You sighed and focussed back on your biology book. School had been going well, you weren't grounded anymore.. but that was because your parents didn't know.

You and Matt had been spending a lot of time together. He was your boyfriend now. He got into a serious accident after the party. Luckily he was still alive.

You've started spending more time together and school. Sometimes even after school. You'd just tell your parents You were at Laura and shed gladly back you up.

Matt asked you to be his girlfriend a few days ago. He completely got your situation and wasn't rushing you into anything. He was the sweetest.

You heard someone tap against your window. You looked up and saw Matt. You quickly got up and opened your window. He climbed inside.

'Are you insane?! My parents are downstairs! Did you climb up here-'

Matt interrupted you by kissing you. You smiled and kissed him back. You pulled back.

'You're such an idiot.'

'I'm not. I just wanted to see you.' He smiled.

'Well we have to be quiet.' You said. 'They can't know you're here.'

Matt walked towards your door and locked it.

'Problem solved.'

You sighed and sat down at your desk. Matt joined you. He was leaned against your chair. He placed a hand on your desk and looked past your shoulder. You smiled and blushed.

'So you've been ignoring my texts for bio?' He asked.

'I need to study, I told You that.'

'You're super smart. You always know everything, you'll be fine.'

Matt wrapped his arms around you and kissed your neck.

'Besides, I'm here now. I need all of your attention.'

Your smile grew a little wider.

'Stop it Matt.' You grinned.

Matt pulled you off the chair.

'Stop.' You laughed.

He pushed you into the bed and laid down besides you to cuddle you. Matt really enjoyed being a relationship. He really wanted to spend every second without you.

'I need to study, I swear Matt.'

'You can't. You're trapped.'

Matt laughed while wrapping his arm around you. You sighed and looked at him.

'Alright, sure. I'll stay.'

'You better.' He grinned.

You smiled and looked up at the ceiling.

'I can't believe you're meeting my parents next weekend.' Matt smiled.

'Laura is backing me up again. I'm very excited.' You smiled.

'My parents were shocked when I told them I had a girlfriend.' Matt grinned.

'I hope that's a good thing.'

'I think it is.' Matt laughed.

You were nervous about meeting his parents.. but you also knew it would be a lot of fun. You just hated the fact that you couldn't introduce him to your parents.

'What's up?' Matt asked you.

'I just don't want you to hate me because I can't introduce you to my parents. I know you want us to spend more time together.'

'I see you all the time at school.' Matt smiled. 'I love to be able to walk the halls with you and claiming you as my girlfriend. Everyone knows except for your parents.'

'I just hate the sneaking around.' You sighed.

Matt sat up and grabbed your hand. You looked at him.

'Y/N, I love you. That's all that matters. Whether you introduce me to your parents now or in 15 years. I don't care. I just want to be with you.'

You smiled at him.

'I love you too.' You smiled. 'I'm glad I met you.'

Matt kissed you again.

'Besides, after you meet my parents you can start staying over at my house. Which means we can actually spend the night together.' He smiled.

'I'd like that.' You smiled.

Matt spend a little longer with you. Then the moment came that you had to get him out of the room. He couldn't go through the window. Climbing up wasn't a problem but getting down was too risky.

You were holding Matt's hands while you two gently walked down the stairs. You hurried towards the front door and opened It.

'Honey, what are you-'

You and Matt turned around and saw your mother. She recognised him right away. Matt squeezed your hand a little and you stepped a little closer to him.

'Is that the guy from the party?! When did he get here?!'

You couldn't even speak. You looked at the ground. Matt saw how much you hated it when your parents were like this.

'I'm Matthew Grey, we have biology together.' He said.

'How dare you bring him into our home after what happened?!'

Your father quickly joined her and recognised him too.

'Mum, dad.. please just lis-'

'This is outrageous! We told you to behave!'

You looked up at them.

'I am behaving. If you guys wouldn't be like this I would've told you he was coming over.' You said.

You never really talked back to your parents.

'We are protecting y-'

'Protecting me?! From what exactly?! I love you guys but have you ever considered that all the bullying I went through is because I am never allowed to do anything?! I had my first kiss at the age of 18! I never go to parties, everyone always called me a nerd and a whimp!'

Your patents looked at you. Matt smiled at you. He was proud of you.

'You don't have the right to speak to us like that!' Your father hissed.

'I do! I do because I want to live a little! I thought I was going to regret going to that party but I didn't. I didn't because I wasn't busy with all the rules and my phone.. I met Matt.. and he's amazing. I'm in love with him.'

Your parents couldn't believe what they were hearing.

'Can you please give him a chance. I want you to see why I like him so much and why it's okay for me to be with him. I'm begging you. I'm 18 years old, I need to live my life.'

Your mother whispered something to your father who just shrugged. They looked at your hand that was holding his.

'Fine. If that's what you want.' Your mother sighed.

You looked a little surprised. You turned to Matt.

'I was shitting myself.' You spoke softly.

He laughed a little and kissed you shortly.

You were standing into the kitchen, putting away some empty tea cups while you heard laughing in the living room. It made you smile. They really liked Matt. It was such a relief.

You took a deep breath and stood there for a moment. You felt two arms wrap around you. Your smiled and grabbed them.

'I'm so happy today.' He smiled.

'Me too. I'm glad you guys are getting along.' You smiled.

'Your parents are very nice. I think they just want to protect you.'

'I know. I'll talk to them about it.'

'You better, because I need to go back home.'

You turned around and kissed him deeply now that your parents weren't there.

'I'll miss you.'

'You'll see me tomorrow.' You grinned.

'I know. It's like 12 hours without you.'

You laughed a little.

'God I love you.' You smiled.

'I love you too.'

Matt said goodbye to your parents and headed home. You closed the door behind him. You turned around and saw your parents.

'We just wanted to apologise.' Your father said. 'We just.. wanted you to be safe.'

You walked over to them and hugged them.

'I love you guys. Thank you for approving.'
