Shahana's room

Aryan and Shahana had been in each other's  embrace.

She had been crying continuously while Aryan looked emotional yet tried to stay strong.

Aryan's POV

When I entered her room, she was lying on the bed lifeless, I knew what she had been thinking of.

I tried my best to keep her busy in the past few days but she ended up thinking of it many times.

She is keeping herself intact.

I'm proud of her.

I took her into my arms.

The minute I took her, she brokedown.

Flashback

I was in the office trying to complete some pending work, there was a lot of pending work in the office since the day Prachi went on break.

I had just had lunch when I was told to check some files which was actually to be checked by Ranbir, but he couldn't for some reason, maybe it is a Sunday, that's the reason.

I had been sitting on the couch and reading the files when my phone started ringing which was on the table, next to my laptop.

It was a Sunday, and probably thought that it wouldn't be anything urgent and my laziness prevented me from checking who the caller was and then it stopped ringing.

My phone again started ringing, so it was "Sha". It had been days since we last spoke to each other properly.

I recieved it.

"Hello"

"Aryan, I...I need help", She was crying.

"What happened, shah?", asked a concerned me

"Aryan can you come to Golden View residential area?", she was sobbing

I rushed to the given location told by her.

She told me that she had parked her car at the backside of the appartment.

Her car was unlocked.

I opened it only to see Shahana sitting behind lifeless.

I sat inside, next to her, closing the door.

She looked awful.

Her hair wasn't tidy, her face looked as if she had been crying since hours.

Her mascara had smudged around her eyes. And even her lipstick had smudged.

Her eyes were red.

She wasn't well...or maybe it is something more then that.

"Sha, what's wrong?"

I went close to her to hug her but she pushed me

"Away", terrified shahana finally spoke

"Hey, what happened?"

She looked at me, and began crying.

I didn't understand what was going on, she didn't look good.

What happened was something serious.

On looking at her left cheek closely, I saw that her cheek was RED..it wasn't makeup for sure.

Her clothes, her top and her trousers weren't looking good as well.
Top had creases while her trousers had stains.

After examining her clothes, I looked back at her, into her eyes

"Hey, shahana, what happened?", I looked into her eyes.

She looked at me.

She wanted to say something but couldn't.

I wanted to hug her badly, but I couldn't.

She passed out.

I immediately lifted her into my arms and took her towards my car.

I rushed to the nearby hospital.

I got her checked up.

The doctor told me that there were chances that she had been physically abused.

It broke me.

Those stains on her trousers.

She crying.

Smudged mascara.

Smudged lipstick.

Red cheek.

Doctor told me that she would be conducting few tests on shahana to which I agreed.

I brokedown, I sat on the seat opposite her ward.

I couldn't protect her.

I regretted not staying in touch with her.

The doctor had informed the police who had  reached the hospital by then.

I gave all the necessary information I was aware of to the police.

After a wait for an hour, I was allowed to meet shahana, she had been wearing hospital clothes, she was lying on the bed thinking about something, she hadn't realized that I was present in the room as well.

The doctor had told me that she wasn't feeling safe the entire time and wouldn't allow anyone to leave her alone.

She had covered herself with a blanket entirely.

I could sense that she was trying to protect herself and how afraid she was.

I sat on the stool next to her bed.

I looked at the doctor as shahana still hadn't realized my presence. She was lost in her thoughts. I couldn't imagine what she was going through.

The doctor got shahana out of her thoughts.

She looked around to find me.

She was looked uncomfortable the moment she saw me.

"Hey, it is me, Aryan, you know that you are safe with me, don't feel uncomfortable...if you want me to leave then I will, okay?"

She began crying.

"Don't leave me alone, please"

Shahana hugged him tightly while Aryan made sure that she was comfortable.

"Listen, you need to tell me what happened, okay?...we need to get that person behind bars"

Aryan's POV ends

The police was called in while shahana held Aryan tightly and didn't leave him for a second.

She told them everything that happened, and that she had been raped and due to pain she had become unconscious and the next thing she remembered was waking up in her car and calling aryan immediately after she gained senses.

She told Aryan that she didn't want to stay in the hospital to which aryan had objected at first but later agreed.

Aryan didn't want to leave her alone and hence pretended in front of everyone that they were married.

To Aryan's suprise, shahana also agreed as she had no choice left and Aryan was the only person around whom she felt safe.

They quickly changed into bridal clothes and left for home.

On reaching Mehra Mansion, to their suprise there was nobody present, they then went to Khanna Mansion where they told Disha that had got married.

Pizza store

Ranbir: Prachi, we need to name our girl, for how long will we call her baby

Prachi: I know, baby sounds babyish

Ranbir: (gave her a look) what?....forget that....so did we think of any names before??

Prachi: no, it was your idea to decide names later....did you know that you were quite confident that we would have a girl?

Ranbir: I always wanted a girl

Prachi smiles

Ranbir hold Prachi's hand and then kisses it

Ranbir: I love you, Prachi

Prachi: I don't know what I would be doing if you weren't in my life

Ranbir: probably lost somewhere....trying to figure out things (laughs)

Prachi: whatever (trying to hide her smile)

After spending sometime together they left for home.

Shahana's room

Aryan had lied to Ranbir about him blackmailing Shahana or else Ranbir wouldn't have believed him.

Aryan realized that Shahana had fallen asleep, so he adjusted the blanket over shahana and he went and slept on the couch.
