Aryan's car

There was complete silence in the car.

Aryan was driving fast...he had been missing the entire day, he wished that he would have been there for his brother.

Shahana on the other hand was looking outside thinking about all that happened today. She was going to go along with Prachi and Ranbir to eat ice-cream. It would have been of some help to Prachi if she was there along with her, maybe things would have been different if she had gone.

She was worried for Ranbir...she didn't know what exactly had happened

Shahana: uhmm....what exactly happened?

Aryan tells her everything, by the time he finishes telling her, she had tears flowing down.

She was reminded of all the memories she had experienced in hospitals whether it being her biological dad's death or Prachi and aryan being hospitalized. She didn't want to experience another bad moment in the hospital.

Aryan on realizing that she had been trying to control her tears, offered her tissue paper and told her that it is okay to cry. Shahana on the other hand replied to him saying that it is not always important to stay strong.

Hospital

7.00 p.m.

Rhea was sitting in Prachi's room and was also checking on the baby, time to time, the baby was kept under observation, 5 mins away from Prachi's room.

Just like Rhea even Sid was sitting in Ranbir's room waiting for his younger brother to gain consciousness. He was told by Purab that Aryan was on his way and would reach the hospital anytime soon.
He was giving regular updates to the Kohli's about Ranbir.

He was eagerly waiting for Ranbir to gain consciousness and wasn't leaving him alone even for a minute.

SCENE SHIFT

Aryan and Shahana were now at the reception and had found out their room numbers...aryan went towards Ranbir's room and Shahana went towards Prachi's.

Prachi's room

Shahana's POV

I quickly went towards Prachi's room, which was just 2 rooms ahead of Ranbir's room.

As soon as I entered, I saw Prachi lying on the bed unconscious...she was wearing the oxygen mask and I could hear the machines beeping periodically...as I walked closer I saw Prachi who had become pale.

There were constant flashes of my last visit to hospital when aryan and Prachi were hospitalized running in the back of my mind.

I couldn't bear seeing Prachi again like that, I wanted her to wake up and talk to me and argue with me just like the way we were arguing on quotation this morning.

I kissed her forehead and looked up only to find Rhea looking at me as if she saw a ghost.

"What happened, Rhea"

"Why are you in a lehenga? And vermillion?" She came closer to me and touched my mangalsutra " Is that..."

" I got married!! "

"Whatt??"

"Shoo...we are in a hospital,Rhea.....I got married!!"

"I heard that, shahana...I meant to whom? Where? How? Is the reason why you were missing since morning?"

Just then Aryan entered

Was it important for him to make his entry now?

Shahana's POV end

Rhea's POV

Why were all unexpected things happening today?

First the accident and now shahana entering in bridal attire

Omg! She got married...like how??to whom??

Big question, why don't we know about it?

Shahana was about to answer when aryan entered in the room

He quickly walked towards prachi, prachi had always been a guide to him, telling him what's wrong and what's right...I could see that it was difficult for him to see Prachi like that

WAIT A MINUTE

why is aryan wearing a kurta?

I have never seen him wearing one till date...suprising

Ohh shit!!

Am I right?

Was I always right about them?

"You two got married??", that's me curious to know whether I'm right

"Yes!!", said shahana

The moment she said yes I was so happy for them...it was like a good news after a bad news

I jumped in joy...I ran to Sid to inform him about it but the moment I saw him waiting for Ranbir to wake up, I immediately hugged him...I could understand the pain he was going through...I had been in his shoes few months back.

I decided not to tell him about their marriage for a while atleast until everything gets soughted.

Rhea's POV ends

Sid and Rhea decided to have dinner in the hospital's cafeteria while aryan and shahana would stay with Ranbir and Prachi respectively.

Ranbir's room

Aryan had been sitting on the corner of the couch and thinking about the moment when he entered in this room.

He saw Ranbir, with an oxygen mask and a bandage tied on his forehead, there were various types of machines next to his bed, some were beeping and some weren't. There were wires attached to his hand and probably he had also got stitches on his right hand.

Sid, kept his hand on my shoulder..motivating me to stay strong.

Aryan sat next to Ranbir's bed and began talking to him

"Bro, wake up now, Everyone is waiting and guess what who else is waiting, your baby...I have already seen the baby...I won't tell you whether it's a girl or boy, that's a suprise"

Aryan was about to continue when he saw some eye movements, he quickly called the nurse who called the doctor.

The doctor immediately came and sent Aryan outside.

As soon as Aryan came out, he was asked questions by Sid and Rhea on what he was doing outside.

He told them that Ranbir was almost conscious which made the both of them happy.

After waiting for 15-20 mins, the doctor told them that Ranbir was doing good and they had conducted all the necessary tests and the only test that was remaining was based on memory for which the doctor told them to enter his room.

Doctor: ranbir, remembers all the basic things and only thing left is to find out whether he is suffering from memory loss

Ranbir was on morphine, he looked weak and was removed from oxygen support for sometime.

He was kept at a comfortable position and the doctor began to ask him questions.

Doctor: Ranbir, what is the last thing you remember?

Ranbir: uhmm...(he was finding it difficult to recall)

Doctor: It is okay, Ranbir, take your time...we can come later as well

Ranbir nodded and the doctor told him to take rest and he was again made to wear his oxygen mask.

All of them came out from the room and Sid immediately called his parents while Rhea called her parents. Aryan ran to Prachi's room to inform Shahana about the current situation.

Doctor: Ranbir needs rest...give him time...we will conduct the test once he is ready
