"Did things just get incredibly worse" Aria asked as she was with Emily, Hanna, and Spencer late at night.

"I can't believe this Ian's dead" Emily said. "No zombies don't text okay he is alive somewhere" Hanna said. "Spence" Aria said. "I have to get this phone home before Melissa realizes that it's gone" Spencer said.

"Okay you put it back and then what do we do" Emily asked. "Do we call the cops" Aria asked.

"Oh yeah because that always works out so well for us" Hanna said. "Why is Ian texting Melissa" Aria asked. "And why is Melissa answering him" Hanna asked. "Is she" Emily asked.

"I mean we don't know how long this has been going on" Emily said. "Spencer look you've gotta find out what Ian told Melissa you're the only one who can find out what he wants" Aria said.

"And where he is" Emily said.  They heard noises coming from the roof. "Let's get out of here" Spencer said and they all left the building quickly.

"Let's finish this in the morning okay I'm cold, damp, and scared we can talk at school" Hanna said.

"We can't talk at school remember the four of us plus Ava are supposed to be having separate time" Aria said.

"Where is Ava" Emily asked. "I think she's with Mike she probably fell asleep and didn't hear the phone" Aria said. 

"Doctor's orders" Emily said. "So, what are we supposed to do not talk to each other" Hanna asked. "We're in the same classes" Hanna said. "We just have to play it cool" Spencer said and the girls saw Jason DiLaurentis.

"It's Jason" Spencer said. "Did he move back in" Hanna asked. "What is all that" Spencer asked.

"That's all that stuff that those people left on my curb when Ali went missing those tributes Maya said her family kept those things when they moved in, they didn't have the heart to throw them out" Emily said.

"Apparently Jason moved on" Spencer said. "What's he doing back in the house" Hanna asked before noticing Aria's face.

"Aria are you okay" Hanna asked. "There's something I need to tell you guys something A told me about Ava" Aria said.

"What is it" Spencer asked and Aria shown them the picture of Ava's birth certificate on her phone shocking the girls. "Wait Ava's not a Cavanaugh" Spencer asked.

"Wait a minute Ava's father is Jason DiLaurantis" Emily said.

"How is this possible" Spencer asked. "I have no idea" Aria said. "Wait does Ava know" Emily asked.

"No but I have a feeling we're going to have to tell her before someone else does" Aria said.

"We can't just drop this bomb shell on her this is a lot to take in imagine being in her shoes" Spencer said. "We can't keep this secret from Ava" Emily said.

"I'm not saying we keep it from her I'm just saying this isn't something you don't just blurt out" Spencer said.

"Your right but we still need to tell her one way or another soon" Aria said and they sighed still shocked that Ava was actually a DiLaurentis and not a Cavanaugh and their phones all rang, and they opened seeing a message.

"Looks like daddy's home - A" the message said.

Ava was at her locker when Mona walked up. "Mona hey" Ava said. "Hey bestie" Mona said and Ava smiled. "So, tell me everything" Mona said. "About what" Ava asked. "Your date with Mike silly" Mona said.

"Oh, right we'll there's not really much to say it's just same old we went out for dinner went up to his room made out and ended up having sex" Ava said.

"Wow wait you lost your v card" Mona asked. "Maybe" Ava said. "Well how was it" Mona asked.

"It was great" Ava said. "Just great" Mona asked. "Okay mind blowing" Ava said and Mona smiled. "Come on let's get to class" Mona said and she and Ava left heading to class.

Ava was watching Mike at lacrosse practice doing some last-minute homework until it was time to leave.

Mike went over to Ava and tapped on her shoulder. Ava looked up and saw him. "Hey" Ava said, and Mike smiled at her giving her a quick kiss.

"Practice is almost over" Mike said. "Okay" Ava said. "You wanna go back to my place maybe play some video games" Mike asked.

"Sure, just got to be careful with this whole stupid therapy thing" Ava said. "Got it" Mike said and went back to practice lacrosse.

After hanging out with Mike, Ava went to eat out with Mona. "So how are things going with Mike" Mona asked. "Their great like always" Ava said. "What about you and Noel" Ava asked.

"As good as they can get, I suppose" Mona said. "I still don't get what you see in him" Ava said.

"Like you and Mike" Mona said. "Touché" Ava said, and Mona smiled. "I'm kidding you two are perfect for each other" Mona said.

"Thanks Mona" Ava said, and Mona smiled. "But if he breaks your heart, I will break him in half" Mona said.

"Don't worry if that happens, you'll be the first I'll call" Ava said and Mona smiled.

Ezra opened the present he got in the classroom that the students got him as he was quitting. "Aw" Ezra said once he saw what it was. "Thank you" Ezra said showing a book.

"Wasn't expecting this to be honest most of what's happened to me here I didn't expect, I didn't expect to connect with you the way that I have I never expected to feel this kind of loss over leaving you um stop me when this gets too maudlin but I'm not going to forget you I will remember your voices your questions your faces I cherish the time that I've spent here and I'm more grateful than I even know how to say there's a quote by Joseph Campbell and it goes you just give up the life you had planned in order to have the life that is waiting for you I thought I knew what that meant I didn't til I met you" Ezra said and the bell rang.

"Well, there it is oh, oh always read have a good life" Ezra said and the students left the classroom.

Hanna, Aria, and Emily met up with Spencer that night after she asked them to meet her, and she told them about Melissa's ultrasound.

"It was in the pocket of her raincoat and her raincoat was wet so were her boots" Melissa said.

"She lied to you about being out" Aria asked. "Well, she didn't go far I checked the driveway, and it was dry under her car, so it hadn't been moved all day" Spencer said.

"Who would she wanna show this to" Aria asked. "And I can only think of one person who would care" Hanna said. "Ian" Aria said.

"If she didn't take the car that means he must be close" Emily said.

"You guys' Hanna's right this is the worst time for us to be splitting up we have got to stay together" Spencer said.

"Yeah, no matter how much lying it takes" Hanna said. "Hey where's Ava" Spencer asked. "She couldn't come she's with Mona" Hanna said and they left the building.

"What is that" Emily asked. "Jason" Spencer said once she saw Jason come out. 

"Oh, it's you" Jason said. "Yeah, it's only us" Aria said. "Um what are you doing" Spencer asked. "I've been replanting all day and I'm putting up a fence" Jason said.

"A fence why for what" Hanna asked. "Privacy, security there's a lot of curious creeps in the world and one way or another people are gonna mind their own business you girls better go home" Jason said and they left.

"Who's he trying to keep out with that fence" Hanna asked. 

"Keep out or keep in" Spencer said. "Has anyone told Ava about Jason being her father" Emily asked.

"No" Aria said. "Not me" Hanna said. "No" Spencer said and they all sighed. "How are we supposed to tell Ava that her entire life has been a lie" Aria asked.
