Everyone was sitting and gossiping.... alya noticed dolly sitting quite and it seemed for her face like she was trying to compose herself...

Dolly composing herself though she was feeling dizzy... she thought that she can't let anyone know because everyone will worry and this is such a big thing she can't let anyone know.... no i can't.. she thought... she managed to say...

After few minutes... everyone was again busy...

Seeking opportunity manik messaged nandini and called her to come to garden... Nandinj being too excited about the new relation blossoming between her and manik she making excuse went to meet manik..

She was walking and as usual being manik malhotra his signature step pulling nandini... he pulled her and hugged her.

Nandini firstly was taken abcak but seems like she had started recognizing her monster's touch she smiled and reciprocated back..

Manik: nandini

Nandini: hmmm bolo na mani..

Manik breaking the hug... nanduni was shocked..

Nandini being confused didn't realized and spoke : what what i spoke..

And nandini came to kbow what she spoke she bit her lower lip in embrassment..

Manik came close to her and cupped her cheeks both's hormones were raging and they were having jitters in their stomach a new feeling a new desire a new love relation was growing between them and they were standing there al surrendered to their thoughts and feeling...

Both's breath was fanning each other face they were soo lost in each other eye's and drowing to the new develop feeling...

Manik moved more closer there lips just met each other and that mere touch gave them both goose bums. Manik placed his lios slowly and nandini wrapped her hand around his neck both were having one of the best times of their life... manik was slowly kissing her and she too reciprocated to the kiss. The kiss was soft just to show they were now both surrendered to each other.

After soo soft kiss manik pulled apart and pecked her forehead and to manik's suprise nandini also pecked his lips..

Manik: toh.. toh...hum kaha the...
(Yr yeah bahut hua toh toh... wase toh... arre firse toh. Yeah toh lead to kiss my first scene of manan kissing each other pardon if i have not described it well 😂😂😝😝 you guyzz know i am bad at it...😁😂😂)

Nandini: toh kuch nahi mani...

Saying this she quickly pecked manik's right cheek and left from there winking at him...

Manik amiled brightly and said what are you nandu i never felt so around any girl what are you to me... and why i feel so attached towards you.. whatever it is i know one thing i am never letting you go my baby...

And then he halted a break to his thoughts and went and quitely sat with other so that no one comes to know of the recent romantic encounter with miss. Baby. 😉😉😂😍..

Everyone was sitting and manan were stealing glances of each other where our dear nandinj blushed profuesly... and then our cabir spoke...

Cabir: guyzz lets go out somewhere... mm.. lets go to snowworld...

Dolly: nai bhai you all go i need to do some work... actually i have to go to the colleges for which i have applied so...

Nandini: but guddu that process starts from mid may and its march still you can go afterwards comeon yr don't be a spoilsport....

Dolly: di please...

Before she could speak mukti cutted her..

Mukti: please na yr guddu for all of us... please... please... pretty please...

Dolly sighed in defeat..

Dolly: okay fine...

Dolly was now feeling very low... she was feeling like she could collapse any moment...

Everyone got up ant were moving towards the parking area to get into cars...

And as they were about to exit the main door of mansion they heard .........a loud Thud sound came and with that she collapsed on the floor and her head hitted the corner of the table due to which blood started oozing out...

Everyone turned back to see an unpleasant site which they would have probably not wished for...

Dolly was lying unconscious on the floor and blood was oozing out from corner of her head...

Swayam shouted: guddu. ..

Everyone ran towards her and swayam took her head in his lap..

Nandini(rubbing her hands trying to wake her up): guddu... please agar yeah koi prank hai toh get up right now... guddu... guddu..

Nandini tried shaking her to wake her up but to her dismay.... no response from dolly's site..

Swayam: sharon.. pa..pani..

Sharon nodded and immediately brought water and sprinkled water on her face but she didn't got up....

Manik: guyzz lets take her to hospital...

Cabir: yeah.. you take her and come... me gadi nikalta hu...

Cabir went and started the car... and swayam picked dolly and came to car and sat on the back sit... nandini was continusly pressing her head to stop blood from oozing out and sharon sat on the passenger's sit with cabir...

They drove to the hospital and reached there within few minutes...
The nurse came there and saw dolly...

And then she called for stretcher... doctor came there..

Swayam: doctor please help us...

Doctor: what happened young boy..

Swayam: woh she my sister fainted... i don't know how..

Doctor: okay don't worry...everything will be fine.. nurse shift her to operation theatre..

And saying this they took her to operation theatre and soon rest of the gang joined them... and swayam called bhavan and leena.. as kala and krishna were out of town...

Swayam saw nandini shedding silent tears so he went near her and kept his hand on her shoulder and that was it for nandini she sobbed hard...

Nandini: bhai guddu ko kya hua she was all well till now... ase achanak se kya hua....

Swayam keeping his hand on her head and patted: don't worry kuch nai hoga use... hum sab he na uske sathe. .

Sharon went there and hugged both of them and then manik also and cabir also came... and soon the whole gang formed a group hug.. a gesture for both swayam and nandini that don't worry everything will be alright we are their with you... since few hours they knew each other but still there bond was soo greatly formed in this mere few hours that they were this much worried for each other...

After some 15 mins of taking dolly to O.T. doctor came out..

Doctor: excuse me... who belongs to the patients family..

Everyone said: i..

Doctor: can anyone of you answer some of my questions...

Everyone gestured swayam and he went infront...

Doctor: is she warned not to eat spicy food...

Swayam: no doctor nothing like that infact she loves spicy food..

Doctor: okay did she got this type of attack before...

Swayam: what noways doctor she is fine... yaa sometimes she used to complain about headache but i was like once in 2 or 3 months..

Doctor: does she takes "xyz medicine"...

Nandini: doctor why are you talking about that medicine it is suggested for the patients having artial sept defect....

Doctor: miss murthy i guess you must be knowing about this medicine...

Nandini: yaa this medicine is suggested to the cases having artial septal defect with migrane attacks mildly...

As doctor was about to answer nurse called him and he went inside the O.T.

Manik: nandini can you please tell us what's going on and guddu is she fine...

Nandini was more than in shock... she was not able to register doctor's words in her mind....

Manik shook her and asked with a questioned face...

Nandini: swayam bhai doctor told she is suffering from artial septal defect it means she is having hole in her heart...

Cabir: no nandu this can't be true... yr.. ase patients ko toh kuch teekha kana ya fir stress lane aa sab allowed ni hota na... and guddu ne toh...

And he stopped midway realsing what was it...

Cabir: you mean yeah attack use is liye aya because she had spicy food..

Everyone was sitting quitely... and then suddenly leena and bhavan came....

Bhavan: swayam beta how's guddu... and attack yada serious toh nahi tha na... mene mana kiya tha use kk mat ban alsu aur medicines rakhle apne sathe toh usne mana kar...

And bhavan stopped midway releasing what he spoke....

Nandini was crying silently and went beside bhavan and asked her innocently..

Nandini: chachu apko pata tha na iss cheez ke bare me fir bhi apne ni bataya....

And leena was just standing there submitting her only daughter in hands of the doctor cause she can't do anything rather than begging to god for saving her life that was her daughter...

Swayam: chachi apko bhi pata tha fir bhi apne nai bataya... kya hum log intna bhi miinnea nahi rakhte.

Bhavan: nai swayam aasa kuch nahi hai beta... infact humne bola bhi tha guddu ko kk hum log tujhe sab bata deye kyu ki tu hi tha waha par akle use k sathe. ...

Leena: par tumari behen hai isko bas apni zid he chalani hoti hai... jab dekho tab... usne hume saf mana kiya tha beta aur chalo fir bhi hum bata dete use par usne hum kasam di thi hum kese bata te. .... amms ko ye baat nai pata aur beta amms ko pata bhi nai chalni chaiye... tume pata hai na woh kitna stress kare gi aur khud ki tabyat bigad legi...

Swayam: theek hai chachi par ma aur papa ko pata hai..

Leena:ha beta une pata hai...infact jab guddu ko first time attack aaya tha tabhi bhai aur bhabhi hi the uske sathe...

Nandini: par chachi yeah sab hua kab...

Leena: woh jab guddu ka 10th katam ho gaya tha ttoh uske visa renew karvane ana tha. Tab woh India aai thi aur tu apne educational tour pe gai thi...

Nandini: ha..

Bhavan: tab woh ek week me she fainted 6 times frequently aur hum ne use bhi pucha toh kaha kk pata nahi mumma london se nikal ne se pehle bhi ek to bari me behosh hui thi and then we consulted doctor fir uske reports karye and then doctor ne bola kk she is having artial septal defect..

Manik: sorry to talk in between but..

Bhavan: arre koi baat nai beta tum sab hamare baacho jase he ho... koi baat nai tum bolo...

Manik: toh chachu koi problem toh nai hogi na...

Bhavan: nahi beta... tum sab shant ho jao yeah attacks ase cases me normal hote hai jaha patient's ko chakar aate hai... yaa blood vomiting but yes time pe treat karna zaruri hota hai asa patients ko... hum aa bhi bohot darr laga tha but fir doctor ne hume bataya about these attacks beimg normal so.

Sharon: chachu sorry woh mene hi spicy khana bana ne ke liye bola tha because sab ko pasand hai na so..

Leena: koi bat nai sharon its okay beta tume thodi na pata tha kk asa kuch hine wala hai....

Everyone was waiting doctor came of out of the O.T. after around 1 and half hour...

Bhavan: doctor how's my daughter is she fine.?

Doctor: can you please come to my cabin we need to talk about the patient

Bhavan and swayam went with doctor.. ..

Doctor: Mr Murthy your daughter is on serious stage... she had frequent attacks of this type..

Swayam: doctor in last 2 months in london she had fallen unconcious for like 3 times...

Doctor: okay and you will have to understand what i say... her body is too weak right now.... she needs rest and most importantly she has only 6 months in her hands..

Bhavan: what do you mean by that doctor

Doctor: Mr.Murthy dolly's heart surgery should take place immediately within these 6 months she is on last stage and i know the chances of this operation to become a succesfull one are 75% but i guess you should think about it... and don't worry for time being she will have to take medicines and take full rest .. once she is up we will examine her and then you can take her home.

Bhavan: thank you doctor Dixit.

Doctor: pleasures mine Mr. Murthy.
They went out of the cabin everyone asked them and they told everyone what happened leena was trying to be strong but finally broke down bhavan side hugged her and nodded in no and told her to stay strong....

Soo was the case of nandini and swayam bhavan side hugged them and nodded in no swayam and sharon were sitting holding each other's hand and nandini was sliently staring at the floor and her head was on bhavan's shoulder and leena was sitting holding bhavan's hand.

They were sitting when bhavan's phone buzzed it was of krishna he narrated him everything what took place and then krishna told him that they are coming back as soon as possible but bhavan told them not to come early cause now dolly was out of danger and nothing much serious this time so. He ended the call and sat there.....
