Information on abilities:
Subject SCP-C/n was known to be able to make males near him go crazy and try to kill people that are near or around them before going to kill or try to do sexual activities on SCP-C/n and it was tested that SCP-C/n was able to control the people who were affected or charmed for a short duration time before they will try to kill SCP-C/n

Extra information: It seems females may also be affected by this, the reason is unknown

Restriction of abilities:
By putting or making SCP-C/n wear a mask and blindfold to cover his face and eyes

His abilities are greatly reduced but a man who has weak mental or weak restrain on they're lust may still be affected
