*A few years later*

*Beatstar, who was now an adult was on a tree eating some mangoes*

*Then he heard someone sneaking up on her*

Beatstar: Wave, I know you're there sweetie

*Wave was now a teenager and was wearing green shorts and a sharktooth necklace*

Wave: Wha? how'd you know it was me?

Beatstar: I'm your mom wave

Wave: Oh yeah I forgot *Scratches his ear-fin with his foot*

*suddenly wave gets pounced by his sister rosetta who was now a young adult*

Rosetta: Haha! Gotcha!

Wave: Rose, come on! do you always have to pounce me whenever you see me?

Rosetta: Aw come on! you know you still like it

Wave: Okay maybe a little bit...but I haven't forgotten our playfights!

*Wave pounces rosetta and they start to play-fight*

Alberto: Hey little buckaroos!

*Alberto, now an adult walks in and leans against the tree*

Alberto: You guys having a good ol' playfight?

Rosetta: Yeah!

Wave: And I am still the champion of playfights!

Alberto: *chuckles* I knew you still had it in you my little doppleganger!

Wave: *gets off of rosetta* Okay i'm gonna go find food

Alberto: Okay but don't run into any predators

Wave: Relax dad, I learned how to fight, I got this

Alberto: Okay

*Wave goes off in search of food*

*Meanwhile*

*A rock troll named Flame was leading a pop troll named Esmerald and her husband Ocean through the forest*

Flame: Y'know this reminds me of a safari I once led

Esmerald: Yeah right

Flame: I mean it, I actually did!

Ocean: You expect us to believe that stupid lie?

Flame:...Kind of

Ocean: *groans* Emmy? are you there?

*then Esmerald and Ocean's daughter Ember emerges from a bush*

Ember: Right here dad

Esmerald: *sighs content* This place is beautiful! don't you think so emmy?

Ember: Yeah It does

Esmerald: See? I told you! it's fun! just a regular old family trip to study sea monsters!

Ember: Right...but to invite flame? he literally tried to kidnap me when I was a baby and yet you trust him?

Esmerald: Actually...we plan on ditching him here so he can be food for the sea monsters

Ember:...Sounds good to me

Flame: What was that you guys said?

Esmerald and Ember: Nothing!

Flame:...Okay

Ember: Well I'm gonna go find some sea monster scales, I'll be back in a bit *walks off*

Esmerald: Okay emmy

Ocean: Please be careful out there!

*Meanwhile*

*Ember was looking around on the ground for sea monster scales*

Ember: Hmm, Aha! *picks up a purple scale* perfect! now what else?

*Suddenly ember hears angry growls behind her and she turns around and sees a group of wolves*

Ember:...Oh trolly moly...

*Ember takes off in an instant and the wolves chase after her*

*But after a few minutes, ember was surrounded by wolves and her back was to a tree*

Ember: Oh no- I'm dead! I'M DEAD!!

*Suddenly when one of the wolves lunged at her, she was suddenly yanked up onto a tree branch*

Ember: Whoa!...what just happened?

*Ember turns and sees wave barking and snarling at the wolves until they disappeared*

Ember: It's...a real life sea monster!

*Wave hears her and turns to her before starting to approach her*

Ember: Whoa- whoa whoa! hey not that close buddy!

*Wave stops right in front of her face and looks into her eyes as his oval-shaped pupils dilate*

Ember (Thinking): Wow...he's-...he's kind of cute

*Then wave sturdied himself and looked at ember's hand before holding it up and looking at it*

Ember: Yeah that- that's my hand

*Wave slowly moves his hand up to hers and presses his hand against hers as he gazes at her*

*Then wave moves closer and closer to ember's chest*

Ember: Whoa! what are you doing?

*Then wave presses his head against her chest, listening her heartbeat*

Ember: Are you...listening to my heartbeat?

*Wave nods yes*

*Then wave gently holds ember's head to his chest so she hears his heartbeat*

Ember: You have a very nice heartbeat uh...

Wave: Wave

Ember:...You talk?

Wave: Of course, all sea monsters talk here...Oh- I'm wave

Ember: I'm ember

Wave: Ember?

Ember: Yeah...ember

Wave: *sits up* That's a very nice name

Ember: Thank you...

*Wave rubs the back of his head nervously*

Wave: So...where did you come from?

Ember: Oh, me and my family are just visiting, our camp is just over there

Wave: Oh! Would you uh...like me to take you to there?

Ember: Sure

*Wave picks ember up*

Ember: Whoa! Okay then

*Wave places ember on his back and jumps through the trees to the camp*
