You flinch as an alien robot explodes in the New York sky. You cower behind a large flower pot on Stark Tower, cowering in fear. Your father, Loki Laufeyson, has orchestrated an alien invasion on New York. You had stepped through the portal with him to Earth where you watched him put mind control on many of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s soldiers. Then once he was captured by the Avengers and put into a cell on one of their Helicarriers, your uncle Thor took you under his wing and made you realize what Loki is doing is dangerously wrong. You told the Avengers all you know about your father's plans, yet even they couldn't stop your father. Loki escaped the Helicarrier's cell and now has proceeded to open up a portal to another dimension. The Chitauri fleet and Leviathans are streaming from the portal and destroying Manhattan.

     You bite your lip, fear making your heart pound loudly. Out of nowhere, your father's scepter lands with a clink a few feet in front of you. You swallow hard. You know the scepter will stop the alien invasion once you put it in the Tessaract-powered interdimensional generator that Erik Selvig has built.

     You quickly crawl out of your hiding spot and pick up the scepter. Your eyes wide, you run to the roof top. Agent Romanoff and Erik Selvig—now free from Loki's mind control—are there. Romanoff's eyes widen in horror when she sees you.

     "Y/N, what are you doing here?! Do you know your uncle Thor would kill you if he found you here?!" She exclaims.

     "I sneaked off a ship and good thing I did...." You say, before presenting the scepter from behind your back.

     "The scepter!" Erik exclaims, his eyes wide.

     "I've come to close the portal." You state boldly, walking toward the generator. You take a deep breath and your hands grip the scepter. Agent Romanoff stands behind you and watches as you slide the scepter into the generator. The wind picks up wildly as the portal starts to close.

     Natasha puts her hands on her hips, shaking her head, while smiling. "That's the bravest seven year old I've ever met." She admits.

     You stick close to Thor as your father stares down at you, his green eyes flashing with hurt and anger. Thor, Loki, and you have just arrived in Asgard where your father will be imprisoned. Your hand sneaks into Thor's as you look away from your father.

     "Stop staring at her like that, Loki. You're scaring her." Thor commands protectively.

     Loki looks at Thor. "How can you possibly know what frightens her, brother?" He spits out. You shrink behind Thor. "You weren't the one that raised her when her mother died. You weren't there to care for her every need and want! You've only just come into her life, and now you've turned her against me!" Loki shouts angrily.

     "Well, I'm glad I came into her life or she would have turned out just like you!" Thor yells back.

     "Stop!" You exclaim as loud as you can. You look up at your father and uncle. "Stop it right now." You say, tears burning your eyes. Your little chin quivers and you blink back tears. Loki kneels and puts his chained hands on your small shoulders.

     "Y/N, I'm sorry for yelling." He says softly, his green eyes peering into yours. You nod and sniff.

     "Come on, we need to go." Thor states, pulling Loki up to his feet. The three of you walk across the Asgardian bridge.

     You walk through the dungeons, mindful of all the fowl creatures staring at you murderously. The guards watch you carefully and protectively. You stop outside your father's cell.

     "Father." You say. Loki looks up at you and walks up to you.

     "Y/N, what are you doing down here? I thought you'd be angry at me." He says.

     "I thought it'd be the other way around." You admit. Your father's eyebrows draw. "I told the Avengers of your plans to take over Manhattan." You explain.

     "I figured you would if you were taken by them. But look, even that didn't stop me from destroying much of Manhattan." He states. You wince and look down. "But there was something I didn't see in this." Loki tells you. You look up at him and he stares dead into your eyes. "My own daughter stopping the invasion." He whispers.

     You don't look away. "I did what I thought to be right." You say, bravely. Loki suddenly smiles and nods his head.

     "Yes, yes, I know. And I'm so proud of you!" He exclaims. You stare at him in shock.

     "Uh, what? I thought you'd be mad at me." You stutter.

     "No, no, not at all. You took the matter into your own hands. That was brave and courageous, something I've tried to instill in you since your mother died." Loki tells you.

     "I miss her yet I don't even remember her." You whisper.

     Your father smiles sadly. "You remind me of her a lot, Y/N." He says. You smile at your father. "Will you come visit me everyday, Y/N?" Loki asks wistfully.

     You grin. "Of course I will. I will visit you until the day you're out of this cell." You promise.

     Loki smiles at you. "I love you, Y/N." He says.

     "I love you too." You reply.
