my mom came home today when you came over to hang out with me.

it's not like we were doing anything,

i just know how she can be sometimes.

she's the kind of person who expects the best for our family-

for all of us.

my father can't stand her sometimes,

which probably explains all of his infidelity.

she's not exactly a subtle person,

so when she gets mad at me for hanging out with 'bad influences',

she makes it pretty clear she disagrees with my choices of friends.

so i was afraid.

not because i didn't want her to meet you,

because i didn't want her to hurt your feelings.
