(Julia POV)

I stood outside the detective agency in the moon lit night. I felt a tear run down my cheek, I wiped it away. I looked to my mom's necklace and clutched it.

There was suddenly an explosion of blue light that started to circle in one place. A brownish-grey hedgehog floating in front of me. "Who are you?" I asked.

The mobian smiled, "Hello, my name is Alexzander. I'm a childhood friend of your mother's. You must be Julia." I stood there shocked, my mom never talked about her past life.

"Julia, what are you-?" Jackson peeked his head out the door and saw Alex. "Z-Zander? Dude, it's been fourteen years!" The Jackal counted on his fingers.

"Heh, sorry..., stupid Spirit counsel wouldn't let me leave!" Alexzander jokes, I only blinked- why did this hedgehog look like my Dad?

"Alex?!" Ziggy tackled her friend. "I never thought we would see you again! We thought you died again!" The Spirit sighed in agony- or was it in annoyance?

(End POV)

"You didn't change a bit...," Alexzander shoved the cat off of him. "Still a Demon Child I see...,"

"Yep!" Ziggy and Jackson retorted at the same time, Alex laughed a little and whipped a tear from his eye.

"Why are you here?" Julia asked. The Spirit looked at the hedgehog looking..., sad. "Are you here to-?"

"Yes Julia," Zander nodded. "I'm here to help you find you're parents and everyone else, also I read minds- so you might want to calm your thoughts."

"O-oh...," Julia stuttered. Ziggy and Jackson giggled a little, remembering how they felt when their thoughts were being intruded, "I guess that makes sense...,"

Alexzander was introduced to the kids, everyone had questions and he tried to answer them the best he could. Knuckles and Vector got the Spirit away from the swarming children, "Go bug Espio!" Vector told them and the kids whined.

'Cute..., real cute...,' Alexzander rolled his eyes when Espio was tackled by the smaller kids. Espio yelped and Ziggy laughed while attacking with Rayla and Amber, Julia smiled slightly while watching them.
