Manik woke up and stretched his hand but today their was no obstacles. His eyes shot opened and scanned the whole room but his wife was no where seen.

He checked the washroom and Balcomy but she was not their. Being worried he ran downstairs.

Their she was, sitting on the kitchen counter eating ice cream. Manik smiled seeing his adorable wife.

Ma: what's my beautiful wife doing ( keeping his both hand on each side of the counter)

Na: eating ice cream ( cutely)

Ma: but Mumma eating ice cream in morning is not good for health. ( wiping ice cream off her lips)

Na: Mani it's not my fault. It's your baby fault.

Nandani said pouting cutely keeping her hand on her belly. But suddenly her expression changed.

Na: Mani Ahhh ( shouting in pain)

Manik became worried. He too kept his hand on her belly. Manik became more worried when he felt some movement.

Ma: nandu let's go to doctor.

Manik carried her to the hospital and made her lie down on the stretcher. He was sitting worriedly in doctor's cabin while the doctor was checking her.

Ma: is nandani and my baby okay doctor!?

Doc : relax Mr malhotra. Nandani is perfectly fine.

Ma: then why did she feel that pain!?

Doc: Mr malhotra, it was your baby first movement.

Ma: what!! Really..

Doc: yeah Mr malhotra. I was going to tell you in our coming checkup as I was expecting it to be in her 7 month but it seems your baby is very active.

Manik chuckle at her. He was smiling. He just felt his baby first movement.

Doc : as its nandani first pregnancy, it will pain her but I will give her some pain killers for that.

Manik nodded noting everything in his mind.

Doc: Mr malhotra we are doing Nandani's sonography. Would you like to join and see your baby's movement.

Ma: ofcourse doctor.

They both lead towards the sonography room. Nandani was lying down with her T-shirt lift up to her chest exposing her belly.

Doc: see Mr and Mrs malhotra, how active your baby is.

Manik and nandani looked at the screen where their was there baby's image who was moving

Manik touch the screen to feel his own blood. Nandani has some tears in her eyes.

Manik was driving and nandani was sitting beside. Both were smiling feeling their baby first movement. Manik parked his car near a pharmacy.

Ma: I will ger the medicine.

Nandani nodded. She remembered their first sonography.

Flashback

Doctor was checking her in other room while manik was sitting in doctor cabin. Doctor came back after few minutes.

Ma: how is nandani and my baby doctor? ( worried)

Doc: Mr malhotra relax. Both mother and baby are fine. Even I'm really impressed by you. You are taking good care of your wife.

Ma: obviously I will. It's my duty to keep both of them safe.

Doc: Mr malhotra we are doing her sonography. Wanna join?

Ma: of course doctor. (exclamied excitedly)

Manik entered the room and saw nandani. She was too having a excited grin on her face.

Na: Mani we are going to see our baby ( holding his hand, being excited)

Ma: nandu I'm so excited ( exclamied happily)

Na: me too.

Doctor put some sticky liquid on her belly and put the machine softly on her belly.

Doc: Mr malhotra, see on the screen.

Nandani and manik looked at the screen and saw their baby. Both had tears in their eyes.

Doc: your baby has grown some facial expression and has develop a sensitive sense towards light.

End...

Manik was standing their with a cute angry pout in living room and the whole gang was around nandani, keeping their hand on her belly waiting to feel the baby movement.

ND manik, all pushed them away. Nandani was chukling at their antics.

Ma: hato sab, she needs to eat something.( pushing everyone) let's go nandani.

Ar: here you go with you cheesecake.

Na: thank you Aryaman. ( smiling, eating it)

Ar: only three months and I will became mama.

Nav: I will became chachi.

Ab: ND I will get a small sister.

Abhi: how are you sure it's gonna be a girl.

Ab: Aise hi. I have a feeling that it's gonna be a girl.

All smiled at Abeee who was keeping his ears on nandani belly. Indeeded he was mature more then his age.
