Chapter 21

As for the saying 'Mother's know best'. And even though she's his Aunt, treats Peter as her own child. May lies under the category, of the whole mothers know best.

Well, she would remain within the list along with other mothers/motherly figures. If it wasn't for the fact, that sadly she didn't know what was best. Not for Peter.

Guaranteed it wasn't her fault, as she didn't know anything of the abuse that happened behind the closed apartment doors when she isn't there. Neither the emotional and mental abuse, her precious nephew suffered with her present. Mason being a crafty bugger.

She herself, very shortly, would remove her name from the list, as she'll soon find out she didn't know best at all.

"What's he doing here?" Tony looked up, expecting Aunt May to be stood there. However Mason was there alongside her.

Seeing Mason isn't what Peter needed right now, nor ever again. And he promised himself Peter wouldn't ever have to, and yet here the man stood uninvited. Aunt May had even promised him he won't come, even asking why but got no answers. However Mason being the sly fucker he is, had yet again got his way.

Well not this time. Tony isn't going to let this go. May needed to know, she needed to know everything her supposed boyfriend has done to his kid. And hell no he won't be holding anything back.

"Tony, now isn't the time." Pepper stated, pulling gently on Tony's arm. Peter still under the sedation, and therefore remained oblivious to the drama unfolding around him.

"Oh I think it's the perfect time, especially for the sly ignorant fucker he is. Your dating a horrible man, May." Tony slid the soft hand of Peppers off his arm.

May's eyebrows furrowed, confusion knitting them together to create lines on her forehead. "What is this tension between you two? What's going on?"

"Nothing is going on, just friendly banter between two buddies. Right Tony?" Mason gave the billionaire a stone-cold look, one that gave the other man a warning to stop his foolishness.

However, Tony didn't care. He ignored the stare, and stood straighter. The worried bags under his eyes made him less intimidating, but he still had that aura with him. One that a father would have when someone hurts something they love and hold dear. And in this case, it's how Tony felt with Peter.

Since becoming his little intern, and sure he had been a total oblivious douche to begin with. The rich man has become very fond of Peter, so fond in fact. He's going to ask Peter if he would like to move in, be his little.

Of course, either Peter or May can disagree. But that won't be going without Tony's reasoning and opinions on the matter.

"Banter? You think abusing Peter behind May's back is banter? You're a sick, twisted bitch. If it's not to your liking, then it isn't worth it. Do you realise you're the main reason the kid took the drugs? Do you even know how dangerous that is for a little?" Tony raised his voice slightly, really pissed off with this man.

"Yeah, so what. It's not like you have room to talk. He looked up to you, so much so he supressed his little side. You didn't give him any sort of leeway to know it's okay to be your intern and be little, you let him struggle." Mason retaliated with a smug smile.

May was shocked, hearing this all for the first time. And she never even knew. "Mason? Is this true? Have you been abusing Peter? Have you, did you hurt him?" Her voice cracked. Throat closing up. "I need to know the honest answer." Her words wavered with tears that are begging to fall.

"Yes, I did. There, happy? I said it. Now let's go home. You've seen him, he's fine. Now come on." Mason started to head out of the room, however was stopped by sudden police officers in the room.

"You're under arrest for child abuse. Anything you do say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to a lawyer, and if you cannot afford a lawyer one will be appointed to you. Do you understand." One of the burly officers stated, pinning Mason's arms behind his back and cuffing them.

For Tony, the timing couldn't have been better. As for May, this was overwhelming. Finding out her nephew was taking drugs, and her boyfriend was abusing Peter. She could only feel numb, and so it left her with one choice.

Her plan today was to tell Mason something life changing and important, however Peter ended up in hospital and then this all happened. The news she wanted to share was going to be good, well she thought it was going to be good. But now it just seemed like it was a mistake, even though she loves Mason.

Mason has never done anything to her, apart from love her. The only thing he has done wrong, is abuse the one person she loved more than anything. Her precious nephew. And while she loved Mason, she loved Peter more. And therefore, had to put Peter first right now.

Sure she's upset about her boyfriend going to jail, she's more upset as to what he's done. And while it felt she would never forgive him. What she had coming may change his attitude when his time in prison is over.

Well, that's if by then she wants anything to do with him. That could all change.

"Mason! I'm pregnant."

The room he was giving for the time he has to stay under their care, felt empty and lonely. And while it met his needs with a cot, change table and a plastic potty and other things. It still felt empty. He felt alone, unwanted and a failure.

His dad will want nothing to do with him after all of this. Nor did he want anything to do with his dad in return. In fact, he would rather it be just him and his mum for the rest of his life. Than to have a dad who doesn't accept him for who he is.

It's not like he was in charge of the classifications. And even if he was, he wouldn't want to change it. As being a daddy dom or a neutral is hard. Being a little seemed more relieving and free of responsibilities.

And while he curled up in the corner of the room, he couldn't stop himself from wondering why. Why, had he wanted to hide his real image in the first place?

Now knowing the dangers of the drugs his dad was supplying, he didn't find it within himself to carry on taking them. And that's why he's here. He wants to change and drop the façade he's been faking for years.

It's exhausting, and so much was expected of him. Just like so much was expected of him now.

Guaranteed these people who are trying to help, are just doing their job. But they also have to understand how hard this is for him.

All his life he's been masking his true classification, setting up an image at school that got him popular and therefore had him gain a personality that wasn't his.

He'd quickly become someone he's not. And he wanted to stop.

Not just for his sake, but for Peter's too.

He hated to admit it, but he cared very much for the other little. He respected him, and possibly if he wasn't such a cocky ass and masking his little side. He would have had a better chance in becoming Tony's intern.

Well, he can't change the past. But he can sure as hell change the future. And the first thing he'll do when he gets out of here. Is apologise to Peter.

"Eugene, sweetie. Come on, it's time to eat. You haven't touched a thing since you've been here." A lovely young lady stated sadly, as she entered the room with a tray of food. Everything was plastic, including the fork and spoon.

While he was used to being called Flash, Eugene is his real name. And he wouldn't lie to himself, he did dislike his name. But Flash is the big tough guy he faked being, and who is responsible for hurting Peter Parker. Another little.

He did have a reason to defend himself, and the reason is that he knew what it was like to want to please others. He wanted to be seen as this popular boy in school, who didn't get treated like the classification that brought him here. And I guess, he saw that in Peter.

Seeing the struggle within the boy, he wanted to help. And while it was a good idea, it had escalated to being probably the worst decision he's ever made.

Now he's here, regretting everything but feeling relieved.

School has probably found out about this, so the repetition he took time to build. Is nothing but remnants of what he had.

Peter, well he didn't know the state of Peter as of yet. But he wanted to patch things up with the boy, and yes he knew forgiveness won't come easy. God, it may never come. Though it won't stop him from attempting to put things right.

When the bed dipped, Eugene looked up from where his head was buried within his knees. He liked this worker, she has been to visit a few times. She's a neutral, however gave off caregiver vibes. He trusted her, and at the moment only her.

She didn't push like the others did, as instead she listened to him and was patient. Qualities he needed in a person right now.

He's been through so much, and right now he's in unknown territory. Thrown into the deep end without arm bands so to speak.

It's why he's here, curled up on the floor in a corner. It was getting too much for him, and therefore he ran off. Unable to handle all the positive attention he has been neglected of for years.

He was being accepted in being himself, and he wasn't sure how to respond. So he fled. He felt stupid for doing so, as it must have looked like he was running from his problems. Which he didn't want to be accused off, he wanted to make progress. However, he couldn't make progress if he was pushed.

"Do you know if Peter is okay?"
