"Are you kidding me Toby, Caleb you guys don't have to do this you both could get hurt and also I can't speak for the girls, but I don't need your protection" Ava said.

"You're my baby sister I'm always going to protect you no matter what you say" Toby told Ava and she sighed. "Caleb" Ava said.

"Ava you're my sister maybe not biologically but you're my sister and I love you so I'm going to do everything in my power to keep you safe" Caleb said and Ava groaned.

"You two are impossible I'm leaving now" Ava said and left. "Team Ava" Caleb asked Toby. "Team Ava" Toby said as they continue to try to figure out who A is to keep Ava safe.

"How are they" Aria asked. "She said they're fine" Hanna said. "A really likes throwing cars at people" Spencer said.

"Okay that's not funny" Ava said. "Is there any chance this really was an accident" Aria asked and Spencer gave her a look. "Yeah, that's what I thought" Aria said.

"No okay A did this but why" Hanna asked. "To keep us off balance keep us from finding red coat or Cece Drake or whoever we're dealing with" Spencer said.

"Well, I think it really was Cece and I hope that Toby and Caleb find her" Aria said.

"Diddo there's something about her something I don't like she's hiding something I know she is" Ava said.

"God Spence what is taking your mom so long" Hanna asked.

"Courts run on judge time not lawyer time" Spencer said. "Well, it's an arraignment all they have to do is set bail and she can go" Hanna said.

"She said that she would call you the minute that your mom was released just take a breath alright" Aria told Hanna. "Mom" Spencer said as soon as Veronica walked in.

"Hi, have you girls had breakfast" Veronica asked. "We been mainly trying to keep Hanna calm" Ava said.

"Mrs. Hastings where's my mom" Hanna asked. "Spencer why don't you take Aria and Ava upstairs for a minute" Veronica said. "No, no I want them here" Hanna said. "

"Hanna, we entered a plea of not guilty, but the judge refused to grant bail" Veronica said. "No" Hanna said. "Why" Ava asked.

"First degree murder of a police officer a district attorney who doesn't want to make any more mistakes but we're definitely going to appeal" Veronica said.

"Okay and how long is that gonna take" Hanna asked.

"The papers will be on the judge's desk this afternoon, but some things have been put in motion" Veronica said. "What sort of things" Aria asked.

"Hanna your mother is going to be transferred to another location" Veronica said.

"What location" Spencer asked. "She's being remanded to the state prison in Muncy until the trial they'll move her tomorrow" Veronica said.

"God, you promised" Hanna said. "Honey I'm sorry" Veronica said and Hanna left. After a moment the girls went after her.

"Hanna, you didn't do anything wrong" Aria said. "Yeah, somebody killed Wilden, and A is taking advantage of that it's not your fault" Spencer said. "You can't blame yourself Han" Ava said.

"My mom went out there to protect me" Hanna said. "How is this not my fault" Hanna asked and her phone rang.

Hanna looked and just out her phone back down. "It's Caleb I can't talk to him right now" Hanna said.

"Hanna my mom is a really great lawyer" Spencer said. "Well then why isn't my mom out" Hanna asked. "Because it's just one hearing she'll win the case she always does" Spencer said.

"Always" Hanna asked. "Okay so do you wanna go to school or not go" Aria asked. "No, you guys go I'll be okay" Hanna said.

"Are you sure" Spencer asked. "I'm gonna have to see my dad if my mom doesn't come back then I have to move in with him and the gruesome twosome you guys go I'll be fine" Hanna said.

"Okay" Ava said. "Spence tell your mom I'm sorry if I yelled at her" Hanna said. "L

"She's an attorney okay she's used to it" Spencer said. "A really good one" Hanna said. "Just call us if you need anything okay" Ava said.

"Yeah, I'll be good" Hanna said and Aria, Spencer, and Ava left.

"Will I see you tomorrow then" Ava asked Mike. "Yeah of course can't keep me from my girl too long" Mike said.

"Good" Ava said and noticed his bag. "Just when I think you can't get any hotter" Ava said and looked at Mike. "You find martial arts hot" Mike asked.

"I didn't used to" Ava said. "What changed" Mike asked.

"I don't know just something about your boyfriend being able to protect you if needed" Ava said. Mike smiled at Ava and gave her a quick kiss.

"Come on" Mike said and they headed off to class.

Mike laid beside Ava breathing heavily and smiled at her. "You promise you'll be careful" Ava asked. "Hey, I'm supposed to worry about you not the other way around" Mike said.

"I worried about you before we even started dating, I love you so much that when you're in pain it hurts me" Ava said.

Mike smiled around her and gave her a quick kiss. "What was that for" Ava asked. "For being you and for making g me fall for you more and more every day" Mike said and Ava smiled.

"Just because if there's any trouble and if you think you need help" Ava said. "I'll call for help" Mike said.

"Hey, I love you" Mike said after a moment. "I love you too" Ava said and kissed him once more.
