A week later*

It's been exactly one week since Tyler turned his back on his boys and went with his girl.

The wrestling universe was shocked when this turn happened as everyone thought that he would stay in the group that made his name bigger.

But that wasn't his intention since he quickly turned his back on Adam and the rest.

This was now building something big between the two groups as tensions were high, which poured over to social media for the rest of that week.

Wednesday morning*

Alarm*

Tyler quickly reached his arm from under his pillow and hit the alarm clock.

He eyes then closed and he was trying to fall back asleep, but was then woken up again by another sound.

*Buzz.. Buzz*

His phone was going off as someone was trying to call him.

Tyler: Uhhg.

After the fourth buzz, Tyler lifted his head up, grabbed his phone and looked to see it was Toni calling.

Of course he couldn't ignore it since she was the one to activate his alarm clock to wake him up early.

Tyler: Mhh?

Toni: Well good morning to you too.

Tyler: Mhm.

Toni: Did you just wake up?

Tyler: You should know, you set my alarms magically.

Toni: Only eveynight, now I know when you get up.

Tyler: Creepy.

Toni: Very funny, anyways what are you doing?

Tyler: We just discussed that I'm still in bed.

Toni: I ment this morning.

Tyler: I have no idea. I think my schedule is open, why?

Toni: Come on over and we'll have lunch.

Tyler: Maybe, I might go back to bed for a little.

Toni: C'mon Ty, let's spend time together this morning. I have a cup of coffee with your name on it.

Tyler: I don't know, give me like five minutes to think.

Toni: Sure, I'm going to hang up and you'll be back asleep.

Tyler: I'll text you. Promise.

Toni: Fine. Goodnight Ty.

Tyler: Yeah yeah, give me five.

They hung up and Tyler did the exact thing that Toni was talking about.

He laid his head back down with his phone in his hand still, but after a minute of him closing his eye; his phone went off again.

This time it was a text message.

Toni🖤: Will you come over now?..

There was a picture to go with it, so he now had to look to unlock his phone and pull it up.

When he scrolled through, he read her message and saw her picture.

Toni🖤: Will you come over now?

He had to respond now as he shot out of bed and was getting clothes gathered around to take a shower.

Tyler: Yes ma'am.

His phone was back on the charger and he took a quick shower.

20 minutes later*

Tyler was rushing out of his apartment and walked down the hall to Toni's, where he knocked and opened the door.

There he saw his girlfriend sitting at her kitchen counter, sipping on a cup of coffee and looking at his suprised.

Toni: Well, you do get out of your bed.

Tyler: With you sending me photos like that then I'll be over here in a instant.

Toni: giggles* Well you're too late.

She lifted her shirt a little to reveal she was wearing short shorts.

Toni: I already put pants on.

Tyler: That's cool, I'll take that cup of coffee you were talking about.

She got up and walked to her cabinets to grab a cup and poured the recent brewed cup of coffee and handed it over to him.

Tyler joined her at the counter and they sparked up a quick conversation.

Toni: So what are we doing today?

Tyler: Thought you said you wanted to do something today before tonight?

Toni: Yeah, doesn't mean that I had something to mind. Do you?

Tyler: I may.

He went back to drinking his coffee as he left her hanging.

Toni: Are you not saying?

Tyler: swallows* Alright. I figured we'd go shopping, I need to get a new pair of shoes.

Toni: Or seven.

Tyler: Hey, I don't have that many shoes.

Toni: Do we need to open your closet to see the other ten? Remember I've been in your bedroom, I think I know your addiction.

Tyler: Alright, alright. You're ruthless.

Toni: shrugs* Anyways we can do that. Then what?

Tyler: That's all I have for this afternoon. But tonight..

Toni: ...

Tyler: Would you want to go to that club downtown that just opened?

Toni: You mean "Ice"?

Tyler: Yeah, the owner is a mutual friend.

Toni: Oh really? Sure, why not?

Tyler: Great.

They continued to talk a little until she went to go get dressed so they could leave.

Tyler walked back to her front door and slipped on his shoes while waiting on her.

It didn't take long for her to walk through wearing her new SPLX gear.

She grabbed his hand and they walked to his Jeep, jumped in and headed to the mall on the outskirts of Orlando.

30 minutes later*

Tyler was walking through the huge shoe shop as Toni was following him while videoing it a little, then posted it on Instagram.

After a bit, Tyler had his pair that he's been hunting for. The Jordan Ultra Fly 3's, black edition with gold in the 23.

Tyler: These are perfect.

Toni: They're pretty cool.

Tyler: Yeah, look at these.

He saw the black and red edition and handed them to her.

Tyler: Try these on.

Toni: Me?

Tyler: No, the women behind you.

She turned around and made him sigh loudly, then she giggled and sat down on the bench while slipping them on.

Toni then walked around and Tyler couldn't keep his eyes off her.

The pair really fit her well. He then snapped out of it when she walked back and took them off.

Tyler: You like them?

Toni: They're comfortable.

Tyler: You really rock them too.

Toni: Aww, yeah I liked them.

Tyler: Alright, I'll get them for you.

He put them in the box and she grabbed his wrist to stop him for a minute.

Toni: Ty, look at the price tag.

He looked and then looked back at her with no facial expression.

Tyler: What about it?

Toni: These are two hundred dollars.

Tyler: And? Mine are two hundred and thirty.

Toni: I never spend that much on anything to wear.

Tyler: I do.

Toni: Please don't get these for me.

Tyler: Too late.

He closed the box and was now walking to the counter in front of the store. Toni caught to him as he grabbed his card and watched the cashier charge it, then bag both boxes.

When Tyler put his wallet away, he handed her the bag with her shoes in and they walked out.

Outside of the store, Tyler was walking next to his girlfriend as she felt really bad about what just happend.

But he quickly calmed her down by grabbing her hand and walking her back outside to his Jeep.

As she stared at the box on the way back to her place, she was really feeling bad on how expensive they were.

Tyler knew something was up and parked at the apartment building parking lot, then looked at her.

Tyler: T? Are you alright?

Toni: Yeah, it's just I feel bad you spent that on me.

Tyler: You think two hundred is bad? I've spent atleast over a thousand once on a pair of shoes. Toni, trust me this is fine. I wanted to see you wear these more since you looked great in them.

Toni: Are you sure it wasn't too much?

Tyler: You're kidding? I could've spent more if you let me. It shows my love for you, and the sneaker game.

Toni: I love you too.

She kissed his cheek and they jumped out and walked back up to her apartment.

They both cooked a quick lunch and were now talking about her getting a puppy.

Since the landlord is allowing small dogs, Tyler is out on the idea since he has no interest in getting a smaller dog. But he did like the idea of Toni really wanting to get one.

Tyler reminded her about Takeover happening soon, so she's waiting until after.

Later on that night*

Everyone was now packed in Full Sail and waiting for the show to start.

It's now a two hour show, live; and that was exciting for everyone in the locker room.

Tyler wasn't on until the last segment, so he was able to watch the show backstage with everyone one else. Toni was wearing her new shoes as they both were sporting their new shirts.

His said "Darkness Prevails" with the Undisputed Era logo below being covered in black.

And Toni's said "He Picked Me" with them kissing.

Both were watching the show until their segment.

Main event*

Adam just took the match away from a returning Finn Bálor as all of Undisputed Era ran out and disqualified him.

Then a new theme hit as Tyler was coming out.

The croud cheered as Tyler walked out onto the ramp and just stared down Adam Cole.

But before he could say anything, Toni's theme hit and she walked out with her title around her waist.

She handed him a microphone, but before he could even speak Adam already had one.

Adam: Look who it is. The love birds. Tyler and Toni. What the hell do you two want?

Tyler: That..

He was pointing straight at his NXT Championship on his shoulders, that then made Adam and the rest of the Undisputed Era laugh.

Tyler: I sense your fear of going against me. I am a changed man since the last time you saw me.

Adam: What? Last week? Look Tyler, we get it. You wanted to get brownie points with Toni here and choose her side, and I knew you couldn't hang with us. Were to powerful of a group for you to handle.

Tyler: You think so? I see how you really are Adam, you're a pest to this company and can't preform on his own without the rats surrounding you. You're pathetic.

Adam: You shouldn't be talking, you lost your championship to a UFC reject. Get over yourself.

Tyler: Adam, you proved just now you can't win. Finn had that match in the bag until all those four ring clowns ran around. I can beat you, and I'll prove it at Takeover Phoenix.

The croud started to cheer as this was building a match, but there were a couple more shots to be thrown out.

Adam: Fine, I pick the stimulation. Now why in the hell is Toni out here? Is she your shield so we so called "ring clowns" attack?

Toni: I can speak for myself, and no. I'm out here to stand face to face with the little troll that has been all over me on social media this week.

Rhea: You know my name damn well Toni. You're just offended because I called you out on never defending your title. You were jealous of me, someone who could hang around your little boy toy there and also defend a championship in the mean time.

Toni: Yeah yeah, we get it-

Rhea: You don't get it. You're uncomfortable with girls hanging around your boyfriend. Because another video may surface.

The croud lost it as she took a cheap shot at Tyler, and Toni tried to lunge out at her but he held her back.

All of a sudden, William Regal came out to confirm the next matches to happen at Takeover.

Tyler Black versus Adam Cole for the NXT Championship in a two out of three match. And Toni Storm versus Rhea Ripley, winner take all match.

This made both sides happy as they'll be able to get their hands on each other soon.

After NXT*

Tyler and Toni then drove home to get ready for their date tonight at the new club downtown.

He was dressed in a nice shirt and dark jeans, black Jordan's and his Rolex watch his dad got him two years ago.

After a couple minutes, he walked outside to see Toni in a white shirt, black leather jacket and black pants with her SPLX hat backwards.

Tyler: Jesus.

Toni: Oh stop it you.

Tyler: You look good.

Toni: You clean up nicely.

He then stood there and held out his arm as she wrapped her arm around it and followed him down to the car.

They were getting picked up tonight so one of them wouldn't have to drive, since they'll be drinking and having fun.

So both jumped in and listened to the music playing in this car, and before they knew it they had arrived.

They walk into the huge black and ice blue light club where its packed*

Tyler was leading the charge through the croud as he held Toni's hand close and she had her other hand on his shoulder.

Both were powering through the huge bundle of people until they walked up the stairs and made it to the VIP section where she watched a man dressed in a suit jumped up with a huge smile.

Tony: Tyler Black, you son of a bitch!

Tyler: Tony, you magnificent bastard, how are you?

Tony: I'm great! Living the dream. What about you? It's been a couple years.

Tyler: Too many man, and I'm on top of the world.

Tony: It has been, now who's this?

Toni: Hi, I'm Toni.

Tony: Woah, missed me that much man? Found a girl with my name?

Tyler: You're hilarious, but we've been friends feels like forever until I had the balls to ask her out.

Tony: Seems like you made the right decision.

He patted his back and invited the two to his little area while they get drinks and talk amongst each other.

An hour into the party*

Tyler's friend had continued to move around with his group, which left Tyler and Toni up top alone.

The music and atmosphere was electrifying as they both were feeling pretty good at this point.

But whenever a new song came on, that sparked something in Toni to dance with her boyfriend

Both Toni and Tyler were enjoying themselves until he could sense that she was hinting something.

Toni had a drink in her hand and started to slowly grind onto him, then spun around and put her drink down as she needed two hands.

She then grabbed his face and pressed her lips against his.

When she released, she got up to his ear and whispered to him.

Toni: Let's go back to my place.

Then she smiled and Tyler knew it was time to go, so they walked downstairs and said their goodbyes to the owner as they made their way outside and back into the Uber to head back home.
