Pollution is the degradation of natural environment by external substances introduced directly or indirectly. Human health, ecosystem quality and aquatic and terrestrial biodiversity may be affected and altered permanently by pollution.

Pollution occurs when ecosystems can not get rid of substances introduced into the environment. The critical threshold of its ability to naturally eliminate substances is compromised and the balance of the ecosystem is broken.

The sources of pollution are numerous. The identification of these different pollutants and their effects on ecosystems is complex. They can come from natural disasters or the result of human activity, such as oil spills, chemical spills, nuclear accidents ... These can have terrible consequences on people and the planet where they live: destruction of the biodiversity, increased mortality of the human and animal species, destruction of natural habitat, damage caused to the quality of soil, water and air ...

Preventing pollution and protecting the environment necessitate the application of the principles of sustainable development. we have to consider to satisfy the needs of today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. This means that we should remedy existing pollution, but also anticipate and prevent future pollution sources in order to protect the environment and public health. Any environmental damage must be punishable by law, and polluters should pay compensation for the damage caused to the environment.

2 Talk about one of the popular leisure activities of young people nowadays.

To a certain extend I agree that some of young people today use effectively their leisure time in productive activities. However, I also think that others spend hours on watching television and playing video games.

On the one hand, young people spending too much time on non-useful activities like watching television and playing computer games has tended to increase recently. First of all, the young are attracted by television. There are various movie and entertainment channels like HBO, Cinemax and Disney Channel lead to the increase number of viewers, particularly for children. Some parents also encourage them to watch these programs because they afraid of danger of outdoor activities. Traffic and crime may threaten their children. In addition, the introduction of many kinds of games on computers such as online and 3D games affects the young. They only stay at home and use their own computers or laptops with the Internet. Especially, the cost of these ways is low and acceptable.

On the other hand, it is true that some young people enjoy take part in productive activities when they have leisure time. They feel funny and happy in community. They can make more new friends and expand their knowledge. Furthermore, joining sporting clubs greatly benefits the young. on maintaining health and keeping fitness. For example, tennis or football clubs require the members to move and practice. Therefore, they can maintain their health and keep fitness well. Besides, these activities help them to prevent diseases.

In conclusion, in recent years, although some young people have tended to relax by watching television and playing computer games as not good use of their spare time, others are likely to attend in productive activities. Despite of having the encouragement from parents and community, the number of the young spending hours on non-useful may increase significantly.

Hi everybodỵ I'm candy, today i want to introduce to you about my favorite sport, which i like best is swimming. Although i don't know swim:D, in the summer, i've tried to learn swim, but i'm afraid of drinking to much water in swimming pool, so utill now, i can't learn how to swim. Swimming takes us many benefit, You'll have a good healthy or ideal height. When you water down, you should be careful, but noting that not to swim in the deep pool if you don't know swim. At the fist, you'll feel very tired and body pain.To be patient! you'll success.You should take a time of day to pratice, such as in the morning or every afteroon, whenever you want. I'll relearn , this time, i think i can do.

The development of the economy of the city has developed traffic. And of course, the development of traffic increases the traffic problems. In my opinion, there are two main problems of traffic in the city:

The first problem is the loss of safety in traffic. The reason is the consciousness of the driver is poor. On the street, there are people who are not old enough to participate in traffic, participants do not wear helmets and More seriously, they drive very fast and many of them have an alcohol content in excess of the provisions of the law.

The second problem is corruption in the police traffic. In some cases, they stand on the way to penalize the driver while she or he doesn’t break the law. And finally, the driver must pay a fine or bribe the traffic police to be freed.

I think we need find and prevent corruption of the traffic police, to warn of the dangers when people take the traffic.

Finally. the most important solution for the traffic problem is to increase the responsibility of the driver and the traffic police.

There are many ways of spending free time. One of them is traveling.

First advantage of traveling is visiting interesting and famous places as well as meeting new people. You who are living in a narrow confined society find traveling is the worthiest way to develop and be out-going personality. People have always been curious about far-away places and cultures. Traveling is really the best way to experience those different environments which is really valuable to know in eye-evidence.

Secondly, it could be an education. Traveling can widen your knowledge. You will become more experienced and ready to cope with the rest of world. That is called self-confidence. When your mind is opened and your view is extended, your value will also be enhanced accordingly. Furthermore, traveling is the best solution for person who is suffering from boredom or want to get away from a gray reality. Journeys will give you a little fun and also make your dreams come true. Your real life, your works, your relation net always bring you stress and tiresomeness. Spending time on yourself will make you recover your energy. That also makes you happier when you meet new people that may give you new opportunities of life.

On the other hands, traveling has some disadvantages. Firstly, costs of traveling are often quite high, especially when you travel by plane. So, not everyone can afford. Secondly, journeys to foreign countries expose you to danger of disease or even death. That may make you fall ill and then to expensive treatment or in case of fatal accidents. Thirdly, it may make you fatigue that is caused while traveling. Most journeys last long or even very long and it can make you feel tired.

To sum up, traveling broadens your mind and it is a very good way of spending time. It can give you education, impressions, nice memories and new friends. However, the most important thing in my opinion is you should earn extra money before setting up a travel.

There is so much that students can do with the Internet. Not only can they communicate with international students, they can gain from others' knowledge and experiences, participate in chatrooms, share ideas and solutions and learn about the many diverse cultures out there.

While the Internet does a lot for students, there are also benefits for parents and teachers. The interactive learning that the Internet provides can help students and parents with little or no English skills to learn English. Parents can become more involved in their children's education by connecting the school with homes, libraries or other access ports.

  Teachers can adjust to the different learning styles and in the classroom. They can also set their own pace of teaching. Individual teaching techniques can become more available, which has been proven to be a factor in student achievement.

Teachers have the chance to be able to teach at more than one place simultaneously. They may be in a small town but through the Internet, they can be linked to students in more populated areas.

Also, the Internet enables administrators and teachers to spend less time on administration and recordkeeping. This would also give them more time to spend with their students.
