It was a cloudy late morning in Toadtown and it looked as if it would rain. Today, Max was practicing for his magic show, getting ready for the magic acts he would perform. The show would be at his house today. He was in his room when outside it began to drizzle lightly as seen through the window.

"Hocus pocus!" Max chanted, waving his wand in the process.He pulled flowers out of his hat, excited and proud that Max is doing fine at the moment. Then as if by magic, there was a knock on the door and Max jumped as he yelled a little. Molly opened the door and a crate crashed down on her while streamers flew.

"Whoops, I forgot to remind you," Max sighed in relief, resting his small hand over his forehead with a gentle smile.

"Well, mother said to get downstairs so we can go to the Peaches and Toad Market, and put on your rain coat and hat," Molly stated.

"I'll be right there," said Max.

Max put down his wand and other magic supplies, then he went to pull his hat and rain-coat out of the dresser. As he did that, he tripped over Molly's hat. Max picked himself up and kicked a shoe to Molly's side of the room.

The mushrooms had their two rooms but had a retractable wall between them, which meant it could become a large room; but enough space for both of the siblings. Max ran out the door on his side of the room as soon as he finished getting ready and disappeared down the hallway.•

Toad walked in the café with a box from the Postal Service.

"So here is the new extension cords you ordered, Toadette," said Toad.

"Thank you, Toad," Toadette smiled, taking the slightly heavy box.

Just then, Mario entered the café.

"I heard you were closing early so I came for some cake and hot coco," Mario waved with a warm smile. "Oh yes. Today, Max will be performing a magic show at his house and I really want to see one,"

Toadette jumped up as she imagined what the magic show would look like in person.

"I thought you were going because you were going to be paid because you were bringing cake and refreshments" Toad shrugged.

"Well, maybe," Toadette simply smiled wide. "I ordered these for Max because his mother asked me, so I said yes."

"Why would he need 6 extension cords?" Mario asked, taking a seat at one of the tables.

"Beats me. Well, I better get back to the castle. Peach is having lunch with the mayor," Toad said, so he said a good-bye to his friends before he disappeared in the soaking rain.

As soon as Toad left the Toadette then arrived with slices of cake for Mario

."Oh Mario, also take this over to Hanover," said Toadette, blushing as she passed him a paper bag which had his lunch.

Inside the Peaches and Toad Market, Max was helping load the groceries quickly. He wanted to get home for his magic show.

"Slow down or you'll drop the-"SMASH! CRACK!"eggs," Molly sighed.

"I spoke too soon." Max muttered a small 'oops', breathing a little to calm his strong excitement.

When they were done with loading the groceries, their mother unlocked the door and they came in with the pack of extension cords. It was forty-five minutes 'till showtime, so Max had time to setup and practice. In twenty minutes, he was done setting up.

That meant he had twenty-five minutes to practice..... except there was something wrong. All 6 extensions were connected in a socket, as there were too many plugs to the extensions and adapters on the extensions.Downstairs, Molly was in the kitchen with her mother making lunch for the guests when suddenly the AC failed.

"Molly, open the window," said her mother.

Molly opened the window and drizzle flew in. Upstairs Max heard a knock and looked out the window, where most of the guests had arrived.

"Max, everyone has arrived! Get down here for your show,"

Molly called out.Max ran downstairs, excited about his show. Five minutes later, it was time for the show.

"Presenting the Magnificent MAX!" screamed Molly. Max came out. However, the window was open behind his set and drops of water went in and fell on the extension cord, beginning to create sparks. Unfortunately, no one noticed.

"Huzzah!" Max chanted, and flowers appeared inside his hat.

He gave the flowers he pulled out to Toadette.

"Hocus Pocus!" Max chanted another different spell, but for some reason, something went wrong.

"Does anyone know where the egg went?" he asked.

The audience of toads wondered while behind Max small flames sparked and the extension cords burned.

"I will know present to you Carrot Cake the Rab-"

"FIRE!" Toadette screamed, noticing the sparks.

The toads gasped and tried to open the door when suddenly flames spread over the carpet, blocking the door.

"Call for the Fire Brigade!"

Someone cried. Soon, there were sirens and the fire was put out as usual. But Max was upset.

"Sorry for not being safe," Max apologized "I should have not connected so many plugs in one socket."

"That's alright," his mother accepted her son's apology.

"Well, I have an idea for my next show!" Max said with a bright smile.

"Not again..." Molly muttered as she face palmed.

- Well this is the first episode of Season 2 will more like Wii U Addiction was the first episode. It's so great to be back I decided to release today because I was almost half done with the series! 's first story will be released in October. Only 2 stories will be released in August which is today and next week. So next week I start school and tomorrow I get to go to the lake!!!! Anyway that's all for now also today is a birthday it's Dancing_Butterflies's birthday please wish her a happy birthday!!!
