'Stop it Y/N.' Tom laughed while you hugged him from behind.

Tom was making some dinner and you wouldn't leave him alone. Not that he blamed you.. you were Jade's best friend and jade introduced you two about 4 months ago. You and Tom fell in love during those 4 months but Tom didn't break up with Jade yet.. you didn't know why he couldn't do it.

'This is the only night that I get to see you this week.' You said while laying your head against his shoulder.

Tom put got rid of the pan so it wouldn't burn. He turned around and hugged you. You smiled and held him tightly. You let him go and pressed your lips against his. Tom kissed you back. These nights were amazing to you. Tom meant so much to you. He pulled back and you smiled.

'I love you.' You said.

Tom looked at you for a moment.

'I know.' He just said.

'Tom.' You sighed.

'You know I can't Y/N..'

You sighed and walked away for a moment.

'Y/N please..' He sighed.

'You have to choose one day.. and if you can't choose between her and me than I'd rather have you break my heart now then wait until you decide to do so.'

Tom wanted to answer but then his phone rang. He looked at it.

'It's Jade.' He sighed.

You sighed and sat down on a chair for a moment. Tom looked at you. He knew it wrong to keep you waiting for so long. He answered the phone and put it on speaker.

'Hey.' Tom said.

'Hey! You called?' She asked.

You looked. Tom placed his index finger against his lips, signing you to be quiet.

'Yeah I did.'

'What's up?'

'I was wondering if you could meet up tomorrow morning.. I really need to talk to you.'

It was quiet for a moment.

'I can get some coffee with you in the morning if you want. Work is a little busy so that's the only option I have.'

The main reasons why Tom stopped liking Jade apart from you was that she was always busy. He barely saw her.

'So are you coming over to my place then?'

'Can't we just go to a coffee shop?' She asked.

Tom sighed. You weren't sure why.

'Yeah.. sure.'

'Okay! I'll see you tomorrow. Love you.'

Tom didn't say anything and hung up. He sighed.

'Why didn't you want to meet her in public?' You asked.

'Because I don't want this to turn into a scandal.'

You looked at him while he walked towards you. He sat down besides you.

'I want to break up with her.. but if there are people around they'll twist the story. Like I cheated on her. But nothing happened between us.'

'Should I come with you?' You asked.

'If you want to.' He smiled.

The next day you and Tom were waiting for Jade. His hand was holding ypur underneath the table. You were both very nervous. You knew that you were going to lose your best friend today.

'It'll be okay. I'm here for you.' You said.

'I know. This is going to be a mess.' He sighed.

Tom let you go when Jade walked in. You looked at her. She looked at you in surprise.

'Hi Y/N. What are you doing here?' She smiled while sitting down.

She wanted to lean over the table to kiss Tom.

'Jade.. don't.' He said.

She looked at him in confusion. She sat back down and looked at him.

'What's up?' She asked a bit worried.

'Jade.. I'm breaking up with you.' Tom said.

Jade's expression turned into confusion.

'What?'

'I'm breaking up with you.' Tom repeated.

He seemed relieved that he said it but he knew that more trouble was going to come.

'Why? What did I do?'

'Well.. lately you've been so busy with work that I've hardly seen you. I feel like our love vanished and when that started happening and it that time you introduced me to Y/N and..' Tom looked at her.

'Don't tell me that..'

'I'm sorry..' Tom said.

Jade looked at you. She was furious.

'You bitch!' She yelled.

'You don't have to scream Jade.' Tom said.

'You think you can just take what ever you want, don't you?! Famous Tom Felton is here and ready to drop you for your best fucking friend!'

Tom sighed and took a sip from his coffee.

'Jade please, I'm so sorry.' You said.

'You're sorry? Seriously? Great that you're sorry but how does that help me?! I thought you were my best friend and you just stole my man from me!'

Everyone in the coffee shop were looking at you three. Tom knew that was going to happen.

'I know Jade.. I know I'm sorry. I didn't know this was going to happen.'

'Did you sleep with her?' Jade asked Tom.

'No. Nothing happened between us.. we just went out a couple of times.' Tom said. 'I didn't cheat on you, I would never.'

Jade didn't seem to believe him. She was furious and you knew it. It was horrible, you didn't want to lose her.

'I really thought you loved me.' Jade said. 'And I really thought that you were my best friend. How could I be this wrong?'

'Jade I'm sorry. I tried. I tried to love you. I didn't want to give up on us but you refused to love me as much as I loved you. You were constantly working and you never had time for me so I stopped. I stopped loving you.'

'You should have talked to me and not do this!' She yelled while getting up.

'I tried. I tried to talk to you but you refused to listen!' Tom hissed while getting up.

'Guys can we all just sit down and calm down.' You asked while getting up.

'I'm going to fucking kill you.' Jade yelled at you while moving her hands towards you.

Tom pulled you against him to protect you from her. Jade looked at you two and lowered her arms. She stepped back a little and snorted.

'So you're protecting her now?' She asked him.

'Yes I am. This is not her fault.'

'No. It's mine, isn't it? It always is my fault.'

Jade grabbed her bag and turned around to walk towards the door. You ran over to her.

'Jade.. please just listen to me.' You said.

'This is not something you do as someone's best friend Y/N!' She yelled.

'I know. I know, I'm sorry... I am so sorry. I never meant for this to happen. I care about you Jade.. I really do.' You choked. 'I don't want to lose you. I know that what I did is wrong but I couldn't stop it.'

Jade just looked at you, then she looked at Tom and then back at you.

'Fuck you. I never want to see you ever again.' She hissed.

'Jade wait.'

But she already walked away. You turned back to Tom. You saw the people around you still staring but you didn't care. You sat back down opposite of Tom. You laid one hand on the table and you covered your mouth with the other while you just started crying. Tom grabbed your hand. You looked at him but couldn't stop.

Tom got up and laid some money on the table. He stopped besides you and you got up to hug him. He held you tightly. While you tried to calm down.

'Come on. Let's get out of here.'

You wiped some tears away while letting him go. He wrapped an arm around you while you left the coffee shop. Outside he turned to you.

'Y/N.'

You looked at him and sniffed.

'I love you.' He then said.

It was weird but it made all of this worth it. You had been waiting for him to say that to you. Tom saw a smile appear on your face. You leaned in to kiss him and he kissed you back shortly before you two headed towards his apartment.
