The survivors ran. After Bluestar had died, I had been called away to bring SkyClan back, where I lost my first life. Tigerstar had managed to invade the camp. After RiverClan joined him and he drove WindClan out, he came for us. He killed many innocent cats. He killed Whitestorm, Mousefur, all of the elders except Longtail, Cinderpelt, and Shrewpaw.

We bumped into WindClan. Tallstar spoke. "Firestar! I have returned from the Moonstone, and StarClan tells me to seek guidance from you!"

I thought, maybe there is another place we could go...I looked towards the river. Upstream...

"Actually, yes," I meowed. "I can."

It took us much longer than before to avoid Twolegplace altogether. We finally reached the gorge when someone yelled, "Invasion! Invasion!"

Warriors burst out of their dens. WindClan and ThunderClan prepared themselves.

"Stop!"

I turned. Another cat stepped out. She gasped. "Firestar! What are you doing here? And who are these cats?!"

"Leafstar, these cats are harmless, as long as they know they are not in danger. I have come to you in seek of help. An evil warrior named Tigerstar has taken over the forest. These are the survivors of Tallstar's clan, WindClan, and my clan, ThunderClan." I meowed.

Leafstar's eyes swept along the clans. Then she turned to hers. "Warriors of SkyClan!" She meowed. "Do you not recognize this cat? Firestar and Sandstorm has saved our clan. They will always be in our thanks. They are welcome here, as long as they remember they must still act like warriors." She eyed Tallstar.

I stepped up. "Of course, Leafstar. We wish no harm. We are as tied to the Warrior Code as you are, Whether or not we are in our outside of the forest." I just hope we can get back to the forest as soon as possible, I added silently.
