You finally had some time for yourself. You loved it. Every time you took a break from work you walked towards the park near your work. You had to get some fresh air at some point. Right now you just finished work and you were on your way home. You looked around. There were a lot of people outside with children or as couples.

You lived in America but you were originally from England. You had no family here but a lot of friends. You often travelled back to England to visit your family.

In the distance you saw a group of girls and a guy. They were all talking to him and the guy signed them autographs.. suddenly you recognised him.. Tom Felton?

You and Tom were childhood friend. You went to highschool together. Your paths separated afterwards. Tom focused on his career in acting while you went to university. You saw him pop up lots of times. That's why you recoignised him. You were sure he wouldn't recognise you.

You did want to give it a shot. You walked towards the group of girls. They were just saying their goodbyes. They walked away and Tom then focused on you.

'Hi.' He smiled.

'Hi.. You probably don't recognise me.. Do you?' You asked him.

Tom looked at you for a moment.

'Is it really bad if I say no?' He asked before he started laughing.

'Come on Tom. It's me.. Y/N.. Y/N Y/L.'

He seemed a little surprised. He thought you looked amazing. Not like he remembered you. You of course thought he looked amazing too. With his slightly longer dark blonde hair and his amazing blue eyes.

'Oh my god.. You look great! How have you been?' He smiled before hugging you.

You hugged him back with a smile.

'I've been great!' You said while letting him go. 'How about you?'

'Yeah I've been alright.' He smiled. 'Where are you heading at this hour?'

'I just finished work.. I was on my way home. If you wanna catch up you can join me if you want.' You smiled.

'Really? Do you trust a man in your house at this hour?' He grinned.

'Defenitly. No angry boyfriends and I don't see you as a murderer.' You laughed.

'Yeah then why not.' He smiled.

'You weren't heading to anything important right now, were you?' You asked him.

'No I was also heading home.'

You looked at him in surprise. You didn't know he lived near you.

'In all these yours you've lived near me and I never saw you?' You asked him.

'Weird, isn't it.' He grinned.

You started heading towards your apartment. You had a very big one. Seeing that you weren't focussed on guys and were only busy with working you managed to get a very good job. It paid really well but you often had to work late.

'No angry girlfriends.. Right?' You asked him.

'No.. I was dating someone, Jade. But we broke up about half a year ago.'

'You guys had been dating for long.. That's a shame.'

'Yeah 7 years. It is a long time but it's better like this.'

You opened the door to your apartment and Tom walked in. He looked around with a smile.

'Lovely place you got here.'

'Thank you.'

You put your bag and coat away and so did Tom.'

'What can I get you?' You asked him while walking towards the kitchen.

'Show me what you've got.'

You opened the fridge and showed him.

'I also have a wine storage here.'

You opened a cupboard.

'That looks like an amazing red wine.' Tom said while reaching for a bottle.

'It is.' You smiled. 'You have a great taste! Sit down I'll being it to you.'

Tom made his way towards your couch. You stared at him for a moment. It was weird how comfortable you were with him here.

You quickly poured two glasses of wine and made your way to the couch. You placed the wine on the table. You sat down besides him and let out a sigh.

'So how's life?' He asked you while reaching for his wine.

'It's okay I guess. I work a lot.. but I also earn a lot so that's great.. I have very little free time though. I started at 7 and end at 7, sometimes later.. How about yours? I've read a lot about you on news sites and stuff.'

'After Harry Potter things only got better for me. I have a lot of job offerings and even if I don't sit at home without work very often so that's nice.. it also take away a lot of free time for me. Not that I need to spend that on anyone or anything.'

'Same.. work really gets in the way of things.' You sighed.

You took a sip from your wine and put it down. Your reached towards your hair and took out the pony-tail you were wearing (if possible). You moved your hand through your hair a couple of times to make sure it was nice again.

'I don't get why men wouldn't be interested in you.' Tom said before a sip from his drink. 'I mean, you are clearly smart, I remember you were so happy at graduation that you could finally go to university, you have a good job, you're definitely not ugly, you take good care of yourself.'

You blushed a little.

'Well thank you Tom.' You smiled. 'Same with you of course. I gotta admit that I missed you.'

'I missed you too. The friends I have now don't even know me like you know me.'

You spend the rest of the evening talking about how it used to be and what you missed and laughed and fooled around.

'Did you eat?' Tom suddenly asked you.

You looked at the cloak. It was almost midnight.

'No but I'll eat something after you're gone.' You smiled.

'Yeah it's getting late.' Tom grinned. 'I should go. I don't want to keep you up. We should do this more often.'

'I agree.' You smiled. 'Let me give you my number then we can meet up sometime.'

Tom handed you his phone and you gave him your number.

'Wonderful.' He smiled. 'Thank you for the wine.'

'No problem.'

You got up and walked him out.

'Bye! See you later.' You smiled while hugging him.

Tom hugged you back.

'See you soon! Bye.' He smiled.
