You ruin everything

Calum flicks the light on, causing faith to squeeze her eyes shut.

"Good morning baby!" Calum says as he waltzes in the room with a paper in his hand.

So far, Calum just seems crazy. He hasn't done anything to really hurt Faith yet. She is confused as to why it is taking him so long for him to get started. She would have though he would have cut her open and ripped her organs out by this point.

"I'm not your baby." Faith corrects him, finally gathering the strength to lift her head. "I'm not your anything."

"Oh sure you are Faith! And you could be so much more!" Calum smiles and walks closer to her.

Faith spits on Calum's leg as he gets close enough. Calum laughs in reaction and then lifts his foot and smashes it down on her bare toes. Faith screams out in pain.

The torture has begun. This is going to be a long, never ending, week for Faith.

Calum kneels down in front of her and lifts her chin so she can look at him. He squeezes her cheeks together. "Maybe you should learn not to disobey me and bad things won't happen to you."

"Is that so?" Faith asks incredulously. She scoffs at the idea.

"Yes baby. Do as I say and I can make you so very happy. You'll learn that with time." Calum says as he caresses her hair.

"The only way you can make me happy is by letting me go home." Faith tells him. She wants him to know that she will never be happy with him.

"About that, you are never going home. That's just not an option. But I do have something that can help you a little bit."

Calum grabs a pen out of his pocket and clicks it so the point is sticking out. He places the paper he was holding in her lap and the pen on top of it. He then leans across her to untie her right arm.

As soon as Faith's arm is free, she clenches her fist and punches him.

Calum flops back on to the floor and grabs his nose. He wails in pain.

Faith has broken his nose.

She works feverishly to untie her legs while he rolls around on the ground in pain. She gets one leg free and tries to stand herself up. She falls over and quickly tries to continue untying herself.

She gets her other arm free but it is too late. Calum lunges over top of her and places his hand on her throat, cutting off her airway.

She slowly chokes as he watches, smiling as blood drips down his face from his nose and drops down on to Faith's shirt.

"Faith! You messed it all up! You ruined it!" Calum screams as she turns purple.

Faith passes out from lack of oxygen getting to her brain. Calum releases her neck and sighs.

"You always ruin everything." He whispers as he lifts her hand and signs her name on the paper. He then signs his own name beside hers.

He lifts her limp body to take her to another room.

"This is not what I imagined when I thought about my wedding day. She ruined everything." Calum mumbles to himself as he trudges up the steps.

He has better things planned for her. After all, it is their wedding day.

Meanwhile back at her house, her father has woken up and made himself a cup of coffee.

After realizing his daughter was not awake yet, he went upstairs to check on her.

That is when he started to relive his worst nightmare again.

He called the police and they dispatched to his house as quickly as they could. They surveyed the evidence and found a few clues.

A broken window on the side of the house: the likely entry point for the suspect.

The open back door: the likely escape route for the suspect and Faith.

A phone laying on the kitchen floor: It is likely that Faith dropped it in a struggle.

A duct tape role in the grass in the back yard: likely used to restrain Faith.

Officers ask her father if he could think of anyone who could be capable of doing this.

Her father mentions Calum but also says that he is locked in a mental institution for kidnapping her before.

The officers call this in and discover that Calum escaped over a week ago.

Faith's father now knows who has his daughter and he is absolutely terrified.
