The next day Alisha was getting ready for Shubman and Anvi's divorce case hearing. She wore a white shirt and paired it with black coat and black pants.
She straightened her hair and wore a pair of black high heels.

As she was getting ready her father came inside her room. A smile appeared on her face after seeing her father.

Alisha:-Good morning Papa.

Mohit:-Good morning mere bete. Are u ready to win an another case today?

Alisha:-Yes.

Mohit:-Yes. That's the spirit. Did you have your breakfast?

Alisha:-No papa. Right now i am not feeling very hungry. I will eat once i will come back home.

Mohit:-But bete kuch toh kha le?

Alisha:-No papa. Right now my mind is fully into this case. I can't think of anything else right now. I just want to win this case at any cost.

Mohit:-Don't worry u will win this case. But first u should eat something otherwise i won't let u go.

Alisha:-Agghh ok.

Alisha's father bought a plate filled with Alisha's favourite veggie sandwiches. Alisha took the first bite from his father's hand.

Alisha:-Oh god they r so tasty.

Mohit:-Now finish it jaldi jaldi.

Alisha:-Ok.

Mohit:-Acha hamari princess kaha hai?

Alisha:-Princess sahiba toh apne aap ko mirror mein nihaar rahi hai.

Marie was having her me time. Alisha before leaving quickly picked her up and peppered kisses all over her face. Marie meowed in response.

Mohit:-Best of luck beta.

Alisha:-Thank you papa.

Alisha grabbed all her belongings and headed towards the court.

As she entered inside she saw Shubman and his entire family standing outside the courtroom. Ishan Kishan was also present there.

Shubman:-Oh hi Alisha.

Alisha:-Hello Shubman. Sorry i am late.

Shubman:-Oh it's ok. We just arrived 5 minutes ago.

Alisha:-Ohk.

Shubman:-Here meet my family.

Alisha:-Namaste Aunty Ji, Namaste Uncle Ji.

Shubman's Mother:-Namaste beta. Tumhare baare mein toh bahut sunna hai that you are the best lawyer in this city. Aaj tumse mil ke bhi bahut accha laga.

Alisha:-Thank you so much aunty ji.

Shubman's Dad:-Sachi bete so very proud of u. In such a young age you achieved so much, that's truly amazing.

Alisha:-Thank you so much uncle ji. It means a lot.

Shubman:-Alisha here meet my brother from another mother Ishan Kishan.

Alisha lightly chuckled at his remark. She then greeted Ishan. Ishan the ever laughter king couldn't help but crack jokes even during such a serious moment while standing outside the courtroom.

As they all were talking Shubman's gaze went towards Anvi who was coming with her lawyer.

Shubman:-Ahh the bitch is here.

Shubman murmured to himself. Alisha's gaze went towards Anvi who was standing with her lawyer.

Alisha:-Oh accha toh yeh Ahuja iska lawyer hai.

Shubman:-Do you know him?

Alisha:-Haan haan. Don't worry isko toh mein aise hi hara doongi. Ohk finally it's time. Are you guys ready?

Shubman:-Yes.

Alisha:-Stay calm. There's no need to be nervous. Just clearly answer all the questions that the judge will ask. Ok?

Shubman:-Ohk.

They all got inside the courtroom and sat on the benches. Alisha was going through the case file. Suddenly the judge arrived inside the court room. Everyone got up to greet him.

Judge:-Court ki karwayi shuru ki jaye. Both the lawyers Ms.Alisha Khanna and Mr. Sanjay Ahuja. Aap log apne case represent kare. Starting with Ms.Khanna.

Alisha:-Your honour my client Mr.Shubman Gill filed a divorce case against her wife Anvi on the grounds that her behaviour towards his family is not good.

Sanjay:-Objection your honour.

Judge:-Objection sustained.

Sanjay:-This is not a valid reason to get a divorce. Before their marriage it was cleared by Anvi that she will live separately with her husband.

Alisha:-Your honour Shubman and Anvi were living separately from his family for the past 5 years. Shubman's parents just came to Mumbai to meet him. They just came here for a few days and her attitude towards them wasn't acceptable at all and no husband can accept such thing.

Sanjay:-Your honour she doesn't have any evidence or witness to prove the fact that Anvi's attitude towards Shubman's family was bad.

Alisha:-Your honour i do have a witness and he is present today here.

Judge:-Ok then present your witness Ms.Khanna.

Alisha:-Ok your honour. I would request my witness Mr.Ishan Kishan to come inside the dock.

As Ishan came inside the dock to give his statement, Anvi's face turned pale due to nervousness.

Alisha:-So Mr.Ishan you have been Shubman's friend since years now and you also have a very close relationship with his family.

Ishan:-Yes.

Alisha:-So i want to ask you whenever you use to go at Shubman's house specially after he got married what was Anvi's behaviour with you like?

Ishan:-Anvi used to have a very strange behaviour whenever i use to go at Shubman's house. Once i remember Shubman, i and all of our friends with their wives decided to have a get together party at Shubman's house. All of our friends came with their wives. We all were having a good time but Anvi never joined us. She just ignored Shubman and went inside her room. Shubman felt really embarrassed after what she did.

Alisha:-Your honour any husband would feel bad if his wife does something like this and it's just one example.

Judge:-Thank you Mr.Ishan Kishan.

Ishan:-Your welcome your honour.

Ishan went back and sat on the bench beside Shubman.

Judge:-I request Mr.Shubman Gill and Mrs.Anvi Gill to come inside the docks.

Shubman and Anvi got up from their seats and went towards the docks. Shubman on one dock and Anvi on the other one.

Judge:-Mr.Gill i would like to ask you one question.

Shubman:-Yes your honour.

Judge:-Whatever Mr.Ishan Kishan said, is that true?

Shubman:-Yes your honour. Everything he said was true.

Judge:-And for how long you have been facing this problem from her?

Shubman:-Ever since we got married.

Judge:-So why didn't u filed a divorce case against her before?

Shubman:-Your honour i loved her truly and i didn't wanted to give up on this marriage but after a certain moment it got too much for me.

Judge:-Mrs.Anvi Gill would you like to say anything in your defence?

Anvi stood there helpless because all the proofs were against her. She didn't knew what to say. She was out of words.

Alisha:-Your honour as you can see she doesn't have anything to say in her defence because somewhere deep inside she knows that she is wrong.

Sanjay:-Objection your honour.

Judge:-Objection overruled. After seeing all the evidences and witnesses one thing is clear that Anvi's behaviour towards Shubman and his family was genuinely unacceptable. So the court has decided that the divorce between Shubman and Anvi is final. Now i would like both Shubman and Anvi to sign on this divorce paper.

Shubman and Anvi both signed on the divorce paper.

Judge:-So Mr.Shubman Gill and Ms.Anvi Gupta aap dono kanoon ki nazar mein pati patni nhi maane jayenge. Ms.Alisha Khanna congratulations for your 77th victory.

Alisha:-Thank you so much your honour.

Judge:-The court is adjourned.

Alisha took a deep sigh after winning the case.

Shubman was finally relieved after all this. He went and hugged his mom and dad after the victory. Suddenly Alisha's phone started ringing. It was Tania's call. She quickly grabbed her belongings and went inside the cabin.

She quickly settled on her chair and answered the call.

ON THE PHONE CALL 📞:-
Alisha:-Hey Tania. Koi donor mila kya?

Tania:-Nhi yaar. I talked with so many guys but neither one of them wanted to do this. All of them got freaked out.

After hearing this Alisha bursted into tears. Tania tried to console her.

Tania:-Pls Alisha shaant ho ja. Don't worry itni jaldi hope mat haar. Stay strong please.

Alisha:-Kaise rahoon strong yaar mein. U know i always wished one thing from god that i want to have a baby. But i guess that's not gonna happen.

After everyone congratulated Shubman, his eyes started to find Alisha.

Ishan:-Chale kya Shubi?

Shubman:-Yaar ek kaam kar tu mummy papa ko apne saath le ja mein baad mein aata hu.

Ishan:-But what happened?

Shubman:-Yaar i wanted to thanks Alisha. She helped me a lot but i can't find her.

Ishan:-I guess she might have went inside her cabin.

Shubman:-Yeah. Yaar Ishan tu le ja mummy papa ko i will meet u afterwards.

Ishan:-Ohk bro.

As Shubman went inside Alisha's cabin he noticed that Alisha was crying. Alisha quickly wiped her tears and maintained her posture.

Alisha:-Oh hi Shubman.

Shubman:-Hi. I just came here to thank you.

Alisha:-Oh it's ok. That was just my job.

Shubman:-Uhm Alisha can i ask you something?

Alisha:-Yes.

Shubman:-Why were you crying?

Alisha:-No i wasn't.

Shubman:-Don't lie Alisha. I just saw crying when i entered inside your cabin. Tell me what happened?

Alisha:-No Shubman i can't tell u.

Shubman:-Why?

Alisha:-Shubman you are my client.

Shubman:-Alisha i was your client. The case is over now. Right now i am talking to you as a friend and you can share your problems with your friend. Now tell me what happened?

Alisha:-First promise that you won't judge me.

Shubman:-Ok i am promise now tell me what happened?

Alisha:-Actually i have decided to have a baby through IVF pregnancy.

Shubman:-Really...that's great.

Alisha:-Yeah it is but...

Shubman:-But?

Alisha:-I am not able to find a donor.

Shubman:-Donor means a guy who will give their semen sample right?

Alisha:-Yeah.

Shubman:-What if i say that i can be the donor?

Alisha:-Shubman what are you saying?

Shubman:-What?

Alisha:-I mean are you really sure that u will do this?

Shubman:-See Alisha u helped me out to get a divorce and it's a really big thing for me and today if u need help then i am here for you.

Alisha's eyes welled up with happiness after listening to his words.

Shubman:-Ok so it's final now that i will be the donor.

Alisha:-Thank you so much Shubman.

Shubman:-Your are always welcome Alisha.
