Quirk: Half Cold, Half Hot, Terrakinesis

I can't believe I've already written twenty chapters

I watched Shoto walk out of the room. I sat there and tried getting out of bed, but Recovery Girl pushed me back down.

"You need to rest," Recovery Girl said as she put ice on my right arm., "Your muscles were torn and your head was bleeding, so I couldn't heal you since you were unconscious, so you need to gain back some more strength before I could heal you," Recovery Girl explained

"Thanks, Recovery Girl,"

"It's my pleasure. One thing I want to know is, how did you sustain so much damage? I mean, because your Quirk shouldn't damage you to such an extent,"

"I may have the Half Cold, Half Hot Quirk, but I also have another Quirk, a rock Quirk, called Terrakinesis. The ability helps me control rocks without lifting a finger, but it also takes a toll on my muscles," I explained.

"I see. Well, next time, make sure not to overdo it, alright," Recovery girl said. I nodded and stayed in that bed when about fifteen minutes later Iida came into the room.

"Oh, hey Iida, how was your match?" I asked. I looked at his face and he looked ashamed.

"I lost," he replied

"Oh," I said, "but knowing you I'm sure you tried your hardest and I bet it was an amazing match. I also think that your brother knows that you did everything you could," 

"You really think so?" he asked. I nodded and smiled. 

"I almost forgot why I was here. I wanted to see if you were okay and if you were able to watch the final match," I looked at Recovery Girl who sat there pensively.

"I believe she is able too, but Satsuki I suggest going in a wheelchair since your body still hasn't fully recovered yet," she pointed to the wheelchair in the corner of the room. Iida walked over to get the wheelchair and set it up in front of the cot. He helped me get out of the bed and get me situated into the wheelchair. 

"Thanks," 

"It was nothing just helping someone in need," he wheeled the chair out of the room and back to our classmates. We got to the area where are class was, but the only problem with me being in a wheelchair was that there wasn't a ramp, so Iida had to carry me down the stairs and get the wheelchair after.

"I wonder what this match will be like, besides intense," Midoriya said

"We'll have to take notes for next time," Iida said

"Iida and... Satsuki?" Midoriya tilted his head as he looked at me hanging on Iida's back. I smiled and did a small wave.

"Hi, everyone," Iida placed me down on the seat next to Uraraka and thank goodness he did because right after his whole body started shaking.

"Are you alright?" Midoriya, Uraraka, and I asked

"It's just my phone

Iida walked off so he could answer his phone in private. That's when everyone bombarded me with questions on how I was doing to why I was on Iida's back. I explained that I was fine just that I can't walk then I explained why I was on Iida's back.

"That's not what I wanted to hear," Mineta told me

"What were you expecting me to say?" I asked

"You know some a little bit spicier," he said and that was when Yuna smacked him 

"I don't get it,"

"You don't need to," she said

I stared at them blankly. I looked at the screen in the stadium and saw that Shoto and Bakugo were in the finals.

'Huh, I guess I missed the bulk of the matches,' I thought

"Welcome to the final battle in the UA High School Sports Festival. In just a moment we'll see which student comes out on top. Guess it all comes down to this, folks, from the Hero Course Shoto Todoroki," Present Mic announced

"Yeah! Let's go, Shoto!!" I cheered

"Versus Katsuki Bakugo! Now, begin!" Present Mic announced. Right when Present Mic told them to start Todoroki placed his hand on the ground and created a huge structure of ice. It looked like it was over, but soon afterward there was a weird sound coming from inside the ice structure. 

"It must be Bakugo," I muttered and it was.

"He used his explosions and came out of the ice like some sort of mole man," Sero said

"These two are insane," Kaminari said. Bakugo put his hands on the tallest part of the ice tunnel and slingshotted his way toward Shoto. He tried to use his ice to stop Bakugo, but Bakugo used one of his explosions to move himself to Shoto's left side and grabbed him by the hair and used his explosions to throw Shoto further.

"Are you underestimating me?" Bakugo asked, "Idiot!"

Shoto created an ice wall to move him away from the out of bounds mark and encircled Bakugo. Bakugo used another explosion to attack, but Shoto dodged the attack and grabbed Bakugo's arm.

"Use your left side. Do it, Shoto!" I heard my dad say from the crowd. I watched as Shoto didn't use his left side and instead threw Bakugo back.

"Stop screwing around, what do you think I'm not worthy of your fire?" Bakugo asked, "You bastard! I'll tell you what will happen if you make a fool out of me! I'll kill you! I don't want there to be a doubt that I'm the best student at the festival. That's only possible if you come at me as hard as you can there's no point if you don't use the same power as you did with Deku! If you want to win this then why are you even here?!"

He began to run at Shoto, "Show everyone you're trying to destroy me!" 

Shoto just stood there and as every second went by I kept getting more and more nervous until,

"Come on, Todoroki!" Midoriya yelled, "Don't give up! Do your best!"

I soon realized that once Midoriya said something Shoto's disposition began to change. The ice on his body began to thaw and soon enough his flames emerged and Bakugo began to get riled up, but just as soon as those flames emerged they disappeared. Bakugo used his final attack which created massive explosions.  

The smoke began to dissipate and it looked to be over, but Bakugo wasn't having it.

"Hey, stop messing around!" Bakugo yelled at an unconscious Shoto, "This isn't a win for me unless you try harder! It can't end this way, now get up!"

That's when Bakugo fainted because of Midnight's Quirk.

"Todoroki is out of bounds that means Bakugo is the winner," everyone cheered

"And with that, the final match is finally over the first year champion of the UA Sports Festival is Katsuki Bakugo from Class 1-A," Present Mic announced

"Wooo! You gotta admit that was some fight," Yuna told me. I nodded. All of the first years began walking down to the arena and I Stood up, but instantly fell to the floor.

"Don't worry, I'll help you," Yuna said holding out her hand. I grabbed it and she helped me walk up the stairs. Yuna helped me into the wheelchair and wheeled me until Iida came over and took over for Yuna. Filling me in on what happened to his brother. 

"The first years have completed all the events for the UA Sports Festival. Now it's time to relax and enjoy the awards ceremony," Midnight announced. A giant puff of smoke appeared and the first, second, and third place winners arose. That's when we all realized that Bakugo was all tied up. Yuna started laughing like crazy and the rest of us were just shocked. I also looked at Shoto who looked almost sad. 

"You did great, Shoto," I said to him with a smile

"Thanks, Satsuki," 

"Tenya Iida was also supposed to share the third-place award, but unfortunately he had to leave for family reasons. Gotta love those familial bonds. Now let's break out the hardware, of course, there's only one person worthy enough to distribute the awards. All Might, the Number One Hero!" 

Everyone burst out into cheers. "So here All Might why don't you start the presentation?" 

All Might began giving out the medals and when he got to Bakugo--let's just say Bakugo wasn't happy at that moment. That's when All Might began to make a speech about how we are one step closer to achieving our goals with the experience we've gathered from this festival. 

After the Sports Festival, we were back in class and with another visit to Recovery Girl, I was back on my feet. 

"Nice work, you have the next two days of school off to recuperate and I'm sure the pros who watched the festival want to recruit some of you. We'll go over the draft forms and update you when you return. Get some rest, you still have a lot of training," Mr. Aizawa explained

"Yes, sir," we all responded

Next Day

That morning Shoto told me that we were going to the hospital to visit someone.

"Well, who are we visiting?" I asked

"Our mother," he replied. My eyes widened and I instantly got up and went to brush my teeth and put my hair up in a ponytail. Shoto was already at the door putting on his shoes when I got there. 

"Shoto? Satsuki? Where are you guys going?" our sister Fuyumi asked

"The hospital," he answered

"What? Why? You can't just visit, not without telling dad, right?"

I opened the door after putting on my shoes and waited outside for Shoto.

 "But why go now? Why see her after all this time?"

"We'll be back, alright Fuyumi," I waved as Shoto closed the door. We walked to the station and took a train to where the hospital was and walked the rest.

"Hey, Shoto are you nervous?" I asked, "I mean we haven't seen her in years,"

"Of course, I am, but we're here aren't we?"

"That's true,"

We walked in and Shoto asked the woman at the desk about our mother. It took a while when we were finally given her room number that read:

Room 315

Mrs. Todoroki

I placed my hand on the handle and waited for Shoto to nod or say something. He nodded and I took a deep breath before opening it and there she was staring out her window. Her white hair reaching the middle of her back. I walked in first and then Shoto who closed the door. We stood there,

"hello, Mom," Shoto said and once he did our mother turned her head toward us and Shoto walked toward her while I followed shortly after.
