Zhehan washed his face and made himself look presentable before he walked toward his father's room. However, once he reached the room, he saw a nurse going in and out of the room.

Zhehan rushed to the room only to see that his father was not there.

He put his hand on his heart and he felt like he was going to get a heart attack. He called the nurse that was nearest to him and said, "Nurse, where is the patient that was staying in this room?"

"That patient was discharged yesterday and taken to another hospital by his guardian."

"Who?"

The nurse thought a little before she lead him to the reception, where they told him the name of the guardian was none other than Simon.

Zhehan was relieved that his father was in Simon's care. He knew that Simon would never ever harm his father however Zhehan was still worried and wanted to meet his father so he called his father and his call was answered by a nurse who told him that his father was resting so he couldn't talk to him.

Simon asked the address of the hospital but the nurse refused to tell him. And when he tried to pressure the nurse the call was disconnected.

And once again Zhehan felt suffocating he rushed to his car and once again drove to Simon's office however this time he was not allowed the enter the building.

"I am his husband let me go!" Zhehna said and the guards stopped him.

"I am sorry sir, but sir has strictly ordered us not to let you in... so please leave."

Zhehan was left alone, in the end, he just went to his car and started crying he tried to call Simon again and again but he did not answer.

Dejected and heartbroken Zhehan finally went home and walked to his bedroom and sat on the bed before he cried himself to sleep.

Yibo's brain had shut down.

Today was worse than yesterday, he was sitting on his chair with his elbow on the table and is head in his hands, it was too late to regret now... what's done was done.

But he felt so scared, so fucking scared that he wanted to run somewhere far from here.

He stopped seeing the patients after he wasn't able to focus, the nurses and the other staff noticed this and Mrs. Nelson felt worried about him.

She felt that something was wrong with his marriage maybe.

So she kept her hand on his shoulder and tried to console him, "Dr. Wang... is everything okay?"

Yibo whose throat was dry and mind was shut down spoke, "Nothing is okay Mrs. Nelson."

Mrs. Nelson felt bad for him but since Yibo did not tell her anything she can do nothing.

Meanwhile, Zhan was in his office conducting a random meeting before the big project, the people who came for the meeting were friendly and kind and knew Zhan for a long time.

One of them said, "congratulations on your wedding Mr. Xiao, I wasn't able to attend but I would like to give you something as a gift."

Zhan smiled as he saw the man fetch two boxes and present them to Zhanm when Zhan opened it he saw that there were two beautiful, shiny, and elegant looking black colored watches, "These are the couple watches, highly advanced and they are still not available in the market.

These are smart watches and you can use them to communicate and connect to your phone and much more, you just have to download the app related to it."

Zhan smiled when he saw the watches he can't wait to give one to Yibo. And wear the same watch every day, "Thank you very much."

"You're welcome."

Once this project was done Zhan was going to take Yibo to a movie and then too late-night dinner and then genuinely apologize to him for everything he did to him and start over.

And ask Yibo to give him a chance to prove himself.

That day Yibo was once again fetched by Zhan.

Who gladly picked him up from the hospital, "How was your day?" Zhan tried to initiate a conversation but Yibo who felt nauseated only replied with one-word sentences, "okay."

Zhan didn't give up, "So how many patients did you meet today?"

"Many."

"Hm... what did you have for lunch? I had delicious beef salad it is a Thai dish, I loved it, maybe you should try it too."

"Hm..."

"We will try together once this project is done we can go together to the hospital to grab it what do you say?"

Yibo couldn't take it anymore, he clenched his fist so tightly that his knuckles turned white and he bit the insides of his cheeks to stop himself from tearing.

Once they reached the house, Yibo once again grabbed his belongings and went to his room, and took a shower.

However this time he wore a bathrobe when he came out and Zhan got ready with his clothes to take a bath.

Yibo sat on the bed as he waited for Zhan to come out, when Zhan came back he saw Yibo sitting on the bed, by this time Yibo would go to sleep.

"You aren't asleep?" Zhan spoke, he was in a very good mood for the whole day since he was able to sleep peacefully.

However Yibo stood up and said, "Would you..."

Zhan stopped and looked at him waiting for Yibo to continue... Yibo clenched his fist he had no idea what the hell was he doing, "Would you like to do it?"

Zhan paused and he looked at Yibo with shock before smiling brightly, he felt like he was blessed by the gods with good luck.

He gently walked toward Yibo and Yibos' body was stiff and did not move, Zhan kept his hand under Yibo's cheek, "I am dying to touch you." he said as he leaned ahead and attacked their lips together.

Zhan then pushed Yibo back till they both fell on the bed.

Zhan kissed Yibo passionately, he was a starving animal who was just given the food and he was ready to devour it completely.

Zhan kissed Yibo hungrily so passionately and roughly, that Yibo grabbed his shirt and squeezed his eyes shit.

What the hell was he doing?

Why was he doing this? Because he regrets what he did?

Because he wants to make up for his mistake?

Zhan noticed, Yibo's stiff body and his cold hands and he knew that Yibo was not into it, he was just forcing himself and that really hurt Zhan, he broke the kiss and looked at Yibo, "Do you want something?"

Yibo blinked and said, "No... what would you ask that?"

Zhan looked at him skeptically, "are you okay? do you want to say something to me?"

Yibo's voice was stuck in his throat, as he tried to sit up, "Why are you asking all this... don't you want to do it?"

' I want to but only when you are willing'  Zhan thought before he sighed and sat back, "I am tired today Yibo let's to it someday else."

And so Zhan went to sleep like this and once again he slept peacefully and Yibo wasn't able to sleep peacefully.

The next morning Yibo was not in a rush after thinking for the whole night he thought that he will tell Zhan everything and take every curse and hit that would be better than this mental torture.

So as he was getting ready in front of the mirror Zhan came to him and grabbed his hand and put on the watch gifted to him on Yibo's wrist, he had already set the time and date and connected the watch with the app on his mobile, "This is a wedding gift, so wear it okay?"

After Zhan was done tying the watch he was about to retract his hand but Yibo grabbed his hand, "Zhan I ... want to tell you something."

Zhan looked at him gently with a smile as he raised his eyebrow waiting for Yibo to say what he wanted to say.

However, Yibo felt that he was burned by Zhan's loving gaze and he wasn't able to look at his face, "Zhan I..."

However before he can say anything they were interrupted by a phone call, it was Zhan's call and Zhan spoke, "give me a minute." he said as he picked up the call and bought it near his ear.

And after some time color drained from his face and his blood ran cold when he heard the news from the other side.

And when Yibo saw Zhan's face he knew that the storm had come.
