3. Supernatural or Teen Wolf?
chapter three || supernatural or teen wolf?
"No."
"Yes," he mocked.
"Nu-uh," I replied with a shake of my head.
"Yea-huh."
"Noh," I protested.
"Yup!" He answered, nodding his head.
"No!"
"Yes!"
"No, Jayden. Teen Wolf is so much better than Supernatural," I said, rolling my eyes and taking a bit of my food.
"Nah, Supernatural shits on Teen Wolf, Angel," he scoffed.
"Actually, Teen Wolf is better," Hayley piped in.
"Exactly!" I exclaimed.
Clearly Jayden's taste in movies and tv shows were worse than his music taste. I mean obviously Teen Wolf is better than Supernatural!
"Nah, the Supernatural cast never disappoints," he smirked taking a sip of his soda.
"Just stop talking, Jayden," I scowled.
"Just stop talking, Jayden," he mimicked, waving his hands around.
"I don't look like that," I huffed in annoyance.
"I don't look like that," he continued, flipping his hair.
Dropping my fork down on my plate with a clatter, I sent a deadly glare to Jayden. Looking at me with his wide, bright green eyes, he leaned closer to me until our noses were barely an inch apart and sent a glare back. I couldn't help but notice how gorgeous his eyes were though. They looked even better up close. I could see every fine detail in them, right down to the tiny golden flecks.
"Oh, stop it you two! Just eat your food so we can get outta here," Scott grumbled.
Looking away from Jayden and to everyone that was sitting on the table. I immediately flushed bright red. They all witnessed my tiny, intimate encounter with Jayden. Everyone stared back at me with wide eyes filled with incredulous. Skimming my eyes over everyone, I suddenly noticed how I don't even know the names of most of the people sitting here.
My eyes soon met Lily's and she sent me a look of disappointment before looking down at her food and continuing to eat. Frowning at her sudden change in moods, I mentally noted to talk to her tonight.
"Shut the fuck up, Scott!" Jayden snapped.
Scott went to open his mouth to reply but Hayley smacked him upside the head and he shut his mouth instantly. Rolling his eyes, he grumbled under his breath and continued eating. Sending Hayley a grateful smile, she winked back at me before sending a glare to Jayden.
Scott was Jayden's roommate and also happened to be his childhood Bestfriend. He had dirty, ashy blonde hair that was suited with dark green, almost brown, eyes. He had a small amount of freckled liter ring across his nose. All in all, he was cute.
I looked up to see Hayley and Scott laughing together and then a pouting Jayden beside me.
And here I thought that this dinner was going to bore me to death.

"Alright kids, off we go! Hurry up Leila! Scott walk faster please."
Rushing onto the tour bus, Hayley grabbed my hand and started running up the stairs, she took me to the front of the bus so we could see everything clearly. Jayden sat behind us and laid across the seats. Rolling my eyes, I sat down next to Hayley.
"Good evening, everyone! My name is Liza and I will be your tour guide throughout this bus ride. On this short hour long trip, we will be driving around the main city and we will be visiting all the attractions and landmarks. If you wish to stop listening, as you are getting bored during the tour, there are a set of headphones in the console next to your seat. You may plug them in and listen to some relaxing, classical music! Now, the bus will depart shorty and I surely do hope you enjoy this tour," a short lady with fiery red hair explained.
Nodding our heads in understanding, Hayley handed me a brochure which had all the attractions that we will be seeing during the tour. Smiling gratefully, I took the brochure and flicked through the pages. My eyes lit up in excitement once I saw that we will be seeing the Eiffel Tower. I've always wanted to see the Eiffel Tower and its always been my dream to climb it.
"Ooh, Hayley. Look! We're visiting the Eiffel Tower," Jayden shouted with feigned interest.
Both, Mr Heely and Liza turned around and shot Jayden dirty looks with him shrugging innocently back.
Hayley stifled a giggle and turned around to lightly hit Jayden.
"Stop being so immature," she scolded, turning back around.
Smiling at the two of them, I returned my attention back to Liza when she stated that we were finally departing. The bus slowly drove along the road for a while and finally came to a stop at one of the attractions.
"This is the Sainte-Chapelle, Also known as the Holy Chapel. The chapel was opened a very long while ago. April 26, 1248 to be precise," Liza stated.
Grinning in excitement, I took out my phone and took some photos of what was supposed to be the Sainte-Chapelle. It was absolutely gorgeous. It was completely gothic styled and very ancient looking. The paint was chipping on the walls, yet it still managed to look amazing. Looking through the little window, I could clearly see that the chapel's interior was dominated by different coloured, stained glass.
The bus soon started moving and we were driving to the next attraction.
"Look at this photo I got, Imogen!" Hayley squealed, thrusting the phone into my hands.
"It's gorgeous, Hayley," I laughed, handing the phone back to her.
The bus came to a slow stop and I looked up to see we were directly in front of the Eiffel Tower.
"And over here we have the Eiffel Tower, which I assume you will be visiting again, only closer with your teacher," the tour lady said, gesturing to the large attraction.
Jayden leaned forward, placing his mouth next to my ear. His warm breath fanned the side of my face, giving me goosebumps.
"It looks like an upside down penis," he whispered.
I bursted out laughing, looking back at Jayden who was grinning cheekily. A throat cleared and my attention was averted back to the front of the bus. The tour lady sent us both a glare and Jayden just sent her a charming smile back. I looked back at him and a giggle escaped me. Turning his face to look at me he sent a wink my way, before returning his attention to the lady.
The bus started moving once again, towards the next destination.

Kicking my shoes off, I sighed loudly and fell back onto the comfortable mattress.
Today was... eventful. I actually had a very good time. Both Jayden and Hayley were very fun to hang out with and I'm glad that I made some friends on the trip.
I heard a beep coming from my purse and groaned loudly. I have to get up. Ugh.
Picking myself up off the bed, I walked over to the dressing table, where my purse was sitting, and rummaged through my bag to find my phone. Pulling the beeping device out of the bag, I clicked the home button and noticed it was Lily messaging me. Oh shit, Lily! Ever since we got here, yesterday afternoon, I haven't really spoken to her much, or at all.
Chewing on my bottom lip, I slid across and opened up the message.
Lily is Sexy: Come to room 23, tonight at 9:00pm. Need to talk to you ASAP!
I frowned down at the phone. Oh god, I was in for a massive ass whooping.
Throwing my phone onto my bed, I grumbled under my breath.
"Stupid Lily. Ruining my sleeping pattern."
The door slammed open and footsteps were heard, entering the room.
"Hey, girly! I brought us, chips, chocolate, ice-cream, Magic Mike, Magic Mike XXL and The Vow," Hayley called out, dumping the plastic bags on the countertop.
"Yay! Movie marathon night is set!" I shouted.
She giggled at that and started unpacking all of the bags.
Entering the kitchen, I decided to give Hayley a hand at unpacking the bags. Quietly unpacking the bags, I began thinking how excited I was for this movie night! Lily has always been my only friend but I can see myself growing closer to Hayley. She's very nice to me and I can only imagine her being a great friend.
Once all the food was packed away, Hayley grabbed my hand and dragged me to the lounging room. She sat me down on the lounge and crossed her legs, resting her elbows on her knees and her chin in her hands, stared at me expectantly.
I stared back at her blankly and she narrowed her eyes at me.
"What?"
"My brother is coming over for a while tonight. Sorry if he crashes the movie night," she sighed.
"You have a brother?" I asked, cocking my head to the side. "And he's on the trip?"
"Yes," she huffed. "Jayden Abelló, Hayley Abelló. You didn't make the connection?"
"Oh," I mumbled.
"Yea, oh."
No wonder they're related, Imogen. They look the exact same. Duh!
"We're twins, Imogen," she laughed. "I can't believe you didn't figure it out."
My head shot up at her revelation. I met her gaze, my mouth forming an 'O'.
Twins.
Oh.
"You guys are close, hm?"
Hayley nodded her head rapidly, her brown curls bouncing.
Suddenly I was filled with jealousy. I've always wished to have a sibling, younger or older I didn't care. But it was sad to say my father passed away once I was three and my mom refused to move on, making me an only child. I was always very lonely growing up and my childhood was amazingly boring. Having one hardworking parent, I was always left in the hands of nannies.
I smiled softly at Hayley, her eyes twinkling with joy.
"That's okay, I doubt he will ruin the night," I said softly.
Hayley shrugged before replying.
"He's bringing Scott so, yea," she awkwardly said, a small blush rising to her cheeks.
My eyes widened in realisation, omg!
"Omg! Hayley you like Scott," I shrieked, throwing a cushion at her.
Dodging the pillow, she sent me a glare and straightened her shirt.
"Shut up! They're next door, they can probably hear us," Hayley hissed.
I shrugged and walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water.
"Stop being paranoid, Hayley. They can't hear us," I scoffed, filling the glass up.
Unless they were secretly werewolves and had super sensitive hearing...
"I used to date Scott in sophomore year. We dated for two months but he moved to Indianna after his brother passed away. He didn't even tell me, he just got up and moved. One day he just came back and things were like they were before we were dating. He acted like nothing ever happened between us. Like we were always just friends. I guess you could say that my feelings never left," she whispered, biting down on her bottom lip.
I blinked, lifting my cup to my mouth and taking a sip. I lowered my cup and placed it on the counter behind me.
"Oh," I mumbled under my breathe, looking down at my feet.
"Yea."
I should probably start singing 'I wasn't expecting that' by Jamie Lawson because I definitely didn't expect that. Hayley dating Scott is quite surprising but then again, if Scott made her happy back then, then who am I to judge.
"Well enough depressing shit, the movie night shall proceed," Hayley declared.
Nodding my head in agreement, I opened a packet of chips and smiled devilishly at Hayley.
"I dibs the Hot Cheetos."

"So, what's your best memory?" Scott asked me with a raised eyebrow.
Hayley and I were in the middle of watching The Vow when a consistent pounding was heard at the door. Realising that the boys had arrived we turned off the movie and let them into our room. Which brings us to now, sitting in a circle asking each other random questions.
"Um," I chewed on my bottom lip trying to remember my best memory. "Oh! One time I was driving Franklin, this elderly guy I met on the streets, to his weekly wrestling match because I used to volunteer to drive the elderly around and um yea. So anyway, once we got there, I saw that Franklin was up against a really, um, large guy and that he had basically no chance at winning. But then, Franklin proved me wrong when he dropped the guy in less than five seconds. He won the match and then he shouted me McDonald's."
I looked up at the group in front of me, to see everyone's faces filled with horror.
"You used to drive the elderly, you met on the streets, to their wrestling matches?" Jayden asked me slowly.
I cleared my throat and answered.
"Yes."
He blinked in reply and shook his head. Hm, he's yummy.
"Just when I actually thought you were a little normal," Hayley spoke up.
"Hey! I'm normal," I cried defensively, crossing my arms over my chest.
"Yea, okay," Scott snorted.
Frowning at them, I brought the blanket closer to myself and snuggled into the warmth.
"This is a form of bullying, I won't stand for this," I pouted.
"Aw, Imogen! We love you," Hayley cooed, pinching my cheeks.
"Yea, what she said," Scott spoke, not taking his eyes of Hayley.
"Yea, you're pretty awesome, Angel," Jayden said, smiling genuinely.
And for once in my life, I felt happy. Genuinely happy.
