What...did he just say?

"I can't allow you to do that." I spit blood

"You can't allow me? Look at yourself! What could you possibly do in your condition?" He says

"...Anything to stop you from hurting the ones I love..."

All I can manage...

"You know you can't stop me... Now die!" The man now uses his sword and swings it at me.

I barely manage to avoid the attack.

My injury certainly is a hindrance... I can't really move like I did before...

The man takes out his other weapon and then starts to swing that. This weapon is way more flexible though. Its like a thick red version of a whip almost. 

This one is faster and it's making it harder for me to keep up.

I slip up. It ends up hitting me when I was trying to dodge it. He keeps swinging it faster and faster.

 I'm not able to dodge any of them now... It's like I'm caught in a whirl of red. 

Each hit is just as painful as the next. 

I honestly don't know how I'm able to survive this... I go through all this...and yet I still live... Yomo and my father go through so little and die... Why am I still alive after so much?

It stops moving. As soon as it does I automatically fall to the ground. The man walks over to me.

"I'm done with you." He says

I try to stand up. As soon as I do I almost fall. I catch myself though. 

"I have other ghouls to kill." The man says
