Background story:

Y/n L/n is a High schooler who dreams of being a doctor that can save people's life

But due to an accident, he died

He meets a Goddess with blue hair who offers him to be reincarnated to the other world where there is war with Demon

The Goddess told that Y/n can wish for two power or thing to bring to the other world

For his first wish, he wanted knowledge of every existing Medicinal material like herbs, fruits, or sand, and also want to how to use or what is the negative side of the medicine That is available in the other world

The second wish is he wants to change his look to be more pleasant for the patient and other people cause he has a body and looks of a Yakuza / Thug

And so the Goddess granted his wish for the first wish The Goddess gave Y/n a large book full of information on medical stuff

As for the second wish, the Goddess will change it as he is ended to the other world

And so Y/n L/n was transported to another world which was still at war with the Demon King who wish to conquer the world

( By the way, this took place in 1000+ years before Konosuba's main storyline )

And so in another world, he got a new look although a bit child looking at least now he won't scare the patient away

And so there he also starts to learn magic as well to be able to fight and not be killed

He fights Vanir for whatever reason as Y/n has forgotten about the reason and from there he was able to defeat Vanir about 100 times as he keeps coming back and try to capture or annoy Y/n

Y/n becomes a Lich King as he used a forbidden artifact/equipment to save a patient from an unknown disease, The artifact drain all of our life force but thanks to our high Mp and lingering regrets we become a Lich and then a High Lich King

And then Vanir invited us to join the Demon King's side at first we rejected it but after 100+ years the previous Demon King died cause of choked by a candy that he accidentally swallowed

And then the next Demon King doesn't really want to have war and rather have peace Y/n decides to join

And after a few more 100+ years Y/n start to have a problem which made him forget a lot of stuff easily although he still remembers all the medicinal stuff even though the book was destroyed cause of losing the goddess blessing as he become an Undead

And so being at peace he usually spend it either sleeping or developing new medicine

Or visit Wiz store who is a Kouhai in being a Lich

Or go and bully a weird blue-haired girl that looks familiar but he forgot who she is

And sometimes he will go and hunt artifacts or try to find the magic to restore the old memories that he lost and to find what reason that made him become an undead
