Sophie woke up to a glint of sun peeking through the curtains. Her eyes fluttered open getting a clear view of her room. Sophie didn't feel like waking up today, but she didn't want Grady and Edaline worrying. Sophie threw on an outfit, brushed her hair, and walked down to breakfast. There was a note on the fridge that was written in Edaline's handwriting. On the note it said:

Dear Sophie,

We went out for the day to take care of some important business for the council.

- Grady and Edaline

Sophie sighed, what was she going to do while they were away. Then an idea popped up in her head. She would invite Biana over. Sophie took out her imparter and went on her messages.

Sophie set down her imparter and sighed. She thought of the events that slowly replayed in her head from yesterday. She sighed at the thought of her and Keefe joking around and having fun. But, she also thought of the meaning and thoughtful conversation she had with Fitz. Being around him made her feel safe and warm. He was a glowing warm ball that she wanted to hold on to and never let go. The thought of Keefe, however, made her feel like a normal and cheerful little kid. The was something about Keefe's aura that always made her smile, it was like talking to a puppy. She couldn't stay mad or sad around him even if she wanted to. Just the thought of the two boys made her heart flutter. What did she do to deserve two such amazing people in her life.

Pushing her feelings from yesterday aside, Sophie stood up and casually walked upstairs to change out of her sleeping clothes. Just as Sophie finished getting ready, she heard footsteps coming from downstairs.

"Sophie!", a muffled scream was heard from a few floors down. Sophie rushed into the living room to see quite a sight to behold.
