"Iris' Interview"

*The cameras begin rolling, Iris takes a seat as the interview begins*

Director: "Please introduce yourself for the documentary."

Iris: "Hello ! I am DI-V3RSE' Bae Iris. 안녕하세요! DI-V3RSE의 배아이리스입니다."

...

Director: "당신은 당신의 삶이 이전의 모습으로 돌아갈 수 있기를 바라나요?" (Do you wish you could go back to what your life was like before ?)

Iris: "Sometimes... I believe we all sometimes doubt the life choices we've made. I am no different."

Director: "Which of the members would you say you bonded with first ?"

Iris: "저는 샤오유와 먼저 유대감을 형성했고 서로의 외로움을 이해했습니다." (I bonded with Xiao Yu first. We understood each other's loneliness.)

...

Manager: "Iris was always a performer. She captivated others with ease. However, I feel she struggled with being misunderstood from being a foreigner..."

Hyejin: "익숙해지는데 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 저는 아이리스 언니입니다. 저는 아이리스 언니가 항상 바라봐줄 사람입니다. 저는 제 멤버들의 눈에 실망이 되는 것을 거부했어요." (It took some getting used to. I am Iris' eonni. I am someone she will always look to. I refused to be a disappointment in the eyes of my members.)

Yunhee: "아이리스? 우리는 만난 지 얼마 되지 않아 유대감을 형성했어요. 저는 의심할 여지 없이 아이리스가 자랑스러워요. 아이리스가 항상 행복하길 바래요..." (Iris ? We bonded shortly after meeting. I am without a doubt say that I am proud of Iris. I hope she always feel happy...)

Xiao Yu: "We are the foreigners. We are the ones who chose to leave all we knew to pursue a dream. It's poetic, really... We found a home in our shared loneliness."

Director: Why did you choose to be a part of DI-V3RSE ?

Iris: "Was it an easy choice ? No, it wasn't. Am I willing to put myself as the center of attention for my dream or will I choose to remain as I am ? This kind of decision is never an easy one to make. Leaving home would never be easy... Luckily I have my members to cheer me up when I get homesick."

Director: "Why is your official animal a cat ?"

Iris: "I have always been told my personality resembles an affectionate cat... 그냥 귀엽게 부르는 것 같아요. 크크." (I think it is just a way of calling me cute. Kkk.)
