Previously, we've had the girls ranked by their beauty- now I'm gonna rank the guys by their level of handsomeness. I will split SoT and GoH in this case because there are (unfortunately) way more mentionable guys than girls out there. Let's go!

SoT:

#5 Taji Nakamura

I can't believe Taji keeps saying that he looks like a scarecrow. That's just not true, he's got his own fair share of beauty and handsomeness! Don't you dare diminish your looks, blueberry-chan! You look good! I like his tied-back hair and the purple glimmer in his eyes. 

#4 Chris Edwards

Chris has very striking looks, too. Though brown hair is very common, his hair is interspersed with some white strands that bring some contrast into his overall look. His clothing, mostly consisting of purple color, makes sure he'll be looked at. In addition to that, he has a very friendly face and fancy hair which makes him very handsome.

#3 Kaoru Mikami

Kaoru's clothing may rather be dark, but it is very stylish. He has a very awesome leather jacket that looks super great. Also, his looks are determined by his brown hair covering his left eye. He's very handsome and also has his own level of uniqueness with having those prominent violet eyes.

#2 Jayden Yagami

Jayden's most prominent traits are his very messy, scarlet red hair and his deep green, warm eyes. Accompanied by his smile, Jayden actually looks really good. Even with his hair dyed black during Skull Infiltration Arc, Jayden has his own fair deal of handsomeness.

#1 Laslow Steward

Nobody's surprised about that, I guess. Laslow has been introduced as being a girlskiller simply by his looks.
But that's not even a lie, Laslow looks hella handsome (and beautiful). Despite being pale like a ghost (which is due to the high sunlight sensitivity of his skin), Laslow is very beautiful and handsome. He has a well-trained and muscular body, very awesome hair (and styling) and his clothing style's very complementing him.

GoH:

GoH was the way harder list to make. I am not lying. I really struggled with it until I could make a decision. (I need more than 5 places, help-)

#5 Taen Kataoka

Taen is noted to be very handsome, many people in- and outside Sapphire Eclipse say that often enough. His long hair and dark looks make him look intimidating, but also very handsome.

#4 Akira Heavens

Surpriiiise...
Just kidding.
Well, finding Akira here isn't a surprise. He looks good. Why he ain't ranked higher?
Well, Akira and Laslow have major differences. At first, Akira's facial features aren't as fine and soft as Laslow's, his face looks more hard and unrelaxed. Moreover, Akira doesn't have the pale skin that makes Laslow look so unique. His skin is darker. And his hair also isn't as soft-looking as Laslow's. So Akira's ranking is significantly lower than Laslow's- but nonetheless, Akira is a very beautiful-looking dude with a very seducive side.

#3 Lane Blackwood

Let's be honest, Lane looks freaking good. Especially with his alternate hairstyle which Rei "invented" for him. Fight me. 

#2 Joshua McNary

Joshua is known to take good care of his looks, and you see it. He really suits Aella, they both look very outstanding. He has a friendly face, fancy-dancy hair and a very cute smile.

#1 Ren Arima

Even tho Ren is a character that you have to get used to at first- he is a very kind soul, actually. And, with some polish, also an extremely good-looking dude. Even tho his young appearance doesn't suit his age due to his body condition (and that makes things really uncomfortable for him at times), he looks great.

Ouf, that was a harsh one. I actually had to fight with myself right there because I wanted to put Solace and Makoto on the list, too... or Yukine... but I think I'm fine with this list now. See you in the next list!
