Taehyung's POV-

As soon as I saw Yuna walk into the waiting room my first thought was did two separate people not say that she wasn't working today?

My second thought was the memory of when she followed us into the parking lot and gave me the medication that was not one of the ones the doctor had gone over extensively with me when he was directing me on what pills are which and when to take each.

I was paying close attention to what he was saying and the prescription she gave me was not one of the ones he spoke about.

I confirmed with Yoongi that he too heard them each say she was not to be working today. So with both of these suspicions in mind I decided to make a call to one of my contacts.

I had in the days after the incident in the parking lot tried to subtly coax out of Jenny if she knew if Irene knew anyone or had a friend that worked at the hospital.

I am ninety-nine percent sure that Seulgi would know, but this is not something she would even answer if I asked, so I decided to take a chance on my best friend Yeri.

I think I know how to ask if Irene or Seulgi know this girl without her being suspicious enough to bring it up to either of them later.

*RING* *RING *RING*

"Taehyung Oppa!! I haven't heard from you in a while! What's up?"

"I know right! Seulgi has got me going to all of these things with her. Who knew someone as famous as her could have so much time for dinner parties" I chuckle light heartedly.

"So, funny story Yeri. I just ran into someone that knows you! I was talking to her and she asked about me moving here and how long I've been in the city.

"She also asked if I've made any friends and of course I told her about you and to my surprise she knew who you were! She thinks you are a doll." I giggle again, waiting impatiently for her to ask her follow up questions.

"Oh my gosh!! That's so nice. Who was she?" She asks giddily.

"Her name was... oh gosh, I just had it..." I pause to 'think.' "Yoona! It was Yoona. Do you know her?" I ask in pure curiosity and wait.

I gave her the name with Im Yoona in mind, who is a fellow artist at her company.

One of two things can happen here. She will either know I am talking about Im Yoona and confirm she knows her from the company and that will be that, or she will ask me to clarify the full name of Yoona because she possibly knows two, Im Yoona and Shin Yuna. I am really hoping for the latter.

"I don't know a Yoona..."

Fuck.

As she says this my hope starts to slip. Am I going to have to talk to Seulgi? That is going to be a lot harder to-

"Oh wait, yeah!" She exclaims. "She's part of a group at the company right? I haven't really worked with her one on one but she'll come look in on the girl group trainees sometimes. She's so sweet."

Okay, at least she knows her... I guess.

Ugh this didn't give me much. What a waste.

She starts to giggle and she does so for a little while before she says "I think I was getting mixed up with Irene's new friend Yuna is why I was confused. Umm... Shin is her surname though.

"Her I haven't met before so when you said she said nice things about me I was like, umm that's cool but I don't know her." She giggles again "Silly me."

I am grinning from ear to ear at her every word. God bless you Yeri.

If she were here I'd hug her. I was so doubtful that she would know anything too.

"Silly girl!" I laugh along with her "Well I guess I just wanted to call you because I was excited she knew who you were. Also to let you know that two people think you're a doll." I say with a big grin on my face. "We should really hang out soon. It has been forever."

She agrees with me and we say we'll meet up later in the week before ending the call.

As I've been on the line I have made my way towards the nurses station on the far side of the room, paying close attention to where Yuna is now sat by Yoongi.

I quickly ask the nurse what new patient admission paperwork I needed to fill out and she gives me the small packet.

I plan on leaving this blank as Yoongi has filled one of these packets out and just left the medication part blank until I got here to fill it in.

For now I just need a reason to say something about Doctor Yang needing the paperwork back and judge her reaction and leverage to not give him the form with the medication listed (the one I believe she prescribed without his approval) in exchange for a possible confession.

I make my way casually over to the two, not taking my eyes off of Yuna.

She is a terrible liar and she can't hide her guilt at all. You can tell she's hiding a secret from a mile away. A secret that has caused her to lose sleep, which also tells me she didn't want to do this.

This might be more of an Irene blackmail situation then a bribe situation, then again she has all those bills to pay.

I don't know, I'll be sure to ask.

Finding it very hard to hide the pride I feel in the success of my small impromptu investigation, I walk up to the two with a smirk.

"Yoongi, I've got the papers filled out for Doctor Yang and he said we can go back to see him now." I say, eyes never leaving Yuna.

That's a lie. Doctor Yang is still with Koo, but judging by her expression she does not want Doctor Yang to know what she's done, which further confirms to me that this was a job for Irene.
