Bulimia and anorexia are conditions that people don't realise that they have until people point them out. Or until they have lost control over themselves. It still breaks me to see that people don't understand that mental health conditions don't see gender. Only girls don't suffer from anorexia and bulimia. Boys do too. And it's crucial that we as a society understand the consequences of it. This book has shown me a part of society that I wish never existed. And I hope you'll understand the message when you read the story. 

Don't listen to people when they say shit about you. All they do is talk, and it's our choice if we want to believe it. You're beautiful no matter what size, shape, gender, colour or race you are.

Just be yourself.
