"Mike this is amazing it's exactly what I needed thank you" Ava said to Mike.

"Hey anything for you Avs" Mike said and kissed her causing Ava to smile. "I still question how I am so lucky to have you in my life" Ava said.

"It's more like I'm the lucky one I mean you could've been with anyone in the world guys would've fought over you and yet you pick me" Mike said.

"it's always been you Mike from day one it was you and it will continue to be you for the rest of time" Ava said.

Mike smiled at her before giving her a quick kiss. "Good because it will always be you for me too" Mike said.

They smiled at each other once more before they continued their meal.

"Ava" Caleb said going to her seeing her at her locker. "Hey Caleb" Ava said once she saw him and closed her locker once she got her books.

"Thought I'd run into you here" Caleb said. "Well, it is school we're bound to run into each other at some point" Ava said and Caleb laughed. "Guess so" Caleb said.

"Any luck with Hanna" Ava asked. "Uh no not yet we're still broken up" Caleb said, "I'm sorry Caleb but I know you'll figure it out I believe in you" Ava said and Caleb smiled.

"I gotta get to class but I'll see you around" Ava said and Caleb nodded. Ava smiled at him and left.

"What happened to keeping a low profile staying blind because she's a target" Emily asked.

"Obviously some things changed just don't know what we basically kept her secret for nothing" Ava said.

"Look at her how can you miss her she's been gliding around school all day like a thanksgiving float" Spencer said. "We should say something to her" Emily said.

"Emily wait" Ava said pulling her back with Spencer. "No wait" Spencer said to Emily and Emily faced Spencer and Ava.

"Did you get Aria's text about Lucas and the photo studio" Spencer asked. "Yeah" Ava said.

"Yeah, what was that about" Emily asked. "Aria says that she knows the photographer who owns the studio and it's on the same block where she and Hanna saw Lucas on that night" Spencer said.

"So now we think Lucas took the photos in the graveyard" Emily asked.

"Well maybe but then why, why was he pounding to get in there" Spencer asked. "I can't think about this now I have a calculus test" Emily said.

"And I have a French test" Ava said going to leave with Emily when Spencer stopped them. "Wait Em, Ava there's something else" Spencer said and they faced her.

"My mom she left her tablet out on the table this morning" Spencer said and shown Emily and Ava what she found. "What is this" Emily asked.

"They're letting Garrett out" Spencer said and Emily and Ava looked at her. "I'm sorry what" Ava said. "To see his mother, it's called compassionate furlough" Spencer said.

"What has he done to deserve compassion" Emily asked. "She's probably really sick" Spencer said.

"So basically, they're giving him a get out of jail free card" Emily asked. "This might be his last time to say goodbye to her" Spencer said.

"So, he gets a chance, but we don't yeah cool" Ava said sarcastically. "At least he gets a chance" Emily told Spencer. "Do you guys want to talk about this later" Spencer asked.

"There's nothing to talk about" Ava said. "What's there to talk about we have no power who cares what we think" Emily said.

"I do what if A put Garrett's mom in the hospital to get Garrett out of jail maybe the plan is to meet up with the person who's really helping him it would explain what Aria saw hiding in the shadows last night" Spencer said.

"Last night" Ava asked. "I'll fill you in later" Spencer said and Ava nodded.

"Em, Mona might not be the only person in Rosewood who owns a black hoodie" Spencer said and saw Jenna coming over.

"Don't look she's coming over here" Spencer said. "Who" Ava asked.

"The float she's carrying something, envelopes" Spencer said. "What's in them" Emily asked.

"Anthrax" Spencer said, and Jenna made her way to them. "Hi here's one for you" Jenna said giving an envelope to Spencer.

"One for you" Jenna said giving one to Ava. "And one for you" Jenna said giving one to Emily. "Uh thanks I think" Ava said.

"I haven't seen Aria or Hanna can I trust that you'll pass them on" Jenna asked giving them to Emily. "What is this" Spencer asked. "Oh, they're invitations it's my birthday" Jenna said.

"Yeah, I already knew that just didn't realize we were invited this year" Ava said. "And you recovered just in time" Emily said.

"The doctors say it's a positive outcome" Jenna said. "No, what is this Jenna, I thought you needed protection we had a deal" Spencer said.

"Well, this is the new deal I feel a lot safer when I'm in charge of what happens to me hope to see you at the party" Jenna said and left.

Jason saw Ava in the kitchen and went to her. "Hey is that homework" Jason asked.

"Yeah, decided to work on some before heading to Spencer's with Aria" Ava said and Jason nodded before sitting next to her.

"Hey, you're okay, right" Jason asked. "Yeah of course I am" Ava said.

"Jason are you okay" Ava asked seeing him worried. "Yeah, it's just what parents do we worry" Jason said and Ava nodded. "Okay" Ava said.

"You'd tell me if it was happening again the whole A thing" Jason asked and Ava looked at him.

"What brought this on" Ava asked. "I remember how bad it affected you when you found out Mona was messing with you and your friends" Jason said.

"She messed with my friends more than me I was like her weak spot or something" Ava said.

"Okay but still you took it pretty hard Ava you wouldn't get out of bed for months wouldn't talk to anyone not even your brother or Mike" Jason said, and Ava looked down remembering it.

"Then you started having those nightmares to the point I had to sleep outside your bedroom door" Jason said.

"I remember but everything is fine I promise" Ava said.

"You promise it's not happening again" Jason asked. "Yes, I promise okay It's not happening again" Ava said lying. "Okay" Jason said nodding.

"You bought him groceries" Spencer asked Aria. "Groceries really no wonder he's upset" Ava said.

"It was not groceries it was two sandwiches and believe me I'm still paying for it you should have seen the look that he gave me" Aria said.

"Well, he's your boyfriend Aria he's not a baby squirrel" Spencer said. "As much as I don't like him it probably made him feel bad" Ava said.

"Just trying to do the right thing" Aria said. "Totally wrong look I've been there done that every time you baby squirrel Ezra, you're taking away his nuts" Spencer said.

"You did not just say that" Aria said. "I did but I don't think that I meant to" Spencer said. "Ugh I'm going to have to try to get that out of my head now" Ava said and Aria's phone rang.

"Is that Emily" Spencer asked. "Ezra" Aria said once she looked.

"Did he find his nuts" Spencer asked and Aria fake laughed at her after she sat down. "Okay you need help" Ava said to Spencer sitting next to Aria.

"He just got an invitation to Jenna's birthday party" Aria said. "Wait now Fitz is invited" Spencer asked.

"Yeah, apparently Jenna wants to see her favorite teacher for the first time" Aria said.

"Kind of sounds suspicious" Ava said. "What is she up to" Aria asked and looked at Spencer seeing she was writing.

"Spencer how are you able to write a paper during all this" Aria asked her. "I'm not I'm breaking and entering my mom's email account" Spencer said.

"Why" Aria asked. "Because I want to see what time Garrett's being released" Spencer said. "And why do you want to do that" Ava asked.

"What you want to stand outside the hospital and protest" Aria asked.

"No, I want to be inside so I can see who he's really visiting, and my guess is that face is gonna be a lot easier to read under hospital lights than a streetlamp" Spencer said.

"Well, where is my invitation" Hanna asked Spencer and Ava. "I want to at least see it" Hanna said. "Are you coming from yoga" Spencer asked her.

"No home" Hanna said. "Well, that's not like you" Ava said. "Why are you dressed like that" Spencer asked Hanna.

"Because Spencer I'm too depressed to work a zipper alright get over it" Hanna said. "Who's she talking to" Hanna asked motioning to Aria. "Emily" Ava said.

"Who apparently has to work Jenna's party" Spencer said. "Seriously well I can beat that" Hanna said.

"How" Ava asked, and Hanna sat down. "I have to spend my Saturday night sorting out Velour track suits at church" Hanna said and Spencer and Ava sat next to her.

"Why" Spencer asked. "My mom found out that I cut school and now she signed me up for a triple shift if you thought I was depressed before" Hanna said and Aria made her way over.

"It gets weirder" Aria said. "How can it possibly get weirder" Ava asked. "Hey Han, how are you feeling" Aria asked her.

"I don't think I've seen you in sweats" Aria said when Spencer interrupted her.

"She can't work a zipper just move on" Spencer said. "What did Emily say" Spencer asked.

"So, Paige is invited to the party too and now Laurel Tuchman is shooting it" Aria said. "Wait Laurel tucks what" Hanna asked.

"Laurel Tuchman the photographer that Ava and I took a class from last summer" Aria said. "Go on" Spencer said.

"Well Emily may have overheard why Lucas was banging on that door Laurel fired her assistant because he was using the studio to develop his own prints" Aria said.

"And now he wants the negatives" Spencer said. "Where are you going with this" Hanna asked.

"You don't see it" Ava asked and Hanna shook her head. "To an open grave that he took pictures of" Spencer said.

"And you think Lucas dug it up by himself" Hanna asked. "The kid can barely lift his chemistry book" Hanna said.

"Well, he's tall enough to reach the pedals on a backhoe" Aria said. "Let's just stay with Jenna alright that's who Emily remembers driving that car that night" Hanna said and Ava sighed.

"Why can't she be it" Hanna asked. "They can all be it" Spencer said.

"Spencer's right why is Garrett being released the same night of Jenna's party" Aria asked.

"Exactly what is the purpose of this party is it really to celebrate Jenna's birthday or is it just to get us all in the same room so she can drop a vat of pig's blood on us" Spencer asked.

"With our luck it be the third option" Ava said. "She's not dropping anything on me I won't be there no one will I mean who wants to go to that stupid party anyways" Hanna said.

"Me" Aria said. "Just please be careful" Ava said. "Don't worry I'll have Ezra" Aria said. "Ugh gross" Ava said.

"Wait she invited you to the party" Mike asked. "Yeah, first time ever" Ava said. "Any idea why she invited you" Mike asked. "No not really" Ava said and Mike nodded.

"Most of the time I had to be out of the house cause she in her words didn't want me there" Ava said.

"Yeah, I remember" Mike said. "Are you going to go" Mike asked. "No, I rather be here with you" Ava said and Mike smiled. "That's what I was hoping you'd say" Mike said and Ava smiled.

Hanna and Ava made their way to Emily after she told them Paige was in the hospital. "Hanna, Ava" Emily said once she saw them.

"Hey where's Paige" Hanna asked. "Getting stitches um this is Nate, Maya's cousin" Emily said. "Hi" Hanna and Ava said. "Hey" Nate said.

"Nate would you mind getting us some coffee" Emily asked. "They said it was gonna be a while but none for Ava she hates coffee" Emily said.

"Yeah" Nate said leaving. "Thanks" Emily said. "I thought Spencer was here" Hanna said to Emily.

"She was she bumped into Wilden, and he scared her off" Emily said. "Figures" Ava said, and Hanna gave Emily the jacket. "This was at the church" Emily asked. "Is it yours" Hanna asked.

"Mine had a rip in the pocket that I sewed with a pink thread" Emily said and saw it was hers.

"This is mine" Emily said. "Well, it hasn't been anywhere near a fire" Hanna said.

"How did it even get to the church" Ava asked. "That can't be a coincidence Spencer was right this A definitely has an Agenda" Emily said.

Ava looked down remembering what A has on her before looking back at them. "When did you take it off that night" Hanna asked.

"Because you didn't have it on at the graveyard Emily when we found you, you were shivering" Hanna said. "I know I wore it to Spencer's house that's all I remember" Emily said.

"Did you have it in Jenna's car did you leave it there because if she's our pal now why didn't she just give it back to you" Hanna asked.

"I don't know maybe, maybe Jenna wasn't the only person that I saw that night" Emily said and Hanna's phone went off. Hanna took her phone and saw it was her mom before putting it back.

"It's my mom I've got to get back to the church or I'll be sorting old panty hose for the rest of my life" Hanna said and left.

"I should get back to Mike" Ava said. "You gonna be okay I can stay if you want" Ava said. "No, I'll be fine Nate's here" Emily said. "You sure" Ava asked.

Emily nodded and Ava smiled at her giving her a quick hug and left.

After spending some more time with Mike, Ava eventually went back to Jason's for the night.

She quietly closed the door in case he was sleep and hung her jacket up. Suddenly she got a message and Ava pulled out her phone and looked.

"Aw poor innocent sweet Avs too scared to tell your friends about our little secret don't worry they'll find out soon enough question is by you or me" the message said.
