she chucked the knives at the dummy nailing it right in the head, the heart, throat, and the face. She was nailing it so perfectly, even better that me. I was so amazed at her ability to throw knives and nailing them so perfect. So I just stood there watching her.

Your Pov~

I threw the knives at the dummy nailing it so perfect. I was so happy to go back to training, just wished mom and dad were here with me to give my support. Once all the knives were thrown I stood straight up and looked at my work. I smiled at my "killing" I done. Then I felt like someone was watching me, I started to feel uncomfortable.

"Where's Slender already?" I huffed out loud.

Just like on cue Slender appeared with my weapons and a letter...? I looked at him with so much confusion running in my head. He handed me my weapons and the letter. I walked to a table that was in the room and set my weapons down. I took the letter and looked at it, the letter had my name on it.

"Who's this letter from Slender?" I asked holding the letter up in the air.

"You will find out once you read it child." Was all he said.

I opened the letter and it read:

~Dear Midnight Death,

Hello my little Mid. We wanted to tell you how sorry we were about you getting taken from us. We had no choice... We love you very much. And I wanted to tell you that me and your mom won't be here when you come back... I wish we could tell you why but it's better not to tell you now... We don't want to hurt you even more. Slenderman came by the day you were taken, so your mom told him to take everything you love like, pictures, games, clothes, and everything you have when you wanted them. Midnight Death we love you very much don't ever forget that. We must keep you safe and not tell you why we won't be here when you come back.

My eyes started to sting like crazy. I couldn't believe they weren't going to be there when I come back. I fell to my knees letting the tears slowly drop down. Then I decided not to be weak anymore, I wanted to know why they said this.

"Why won't they tell me why?" I choked out.

"What do you mean child?" Slender asked.

"Why won't my parents be home when I come back?" I asked with anger showing in my voice.

"Well Midnight... I hate to tell you this... but Zalgo our enemy, he killed your parents." Slender said in a low sad tone.

"WHY!?!" I yelled in anger.

"He wanted to take you, but your parents wouldn't tell him where you were. They wanted to keep you safe. When I went to get your things I saw their bodies on the floor with the letter next to them. In my return I took your parents body and gave them a respectable burial." Slender said placing a hand on my shoulder.

I felt like my whole world just fell apart, and nowhere to call home or call family. I wanted to run off and hide from this cruel world. The memories of my past life, with mom and dad playing with me and training me. I knew that would the weak way out, I wanted to get revenge on this Zalgo bastard. I walked away from Slender and head towards the dummy.

"Hey Slender we want to know when dinner is?" Said a voice that sounded like Jeff, followed by foot steps.

I got in front of the dummy and stared at it, not moving a muscle. My e/c eyes twitching and blue green foxtail swaying side to side. My hands in a fist, my nails digging into my flesh and feeling the blood dripping out.

"Uh... Slender is Miss. Midnight ok? She's just staring at that dummy." Masky asked.

*CRASH*

The dummy went flying and hitting the wall. I kick the dummy with all my strength and shattering it into pieces. I turned around to see everyone there staring at me with shock. I cracked my neck and knuckles, and having my eyes turn red and black. I wanted to kill this bastard for killing my parents. Then I started to lose control of my body, I let out an evil laugh. Everyone started to back away from me with horror, I laughed even more. Until I saw Sally holding her teddy bear close to her, she seem to be crying. I felt my heart break, and I fell to my knees trying to take back control.

"MIDNIGHT!" I heard Sally scream.

I looked up to see her running with tears rushing out if her eyes and still holding her teddy bear. She stopped in front of me and hugged me. I couldn't help but hug her back with love that she gave me.

"Shh Sally, I'm ok. Don't worry." I cooed.

"Why were you acting like that?" Sally sniffled.

"Well Sally Zalgo killed my only family I ever loved. So I think it's time to return a favor, and I also lost control of my powers." I said in a shame tone.

She only hugged tighter. And I knew at that moment I was going to train nonstop.
