Anastasia like Tom has a Diary she likes to write things in, sometimes it will be just about her day and other times it will be little made up fanfictions she has about her and any friends she has (I know, I will be writing a fanfic for her a bit in my own fanfiction). When she has a entry (this will also go for when she sings songs too cause she loves to sing) the text will be in italic.

A few minutes later, Anastasia and Gabriella find an empty seating compartment and sits their pets, Anastasia's guitar (she brought it with her too) and suitcases down before Anastasia turns on a music player and begins to listen to music as she writes in her personal diary (I know how ironic) while Gabriella looks out the train window.

Dear Diary,

  Today Gabriella and I are going to travel to Hogwarts to start our education and learn a bit where we fit in the world. I can't wait to make some new friends today and meet everyone who is in my house with me too. It's going to be so exciting!!!

   After that is done she decides to sing along to her music a little and just as she thinks about it, one of her favorite songs from as a child comes on and she begins to sing softly (the lyrics will change just a tad and I will not include the entire song) while Gabriella listens.

  Moments later, a few other children walk up to their compartment and one of the kids, a girl and a boy Anastasia's and Gabriella's age says laughing with his group of friends "Well,well, look who it is, the last of the Cloven line of Parselmouths and a werewolf too (she comes from a sixth generation line of Parselmouths) How's your mother? Oh that's right, she's dead isn't she?" Which makes Anastasia very angry and she says while Gabriella looks at her with a horrified look "How dare you talk about our mother like that!!! She was one of the best witches I've known!!!" Then the boy says as he and his friends continue to laugh "How about one of the most oblivious witches there was!!! I'm Dallan Cross, I'm a racist, I hate Pure-Bloods and my mother was a Griffindor and my father is a muggle do you want to be my friend?" And this time Gabriella says "She was not oblivious Dallan and I think Anastasia and I can tell who wouldn't be a good friend myself but thanks anyway!!!" Which makes Dallan say "Then where was your father when you were born Cloven? Huh? Oh that's right, he ran off on the three of you when you both needed him!!!" But before the brewing fight can get any worse, another boy with black hair and Dark Brown eyes walks up and says "How about you mind your own business and leave the girls alone!" Which makes Dallan say back "Riddle, they are pure-bloods and I absolutely hate pure-bloods!" Which makes Anastasia's and Gabriella's mysterious savior say in reply "Well I think you are acting very rudely towards them so how about you and your friends find something else to entertain yourselves with?!!" Finally, this makes Dallan and his gang leave before the boy who stood up for Anastasia and Gabriella turns to them and says "Sorry about that, I'm Tom Riddle and you are?" Which makes Anastasia reply "Anastasia Cloven and this is my twin sister Gabriella." Then Tom replies "Nice to meet you Anastasia and Gabriella, mind if I sit with you two, there honestly isn't anywhere else? Plus I couldn't help but overhear you singing earlier, you sing really nice." So Anastasia replies "Of course you can sit with us and thank you, our mother and I used to sing that song together before she." Then her eyes fill up with sadness as does Gabriella's before Tom says knowing all too well what their looks means "She died didn't she? That's what I heard those stupid jerks say to you." Which makes Anastasia and Gabriella nod before another girl comes in and says "Hello, I'm Riela Rayweather, would you three mind if I joined you three?" Then Anastasia and Tom nod as Anastasia says "I'm Anastasia Cloven and this is my twin sister Gabriella Cloven." Which makes Riela reply "Hello Anastasia, Hello Gabriella." After Anastasia introduces herself and Gabriella to Riela, Tom says "And I'm Tom Riddle." To which Riela replies "Nice to meet you Tom." Before she sits down next to Anastasia and Gabriella and says noticing Anastasia's kitten and owl "Wow, Anastasia you have a adorable kitten and a beautiful owl with you." Which makes Anastasia smile as Tom also nods in agreement also noticing Anastasia's kitten and owl as well as she says "Thank you, my kitten is Misty and my owl is Snowy. Gabriella has a toad and barn owl. She hasn't decided names for them though." A few minutes later, the sweets trolley comes and a lady asks "Would you like any treats from the trolley dears?" And Anastasia replies since she got some gallons left "Yes, how about some Cauldron Cakes, Chocolate Frogs, Chocolate Wands and some Peppermint Toads for the four of us please?" So the trolley worker replies "Of course you may." So she hands Anastasia, Gabriella, Tom and Riela their candy before Anastasia pays for it and once the trolley leaves Tom says "You didn't have to buy all of that yourself Anastasia." However, she replies "It's not a problem Tom, after all I should repay you for helping me and Gabriella out with those bullies." After this, Riela gives Anastasia a few gallons from her pocket and Anastasia says "Riela you don't have to pay me back for your candy." Which makes Riela reply "But I would like to Anastasia." So Anastasia takes the gallons Riela gives to her and puts them in her pocket.

About fifteen minutes later, Anastasia, Gabriella, Tom and Riela get off the train with the other students and as they head to the boats with the other first years they talk some more and Riela says "I can't wait to know which house we will all be in." Which makes Anastasia reply "Me too, it's going to be very interesting." After she says this Tom asks curiously "Anastasia, Gabriella, what house were your parents in? Just out of curiosity." So Anastasia answers "Well, our mother was in Slytherin, people used to say she had a lot of cunning and was also very determined, clever and also had a strong Self-Preservation. When our father left she used to tell us that he was quite a scoundrel, she had a mysterious illness that made her snap and say random things so a lot of the time everyone would tease her about it before she died." Then Riela says "What about your father, what House was he in when he was in school?" And Gabriella answers this time "Our father was in Ravenclaw, my mother told me he had a lot of wit, creativity and liked to be original and come up with his own things, he used to work as an Auror but he left my mother, Anastasia and I about a year after we were born, what for we never knew, my mother assumed he was killed while on the job but that was only because of rumors, the Ministry doesn't even know what happened to him." Tom then says as the three of them board a boat to go to the castle together "So your pretty much both orphans like me then Anastasia and Gabriella." Which makes them both nod before they reach the castle and head inside where Professor Trevil (I made her up for the story) is waiting outside the Great Hall and says "Hello First Years, welcome to Hogwarts your new home away from home. In a few minutes you will walk through these doors to be sorted into your houses which will be sort of like your family while you are here." Moments later the doors open and the students follow Professor Trevil until she stops at the sorting hat which signals for the first years to stop and they do before Anastasia spots Camille Stein who she has not seen since the death of her mother looking at her and she gives a little wave as students begin to be sorted into their houses and a young girl bounces up to Anastasia, Gabriella, Tom and Reila and says in a soft voice "This is going to be so exciting!" Then she realizes she has not introduced herself and she says "Oh I forgot, my name is Tigerlily Pots." After this, Anastasia, Gabriella, Tom and Reila all shake hands with her

  After this, Dallan Cross, the boy who was picking on Anastasia earlier before Tom stepped in is called and after he sits down the hat calls out "Gryffindor!" And after he is seated Tigerlily is called and sorted into Slytherin and after Dallan's friends from the train are sorted a few into Gryffindor and a couple others into Ravenclaw, Trevil calls "Tom Riddle!" Before Tom walks up and Anastasia says softly while Gabriella gives him a friendly nod "Good luck!" Which makes him nod kindly to her before he sits down and the Slytherin hat yells out "Slytherin!" After that a boy with ginger hair named Sol Fade is next and he is sorted into Gryffindor (you'll know more about him later). After Sol, another boy named Troy Stone is called up and is sorted into Slytherin (keep an eye on him as well throughout the story and that will also go for Aaron Hunt and Dante Crow as well, Aaron is a Slytherin too while Dante is a Ravenclaw ). After they are done, Reila is called up and sorted into Syltherin too before Professor Trevil calls "Anastasia Cloven!" Which actually causes quite a few students to hold their breath and gasp and Anastasia walks up and sits down and after the sorting hat is put on her it says "Hmm, we've got a difficult one here indeed. You seem to be very Resourceful, Determined, Intelligent, Creative, willing to accept, yet also Brave, have a bit of Courage and Daring in you as well. And I also sense Dedication, Patience, Kindness, Tolerance and Loyalty in you Cloven, you share pretty much every trait in any of the houses I could place you in but like your mother I sense a lot of Self-Presevation, Cleverness and Cunning in you, yet also a bit of Ambition too so I think it should be." Then the hat pauses for a moment before it says "Slytherin!" Which causes all of Slytherin house to erupt with applause for her as she runs over to join Tom, Relia and Tigerlily at the Slytherin table and after she joins them and they each hug her (yes even Tom hugs her since he has connected with her a lot) three more girls Alexandra Autumn, Clover Shade and Raven Wood are sorted into Slytherin as well. After that Professor Trevil calls out "Gabriella Cloven!" So Gabriella walks up now and sits down before the sorting hat states "Hmm, I see a lot of cleverness, wit and creativity in you yet I also see a lot of dedication, patience and fairness in you as well. Although like your twin I also see some self-preservation and cunning too. However since it appears you have more of your father's trait's it you it better be." Then just like with Anastasia the sorting hat pauses for a moment before it says "Ravenclaw!" Which actually shocks both Anastasia and Gabriella since this will be the first time the two have been apart.

After the ceremony is over, the Headmaster stands up and says "Congratulations to our newest witches and wizards and also I welcome you all to Hogwarts. For first years, the Forbidden Forest is strictly forbidden. Now, it's time to eat, you will find your schedule as well as your belongings in your dormitories already and for the first few days, First years should follow their Prefects to their dorms, classes do not start until next week so everyone can get used to or get themselves back on track for the upcoming year (I got some inspiration from reading some other fanfics where classes at Hogwarts don't start for a week to change it up a little bit)." After this, Anastasia and her new friends start to eat until moments later, Camille Stein comes over and says to Anastasia "Hello Anastasia." Which makes Anastasia reply as she turns around "Camille! It's been too long!!" As she hugs her while Camille replies "Well, you are going to see a lot more of me because I am the Astronomy (just go with it for the story please, don't ask) Professor and I'm also the Head of your house, and I have to say congratulations by the way, I'm sure your mother would be proud to know that you are a Slytherin just like her." Which makes Anastasia proud as she smiles "Thank you Professor Stein, it's a shame that Gabriella isn't in Slytherin too though." To which Professor Stein replies "You sister seemed to always be a lot like your father so I'm not surprised." After this, she, Tom, Reila, Tigerlily, Alexandra, Clover and Raven all chat for a while before they follow their Prefects Tara Shadowwalker and Dylan Vixen to their dorm.
