Dive!
8:30pm, Boney Island Lake
It was a dark, cloudy night somewhere in Muskoka, Ontario. The final six were called out to the coast of Boney Island for tonight's challenge. The coast of the island was surprisingly deep, about 250m from a few feet off the shore.
Humdinger took a glance at an angry Tracker, who woke up with a bed to his face. "WHO DID THIS?!" He demanded an answer.
Everyone stepped back cautiously, not wanting to experience the wrath of the tiny chihuahua.
[Confessional]
Humdinger: Bwahaha! Look at the little jungle pup. He has a mark from the bed frame that fell on him last night. He looks very angry. The angrier, the better!
[]
Tracker shook his head and got rid of his anger. He approached Everest, and held her paw. "A tour, m' lady?" She giggled and agreed.
[Confessional]
Tracker: Okay, I know this may seem crazy, but I think that Chris hid another statue somewhere around this dump! And if he did, I'm gonna find it! With Everest by my side.
[Confessional]
Everest: Pfft! Tracker is so ugly, it's kinda cute! Look at him! It's like a bed fell on his face! Poor thing. While I walk with Tracker, I could also profit to search for an immunity statue! I know Chris hid a bunch of them in here!
[]
Tracker and Everest did a tour of the island, searching after every corner, under every rock, and over every hill. Nothing. "Wow," said Everest. They both returned to join the others.
[Confessional]
Ryder: I'm starting to feel a bit more unstable. I get constant memory blurrs and mood swings. If I can't keep myself in, I might as well return to Adventure Bay.
[]
After almost hours of waiting, Chris finally arrived. "Why so late?" asked Ryder, with a slight worry.
Chris smiled. "Glad you're concerned, but that's none of your buisness!" he says, pushing Ryder away.
- So, challengers, welcome to the party, the final six!
Everybody cheered. They've all made it really far, and nobody was planning on going back.
[Confessional]
Tracker: A horrible, lame, party.
[]
- Tonight's challenge is gonna be very special. Pack your bags campers, because today's challenge is a diving contest!
[Confessional]
Zuma: Two swimming challenges in a month? Yes!
[]
- For tonight's challenge, the rules are pretty simple. All contestants must wear this scuba gear, then dive into the depths of the waters. Once down, you need to search for an immunity stone, carved in the shape of yours truly. The camper who brings up the statue wins the challenge and is granted immunity for this challenge only. Questions?
[Confessional]
Everest: Won once, about to do it twice. This'll be easy.
[Confessional]
Zuma: I nevewr lost a swimming challenge in my life! This'll be easy.
[]
- On your marks, get set. . . GO!!
Chris squeezed his airhorn and the challenge began. All campers put on their diving gear, and leaped into the water simultaneously. The search was on.
Marshall separated from the rest of the group, trying to avoid any contact with Tracker and/or Humdinger.
The Dally looked around him. Everything was so beautiful from underneath. Fish were swimming, corals were shining, and Marshalls were searching.
Zuma and Everest were swimming as if they were in the race of their lives. Little did they know, they already passed the immunity stone.
Tracker was searching for the stone, and thought he almost found something. It was just an ordinary rock.
Ryder searched under a coral, and then his mood swings kicked in. He became extremely terrified, and started hyperventilating. The fog he breathed out blurred out his vision. He started panicking, shaking his arms rapidly.
A couple dozen meters away,Marshall thought he saw something shine. Maybe it's the statue, he told himself.
He approached the shining object slowly, then realized it's not the statue, but a pearl. He turned around, ready to leave, when something bit his tail. It was the oyster, holding the pearl. Marshall yelled.
Everest and Zuma both continued searching for the statue, but had no luck. "Stop following me," said Zuma to the husky.
"How about you stop following me," replied Everest angrily. They both frowned and swam away, but ended up going in the same direction. "UGHH," they said simultaneously.
[Confessional]
Everest: First Tracker, now this? All these boys better stay back. Rocky, if you're watching this right now, it's them, not me! I promise!
[]
Meanwhile, Tracker has caught sight onto something. Huh? He approached the thing, thinking it's the invincibility statue. Suddenly, something grabbed ahold of him.
"Gotcha, fishie," said Humdinger, smirking. He pulled and tugged on Tracker's oxygen tank, disconnecting it. Tracker could no longer breathe. He turned red and swam as fast as he could to the surface.
He reached the surface, and swam to the dock. There, he removed his astronaut-shaped helmet. He was hardly catching his breath. He flushed out the water from his water tanks, flustered. He put them back on, reconnected them, and dove back in, furious. Perhaps revenge-seeking.
[Confessional]
Tracker: I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF HUMDINGER CONSTANTLY BULLUYING ME! I AM THE ONLY BULLY HERE, AND IT WILL STAY THAT WAY!!!!!!!
[]
Tracker dove around underwater. And instead of looking for the invincibility statue, he was searching for him.
He swam, and suddenly, something violently crashed into him. Ryder. The young teen was having an underwater seizure. The frantic and distressed expression on his face scared the pup. He swam away as far away as he could from Ryder.
Ryder banged his head against the helmet. The seizure stopped.
[Confessional]
Ryder: How did I get over there? I swear, one moment I was getting ready to dive, then the next I'm already 50 meters down, my muscles tired. The rest was just blank.
[]
By now, Chris was already getting bored. And you know he hates to keep things boring, for entertainment's sake. Ratings are important, folks!
He pressed a button on his remote, that did the only thing a button pressed by Chris would do.
KABOOM!! An explosion was heard in the background.
Back under the water, the pups were still searching for the statue, when they saw something headed their way at an alarming speed.
"Tidal wave!" yelled Everest.
A huge underwater wave crashed underwater, leaving all the challengers dumbfounded.
Rocks started to fall, and a fissure started to crack on the seafloor. The sand lifted from the freak wave, and the invincibility statue came into view.
Everyone rushed towards it. They had to get it fast, because everything was collapsing beside them.
- Got it! said Zuma.
He swam up, lifting the stone up with his arm. Everest got angry, and she bashed into Zuma with all her might. Zuma dropped it.
Ryder caught the stone, and started swimming upwards with it. Tracker grabbed it from him with ease.
Ryder gazed fixedly at the statue for a moment, then turned angry. He bashed Everest and Zuma's heads together, punched Humdinger in the face, and stole the statue from Tracker.
Ryder continued making his way up, when he suddenly froze. He made it somewhere else again! He started behind him, seeing a bunch of angry faces looking in his direction. Ryder was confused.
The tracking pup quickly snatched the stone back from Ryder while he was still dazed.
As Tracker was about to reach the surface, something was pulling him back. It was Humdinger. You pulled me once, it won't happen twice. He kicked Humdinger as hard as he could, and swam to the surface.
- And Tracker wins the. . . Tracker?
Tracker came up proudly, but he didn't know that he dropped the statue. It fell all the way back into the underwater ravine.
[Confessional]
Tracker: For God's sake!!
[]
Marshall, who has been completely oblivious to everything that happened in the last five minutes, saw the brand new fissure, and curiosity told him to go check it out.
In the ravine, everything was dark. No sound, no living object has ever set foot into the abyss that Marshall was currently in. His oxygen tanks were at low level, since the water pressure is very elevated at this depth.
The dark scared Marshall, and he gulped. He looked around some more, and then he finally saw it: The statue.
He grabbed the statue with the last spark of confidence that remained in him, and he swam out of the ravine.
Marshall was close to reaching the surface, when someone noticed him doing so. The shadow lurked behind Marshall, and snatched the statue when he wasn't looking. The shadow then came up to the surface, with the statue in his hand.
- Humdinger wins the challenge! exclaims Chris. Humdinger gets immunity. Everyone else, I'll see you at the campfire tonight.
[Confessional]
Humdinger: Easiest challenge yet!
[]
Everyone groaned. They all worked so hard to get the invincibility stone.
Before going back, a few of the contestants stayed at the island.
Before leaving, Zuma layed flat on his back against the beach sand, enjoying the night breeze. Everest almost came to join him, but Zuma got up sharply when he felt an object poke his side.
"What's this?" Zuma said to himself. Everest quickly hid behind some rocks to not get noticed. She peeked over to listen, but the wind blowing in her ears were kinda distracting.
Zuma smiled. "Now, now, what a surprise," he said. The lisp in his voice was suddenly gone. His tone has changed as well. Zuma had found an invincibility statue.
[Confessional]
Everest: I saw that! Zuma was acting all weird! His voice was all deep and stuff! I need to warn the others.
[Confessional]
Zuma: I'll keep this statue close to me at all times. It'll help bwring me closer to the million! And with no one suspecting me, I'll win the grand prwize for sure!
[]
10pm, campfire, Pupanakwa
- Welcome campers. In my plate, I have 5 marshmallows. Right here, there are six of you. This means one thing: One of you are going home tonight. When you are ready, cast your votes.
[Confessional]
Zuma: Everest.
[Confessional]
Ryder: Doyy! *draws X*
[Confessional]
Everest: I didn't have time to convince anyone, so a vote against Zuma is a vote wasted. Ryder's next I guess, for punching me.
[Confessional]
Tracker: And this is only because I can't vote out Humdinger. *Draws X over player*
[Confessional]
Marshall: Heartbreaker. *Draws X over a picture* done.
[]
- Alright, you have all casted your votes. The following campers are safe:
- Humdinger.
- Marshall.
- Zuma.
- Tracker.
"Everest, Ryder. I have one marshmallow left. That means that someone voted against you both. The last marshmallow goes to...

Everest."
Everest wipes off her sweat and takes the marshmallow. Ryder was out of his mind. He seemed as if he had a serious concussion, and went back to being three years old.
"Ryder, sorry, but you're going home. And let me tell ya: If you voted for Everest instead of yourself, she would've lost and went home instead!"
But Ryder was only half listening: he was crawling all over the place, drooling on Chris's shoes.
"NOT THE SHOES!!" He yells, angrily. He throws Ryder on the boat, who shook his head, coming back to reality. "Where am I?"
Chris smiled and yelled. "You're OUTTA HERE!!" and the boat sailed off.
[Confessional]
Everest: I'm glad he voted for himself. If not, Zuma would have probably won the mill! In any case, thanks Ryder. I won't let you down.
[]
Later that night...
The boys were getting ready to sleep, and Everest acted quick. She called out Marshall to come talk with her.
"What do you want, Everest the heartbreaker," he scoffed.
"Marshall, we need to talk."
"You don't think?! Last week, Tracker embarrased me in front of everyone, because YOU rejected me! And also, someone broke his bed, and guess what: since he was mad at me, he thought I did it!! Now, Tracker sleeps in my bed, while I sleep ON THE FLOOR!!" Marshall's anger was rising. His voice was already raspy from all that yelling.
"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that; you can sleep in my cabin if you would like."
"Whatever. Why did you call me here?"
"Come get your bags, I'll talk to you in the cabin."
Marshall did as he was told; he took his bags and left, joining Everest.
"So, I'm here. Now what?"
"Anyway, I want you to know to watch out for Zuma. He's been acting very strange since he acquired the invincibility statue."
"He WHAT?!"
"SHH! Keep it down, please!"
"Alright, sorry."
"Anyway, Zuma no longer had the lisp in his voice; he was talking perfectly fine, and his voice deepened!"
"Are you sure?"
"Listen. Zuma is a big threat. We need to vote him off as soon as possible. We can form an alliance to do so. You in?"
"Hmm,"
"Please!"
"Alright, fine. But after Zuma is gone, we're back to nothing, understood?"
"Promise."
"Good."
"Good night."
Little did they know, someone was watching them. Someone who knows...
"For Rocky," he whispered with vengeance. "For Rocky."
To be continued...
