*Turbulence starts shaking the plane and contestants*

Toadette: Alright! Which one of you freaks thought of coming here!? There's nothing but cold out here?!

Yellow Toad: Today's location is important to Mario!

Yellow Toad: I'm not sure, the producers just thought that since you were the star of that game then the location is important to you!

Yellow Toad: You will all receive your sweaters when you prove that you can follow a simple task...like today's challenge! Fliprus Lake is known best for as a passage way for boats. Your challenge is to make it across by jumping on ice floes and floating crates of cargo dropped by boats. The first team member from their team to make it across must carry their team to the top of the steep mountainside! Got it?

Boo: How are we gonna carry each other?

Yellow Toad: By using items that can be found on the other side of the lake! It's first come, first served! Oh and if you fall into the water call Lakitu and he'll fish you out and place you back at the start!

Flurrie: *Whispers* Here's a plan, I spot some landing gear over at the lake and it doesn't look like it's apart of the items that we can use so if you're falling behind don't be afraid to use it that way we don't lose time having to go back and forth!

Tiny: Got it!

Blooper: Bloop!

Boo: Okay!

Yellow Toad: Oh I also forgot to mention the snowball throwing Flipruses and the river piranha plants! Yeah this lake is infested with them! On your mark, get set, go!!

*Everyone starts running*

Flurrie: *Floating over the lake* This is totally easy!

Flurrie: For some reason I find this competition too easy! Just float past any obstacles!
