Locked out (Tom Holland)
Requested by miagherkin: Y/N is a new actress in the MCU and her trailer is next to Tom's. They haven't met yet and Y/N arrives at night but is locked out, so he lets her stay in his trailer.
Tom's P.O.V
Tom sat at the conference table, the rest of the cast for "Endgame" also sitting there as they waited for the meeting to start.
"Hey, shorty." Tom looked up and gave Anthony Mackie a smile as the man sat down next to him.
"Fuck you." He nodded. Anthony smirked and shook his head as Tom chuckled.
"You heard that Y/N Y/L/N is coming onto the set tomorrow?" Anthony asked. Tom's eyes widened slightly and he looked at him.
"O-oh, yeah? It'll be good to finally meet her." Tom nodded.
"You sure that it won't be a bit more than just good?" Anthony continued to tease, making Tom smirk and shake his head. Since it had been announced that Y/N Y/L/N would be playing 'Wanda Maximoff' in the final 'Avengers' movie, the rumour that Tom had a massive crush on her had quickly spread around the entire 'Endgame' cast. The thing was, though, that it wasn't just a rumour. Tom had been head over heels for Y/N since he'd seen her in her first movie, the beautiful and talented girl just drawing him in. And so when she had been cast in the MCU, he'd been over the moon. Today was the first meeting of almost the whole cast, though due to a mix-up, Y/N was arriving the next day instead. And Tom couldn't wait.
"I don't have a crush on her, I don't even know how that rumour started." Tom lied.
"Dude, I don't even think that it's a rumour. You're so clearly whipped for her, and she's not even here yet." Anthony continued to tease. Tom chuckled and shook his head, his heart leaping at the thought of finally meeting the amazing girl.
Y/N's P.O.V
I walked into the warehouse that was home to the set of 'Endgame', my heart in my throat as I looked at the amazing set. I had been cast in the final movie of the 'Avengers' series and I couldn't wait to start the filming. And I couldn't wait to meet my celebrity crush, Tom Holland. I was a massive fan of the extremely attractive and talented man, and I was still trying to process the fact that I'd be working so closely with him. I looked down at my phone and sighed as I saw the numbers one-fifteen a.m glaring back at me. Due to a mix-up, I had been put on another plane to the rest of the cast and so I had not only gotten in a day later than everyone else, but I was also only arriving in the middle of the night. I walked towards the trailers, the wheels of my suitcase clicking against the concrete ground as I walked towards the vehicles.
"Ah ha." I mumbled to myself as I saw the trailer with my name on the door. I pulled on the handle, my eyes widening as it wouldn't budge.
"Fuck, come on." I groaned quietly as I continued to yank on the handle. This was exactly what I needed, to be locked out of my trailer in a cold warehouse, in the early hours of the morning. What a great way to start my career in the MCU. I looked around at the other trailers, a sigh leaving my lips as all of them seemed to be cloaked in darkness, suggesting that their occupants were asleep. Well, all but one. I walked towards the trailer next to mine which also happened to be the one trailer that still had lights on. My eyes widened and I gulped harshly as the name 'Tom Holland' was cellotaped to the door.
"Fucks' sake, of course." I mumbled, my heart racing as I weighed up my options, of which I only had two. I could either make a really bad first impression on Tom by knocking on his door at this ungodly hour and asking to spend the night in his trailer, or I could freeze my arse off on the front step of my trailer and just hope that one of the Russo Brothers would wake up relatively early to let me in. It was taking everything in me to not go for the latter. I sighed and bit my lip as I raised my fist and knocked on the door quietly. I heard shuffling, making me gulp harshly. The door opened, Tom's eyes widening slightly as he saw me.
"Oh, hey...it's Y/N, right?" he smiled.
"Yeah, it is. I'm so sorry, Tom, but I've just arrived, I'm locked out of my trailer, and you seem to be the only one up." I sighed. His eyes widened further.
"Jesus, say no more, come in." he ushered as he gently took the handle of my suitcase from me and pulled it into the trailer.
"Are you sure? I'm so sorry to put you out like this at this hour." I sighed as I moved into the trailer and he shut the door behind me.
"Don't be silly. It's late, it's cold, and it's not your fault." he reassured. I chuckled and bit my lip as I looked around the vehicle.
"Wow. This place is nice." I nodded, looking at the plush red sofas as I ran my fingertips along the marble countertops.
"Yeah, they're not bad. Yours will be the same, so you have that to look forward to." he chuckled as he handed me a glass of wine. I gave him a smile of thanks as I took the glass and sat on the sofa.
"It's great to finally meet you, by the way. I'm a massive fan." Tom admitted as he sat next to me on the sofa. My eyes widened slightly.
"Sorry...you're a fan of me?" I scoffed.
"Yeah, why wouldn't I be? You're fucking insane in everything that I've seen you in, and, um...let's just say that I don't find you hard on the eyes." he confessed as he raised his glass of wine to his lips. I bit my lip, desperately trying to keep my cool as my crush admitted that not only did he find me talented, but he found me attractive too. I was in heaven.
"Well, thank you, Tom. I feel the same about you." I chuckled back, making him wink and smile at me as we continued to talk and drink the wine.
"I'm serious! You were incredible in it! I know that everyone was kind of hesitant because it was so far from any roles that you'd done before but fuck, you blew it out of the water!" Tom exclaimed, making me laugh and shake my head as we talked about my most recent movie.
"Well, thanks, it means a lot. It was amazing to film, though, and it'll be great to work with RDJ again." I chuckled as I took another sip of my nearly empty wine.
"He's mentioned you actually, says you're the next big actress in Hollywood." he admitted. My eyes widened and I choked on my wine at his words, making him laugh and shake his head at my reaction.
"He didn't say that about me...did he?" I gulped.
"Yup, he did. Apparently you're really fucking talented, which, for one, I believe, and I can't wait to see that talent in person." he continued to compliment me. I smiled and bit my lip as I looked at my lap, my mind grateful for the fact that we'd been drinking so that I could explain away the red hue on my cheeks with the alcohol.
"Thank you, Tommy. It means a lot, and I can't wait to work with you either, and to be friends and everything." I smiled.
"You never know, we may even end up being more." he flirted subtly, making me smirk and bite my lip as I looked at my phone.
"Wow, shit, it's late and I'm very jet-lagged, I should probably get some sleep." I chuckled as I drank the rest of my wine and stood up.
"Yeah, course. Bedroom is just through there." he smiled. I looked at him.
"Tom, I can't take your bed." I scoffed. He returned the look.
"Why not?" he shrugged.
"Because I was the rude one who knocked on your door at stupid o'clock, and I'm the one who is a guest in your trailer." I sighed. I would admit that it was very in-character and gentlemanly for Tom to offer me his bed for the night, but I felt so bad putting him out like this. Especially if he wasn't going to be sleeping in the bed at the same time as I was, which he wouldn't be given that we'd only met an hour ago.
"No, you're the one who is jet-lagged and who needs sleep, and who was locked out of her trailer through no fault of her own. You need sleep, I don't. Honestly, it's okay." he reassured. I sighed and bit my lip.
"Thank you. That's really kind of you." I nodded.
"Of course, love. Sleep well, and I'll see you tomorrow." he smiled as he grabbed a blanket from the back of the sofa and spread it out over the cushions.
"See you tomorrow." I chuckled, grabbing my suitcase and taking it into the bedroom before shutting the door.
"Knock, knock." my eyes fluttered open, a yawn leaving my lips as I heard Tom's voice. I looked up, my eyes widening slightly as he was standing at the now-open door of the bedroom with a coffee in his hands.
"So, first, you let me share your trailer at one in the morning, and then you see me when I've literally just woken up. Great." I teased, making him laugh as I sat up in the bed and he walked in.
"Don't worry, you still look stunning." he flirted as he sat down next to me on the bed. I smirked and shook my head as he handed me the coffee.
"Though, I didn't just come here to bring you a coffee. The Russo Brothers have unlocked your trailer and are bringing in the rest of your stuff that also arrived last night." he nodded.
"Oh, brilliant. I should probably head over there, I need a shower before I meet the rest of the cast." I chuckled as I climbed out of the bed.
"Y-yeah, sure." Tom gave me a small smile, making me return it as I grabbed my suitcase and wheeled it to the door. I turned back to look at him.
"Thank you for last night, Tom. You literally saved me allowing me to stay here overnight, and I really appreciate it. I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes." I smiled.
"It was no bother, honestly. I'll always invite a pretty girl into my home if she has nowhere else to go." he teased, making me smirk and shake my head.
"For what it's worth, I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes too. I feel like we're going to make great friends, if not slightly more." he admitted.
"I feel that too, Tom." I nodded, making him smile and bite his lip at me.
"Anyway, I'll see you on set in an hour." I chuckled as I headed down the steps and out of his trailer.
"Yes, see you then, love." he smiled. I bit my lip and returned it, Tom watching me from his doorway as I headed over to my trailer. I had a feeling that this was going to be the start of something great.
