Long update:)

"I'm not repeating myself. All of you will be leaving for your honeymoon tomorrow morning. You have to get to know each other better and this won't be accomplished by sitting beside each other and not talking at all" announced Lucky.

"But dadi I have an important-"

"Meeting lining up. Yeah I know" Dadi looked at Rakshit who was the only one having a problem. Divya and Romi had already left after the dinner for packing their stuff.

Drishti sighed. He doesn't want to go with me. Its clear.

Rakshit looked at his dadi helplessly when she sighed and said "I swear if you dare to disobey me you ain't my grandson anymore"

"But I don't want to go"

"You don't want to?" Dadi looked at Rakshit and he knew she was getting soft. "Did you ask your wife?"

"Yes dadi. Even she doesn't want to. Am I right Drishti?" Both of them looked at Drishti who stood at her place without speaking anything.

"Ofcourse she wants to" Dadi scolded Rakshit "Don't you dare speak on her behalf. Behave Rakshit"

"She doesn't want to dadi, its true" Drishti silently laughed since she was used to her life being controlled- sometimes by her manager, sometimes by her friends and when her parents were alive, by them.

Her choices were never her own.

After marrying Rakshit she thought she would have a companion, a person who would put her wishes as a priority and not just throwing his decisions at her lile everyone else did.

"I want to" Drishti interrupted silently, remembering how her wishes had always remained unfulfilled and how she had stopped asking for anything.

"Perfect then. You guys are going and that's final" Lucky glared at Rakshit when she saw him going to say something.

Drishti placed her hand on dadi's shoulder and consoled her when she saw how upset she gets when Rakshit or Romi got stubborn.

It was true that Drishti herself wanted an outing and if this was the man she had to spend the rest of life with, then let it be.

Rakshit looked at Drishti in anger. How could she decide it all on her own?

As if he wasn't the only one thinking about just himself.

"Rakshit" Lucky looked at Rakshit pleadingly, he had to give in.

"You know what?" He spoke softly and hugged his grandma, meanwhile glaring Drishti in the process. "We'll go. Just don't take stress and be happy dadi"

"I'll then go and start packing" Drishti spoke happily when she heard that they were going at the end.

She had gone for vacation with her friends a few times but there too her manager would try being a control freak over her. It was easy for Divya since she had a lady manager who was much more gentle than Drishti's arrogant Rohan.

"Yeah sure. Both of you go, even I'm going to sleep. Aisha must be waiting for me" Lucky said and left the two alone.

Drishti smiled faintly at the small kind of happiness she got but when she was busy in imagining herself and her jerk of a husband living like a normal chaos free couple, a tight hold on her hand was followed by Rakshit dragging her into their room.

She didn't protest though. She knew he was mad and to be honest she cared the least about his anger.

Rakshit opened the door to their room harshly and left Drishti's hand when they reached inside. She stood at the place where Rakshit left her hand and looked at him without any signs of shock or horror.

Rakshit closed the door after inspecting the prescence of any possible house member near them and when he was satisfied that they were alone, he locked the door and yelled at her.

"What was the need to say yes?"

"Dadi was asking me. All I did was answer"

"And it wasn't necessary for you to ask for my consent? If I wanted to go?"

"Oh sorry" she apologized dramatically "That I forgot to ask you if you wanted to go when the first thing you did after hearing about the honeymoon was asking me what I wanted, right?"

Rakshit felt the sarcasm in her voice and held her shoulders tightly, but not hard enough to hurt her. His eyes bore into hers and they looked at each other without any sort of good emotion. He was mad at her while she was uninterested in what he had to say. "I had already told you. I don't like people talking to me like this"

"Same" she raised her eyebrows and at him and patted his shoulders while all he did was watch her with confusion.

Two days

Literally just two days and she found a way to get on his nerves.

Two days and she found it pretty fun to get on his nerves.

"You think you're so smart?" He left her shoudlers and sat on the corner of the bed watching his wife reply to each of his sentences.

"Yes" she answered him calmly and walked into the closet to take out the suitcase. "Pack your stuffs Mr. Shergill, because my clothes won't fit you there"

She laughed gently and went inside the closet once again to select the clothes she would be wearing.

What a headache she is. God knows why I agreed. Because of dadi. He thought and followed Drishti inside.

As she was sitting in a corner on the shelf where the bags were kept, she scrolled through her phone to find the contact of her friends to take advice for clothing.

God knows when I'll start picking things on my own. She sighed. Her whole life she lived in utter confusion of what she should wear, and it was mainly due to the fact that she was an actress so her pictures would he featured in various magazines.

When she was scrolling through her phone she felt Rakshit's prescence so close to her that she had to look up to check. Just a few centimeters from.her face was Rakshit Shergill looking at her. His hands on the bag above her head which stopped once his wife, Drishti looked at him.

There he notice her eyes carefully. They were indeed beautiful but any kind of excitement or interest was missing. He knew it was because of him. He shouldn't have behaved with her that way but he too didn't cared about his behavior, just like Drishti.

She looks distressed. He thought and continued looking into her eyes. I guess she really wants to go.

"Aren't you going to pull your bag?" She said to make him move but he didn't budge.

Neither did he stop looking into her eyes nor did he flinch when she tried to move him. His left hand which was on the bag, now moved down to her face. Drishti felt the same butterflies once again when he pulled her face closer to his and held her waist firmly by his right hand. She held her phone tightly to avoid it from falling and kept one of her hands on his chest to keep her distance.

"Now what's the problem? You were talking so much, getting excited when dadi was there a few minutes ago and right now you're sitting in this corner doing nothing?"

"I- I" she bowed her head, slightly embarrassed because of the reason she went quiet and tried moving her face away which Rakshit girpped strongly to prevent movements.

"I knew you would try escaping, that's why I was ready" he sighed "now tell me what happened? If its because I didn't ask you then forget any kind of apologies because-"

"Definitely no!" She yelled "stop giving yourself this much importance Rakshit. I'm silent because I'm confused, distressed and going crazy!"

"Because of?"

"What to pack!!" She cried. Her face slipped from Rakshit's hand since she thumped it harshly on his chest. His eyes went wide at her reason and his mind debated if this was a real topic to be sad about. "I was going to call my friends but they would be sleeping. Oh my god what am I gonna do?"

"Are you even serious!" He covered his face with his hand and closed his eyes to prevent himself from saying anything meaningless.

"Yes I am!"

"Stupid" he whispered.

She backed off and rested her head against the bags as Rakshit watched her keeping both his hands on her sides.

"Who's gonna help me in my existential crisis?"

"Existential crisis?" Rakshit's amusement was growing continuously as he watched jer exaggerating the situation.

"Yes" and there she went explaining him her ill fate when it came to dresses and choices on her own. She didn't notice much but he listened to all that nonsense without saying anything. Ignoring the disguested and annoyed looks on his face, he was a good listener in fact. "Ahh!" She yelled.

"Okay stop!"

"No!"

"Mrs. Shergill!"

"What?"

"Pack your stuff and act maturely!"

"I don't know what to pack and I am mature!"

"You are an actress. Why can't you select? Its just a few clothes" it was like he wanted a war.

"Just a few clothes?" She looked at him like he asked for her kidneys "Do you know if Divya gets the better clicks? Or if people think she has a better taste than me, she will get more films!"

"Oh gosh!" Rakshit sighed "So you are not selecting on your own?"

"No!"

"And dadi is sleeping"

"Yes"

He sighed "I'll help you"

"What?" She blinked her eyes, not accepting what she just heard.

"I said I'll help you but promise me you will stay quiet for the rest of the night"

"Promise! Ahh I'm so happy. Thank you Mr. Shergill!" She yelled joyfully and jumped into his arms to give him a bone crushing hug.

"Ok, don't get friendly though Mrs. Shergill"
