Brice's pov

Ethan let us go home after the whole "Fallen Ghoul" Talk. I was still frightened as I walked down the street to my house. I heard a crash behind me and looked over to see a cat on top of a garbage lid. I rolled my eyes and kept walking till someone grabbed my neck from behind. I sniffed the air.

'Great another Ghoul. I can probably kill this one before the CCG get here.' I thought. I pretended to be frighten and scared as it began to talk and take out it's Kagune. It had it's kagune on it's arm as it swirled around till the end which was pointed.

'A koukaku ghoul? Well this is interesting.' It raised it up and throw it at my back, but I bit it's hand before it's kagune could hit me and it let me go. I spat out some of it's blood not even tasting it because Ethan said ghouls are disgusting to eat.

"Ghouls are disgusting." I said as I stood up and wiped my face with my sleeve. It looked at me angry till it saw my ghoul eyes. It's eyes went from anger to fear and terror.

"y-your a-

"A Ghoul? Yes I am. But I'm not a pathetic one like you. " I said as I took out my kagune. My vine like kagune raised up and locked on the ghoul behind me. It stepped back sweat dropping from it's face and it's kagune disappearing. I Cracked my head to the side and my kagune bolted toward it stabbing him in the stomach and mouth. I threw it to the side like a useless rage doll before I took a part of it's arm. I looked at it disgusted at the smell.

"Well it'd be a new experience to eat another...Even though they stink and it taste rotten... I think.." I said under my breath as I brought the arm to my mouth and bit into it letting my teeth sink into it. My eyes shot open and I began to devour it.

'Holy shit this stuff is good! Do all ghouls taste like this?!' I thought as I devoured every part of the ghouls arm and ate everything, even the bones which crunched under my sharp canines. I gulped my last gulp and licked my lips savoring the taste. I looked down at the body with hunger and power.

'I need more.... ineedmoreineedmoreineedmore!' I launched myself at the ghoul's dead body and started to devour it especially where the kagune sack it. I bit down on that part and felt the squashy texture and juice flow into my mouth and into my stomach after swallowing it. After a couple of more bites I stopped and wiped my lips in satisfaction, satisfied of my full stomach of ghoul meat and another weird surge in my body. I felt my blood move around crazily and fast. My kagune shot out of my back weaving together and making a giant vine like weave. I felt more vines around my face covering a bit of my left eye and making it pure black with a single red dot where my pupil should have been. My right eye rolled in the back of my head and I screamed out feeling this weird power control me leaving me into the darkness.

'What's happening to me?! What's going on?!'

Jin's pov (YAY! we get to hear from Jinboob! :D )

I walked down with Ross next to me after hearing that a new murder happened somewhere down in the 10th ward around a neighborhood where a little cake shop was, but not close to it. I grabbed Ross's quinque and gave it to him before grabbing mine. He looked at me confused.

"Jin? Why are you getting you're quinque? I thought your not coming?" I pouted and crossed my arms.

"I'm allowed to come on this one Ross. Sub told me it be best to come so I can experience the way of Ghoul investigating instead of being locked up in some lab creating lame, strong and creative weapons." I said putting on a sassy pose. Ross busted out laughing. I shoved him a little playfully and laughed myself. I gave him a peck on his cheek before going to the door to see Seto and Ty there waiting for us. They both gave us their 'serious twin' look. I gave a smile at them and bowed.

"Good Evening, Deadlox and Setosorcer-

"Cut the formality shit and lets move." I heard Ty growl before Seto placed a hand on Ty's shoulder.

"Ty, Don't be rude. He's only trying to be polite." Ty pushed Seto's hand off his shoulder before going away. seto sighed and crossed his arms.

"My apologize about Ty. He's a bit..." seto sighed again and glared at the direction Ty went.

"Stubborn about things like this. Ty has some meager "Ghoul hate issues". If someone mentions ghouls he gets pissed off and starts to attack the person who said "Ghoul"." I nodded and saw Seto's glare fade away to a calm look and smiled at me.

"But still I shouldn't be mad at him hating ghouls. We all hate ghouls, so it really doesn't change a difference, but I don't think anyone kills others when they mention it. Now that's a bit odd." he chuckled a little. I smiled. I can't really get these two sometimes. I mean, their twins and all, but they hardly look the same or act the same.

Ty is a bit stubborn sometimes like seto said, has anger problems towards ghouls, a mean attitude towards others, but has a kind heart towards seto when he is either hurt or sad about something. So Basically Ty is the aggressive side of the twins.

Seto on the other hand is kind and calm about things. He is stubborn, and has anger issues but, just not as bad as Ty's, He can also get with along with everyone, but doesn't trust them deep down inside except for his closest friend, which is Sub. He hardly trusts Ross, Me, or anyone in fact. Only Ty and Sub. He's more of the Passive side of both. Plus, The two hardly have the same looks. It's not hard to know who's who.

"Hey Jin You there buddy?" I was snapped out my thoughts (even though I don't think he was in thoughts :| ) Ross looked at me confused till I nodded my head and smiled.

"Oh I'm fine Ross. Just thinking."

Ty's pov and at the murder scene

Me and Seto were here fighting off this new Ghoul while Jin and Ross were trying to cut off it's kajuka kagune. It was moving around fast and twitching like crazy that I thought it was having a seizer. Seto was doing okay, but was mostly blocking off the attacks and holding his head like he had a bad headache. I blocked off another attack the thing gave me and ran over to were Seto was. I stood next to him in my battle stance before looking at him, a little worried about him.

"You okay Seto?" He nodded and smiled.

"Y-Yeah.. Just a meager headache. I'll be alright." I nodded and ran at the ghoul. I jumped out of the way when one of it's kagune attacked me and sliced it. The ghoul screeched and attacked me again. I dodge it and sliced them again, but got hit on the third attack. I slid down to where Seto was and I heard Ross yell out to me. I got back up wiping the sweat off my face.

"Damn, this thing keeps up a good fight, doesn't it." Seto nodded and charged after it. I took the time to notice something strange about it. First off it's a Rinkaku ghoul, but rinkaku ghouls have about 4 or less kagune, while this one has about 20, and are sticking together like vines would. I hitched my breath and gritted my teeth in anger.

'It's that psychopathic, Pumpkin Ghoul that hurt Ross in our last investigation.' I was snapped out of my thoughts as Seto was thrown into a wall hard. I heard him scream out in pain followed by Ross and Jin yelling out for him. I ran at the ghoul and kicked it hard in the face losing it's focus on Seto and on me. It latched it's mouth out for me, but I dodge it and punched it straight in the face. It screeched out and tried to attack me again, but I kept dodging it all and sending only a few punches and kicks. I couldn't keep it up for long and so couldn't the ghoul. I started to feel my stamina fade a little and I stopped to take a few breathes in before continuing.

Jinbop's POV

I watched as Ty and the ghoul kept fighting and fighting till they both ran out of stamina and power. I ran over to Seto with Ross following behind forgetting about the Ghouls Kakjua kagune and only worrying about Seto's health. I grabbed him by the side of the face and tilted his head back to see a giant cut on the side of his neck and blood on his head dripping down to his coat. I bit my lower lip and looked at Ross.

"we have to take him back to the CCG department, now ,ASAP." I told him. He nodded and grabbed Seto and flung his arm on his shoulder so he could carry him. I did the same on the other side and we both carried him. I turned around to see the Ghoul look at us angry while it still fought with Ty. I paled as I saw it run at us it's Kagune out and ready to attack. I grabbed my quinque and prepared for the attacks, but they didn't come. All the Kagune did was wrapping around Seto and take him out of mine and Ross's arms.

"SETO!" I yelled. The Ghoul placed Seto in his arms and held him tightly hissing at us. I looked at it confused and terrified.

'Why isn't it eating him? Why is it just holding him like that... Like it's... It's property..' I was so lost in thought I didn't realize the ghouls Kakuja Kagune shooting at me... That is till I saw blood flying everywhere. I snapped out of it and looked up to see.... Ross.... Stabbed in the middle with Blood all over him. His mouth was covered in blood and his middle was just nothing, but a big hole now, if the ghoul took out it's kagune. I felt tears come out of my eyes as they widened at the sight and I shook violently...

"R-Ross....." He looked at me and smiled his glasses falling off his face and onto the ground in which they broke.

"I'm.... S-Sor-ry.... Jin..." He said as his head fell back down and his eyes closed. The ghoul took out it's kagune and let Ross drop to the floor in front of me. I couldn't do anything anymore as I just looked at Ross's dead body. The memory of him promising he wouldn't die on me popped in my head and I fell the my knees crying. Ty looked at me eyes wide too and mouth slightly open to show he was surprised. The memory kept replaying in my head.

"I promise Jin.. I won't die on you."

I Couldn't take it anymore... I screamed.

"RROOOOOOOSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!"

I literally hated myself for making this chapter, but hey there needs to be a sad moment. Plus this took for about a month to plan out and I really hope you enjoy this. :) Peace out My Tiny Sinners!
