Serena's log...

So today was a fun day Claire. Calem and I got some training in before our big match with Viola. Arceus it was hard! Anyway, backtracking a bit, Calem is better than I thought. His strategies are pretty good and his skills are nicely refined.

He won his first badge due to Vivillon getting knocked out first. It was soooo close! Still, he won and that's what matters. As for me? I won of course. I wouldn't be this perky if I didn't win. It was tougher than expected, but Chespin, Pidgey and I pulled through in the end. Viola has some serious skill though. It wasn't easy.

Enough of my blathering about my achievements. Shauna and the others already think I have a big head. Now...what else happened today? Oh yeeeeaaah...guess where my room is? Right next to Calem's. Yes, my friends are jerks and I kinda wanna hurt them. We were all going to pick our own rooms but NOPE! They decided to do that before me and do this to me.

Pricks. The lot of them. *Sigh* But, I do love them so. Shauna is always there for me to lean on. Tierno keeps me amused with his dancing and Trevor is pleasant to talk to. And then there's Calem. Calem is a good guy. I mean, a really good guy. I can't believe that's all I can say. Wow, I need to get it together.

Earler, as in ten minutes ago, we talked briefly outside about our room arrangements. I swear those Dunsparce friends of mine were just steps away from having us shack up together. That totally sounds like a Shauna move right? Right.

Anyway! Today marks the first step on the way to the Kalos League. I'm gonna do my best and by Arceus I hope Calem does too. What? I'm allowed to root for my rival okay!? He's the first new guy that doesn't look at me like his next meal. I don't want to mess that up.

I don't know Claire. What do you think? I mean, I like the guy. He's got a gentle heart, cute smile and my Arceus those eyes. Did I mention he's cute? Gah! I sound so stupid right now. I mean, I barely know the guy and yet here I am doing this again. Remember those entries about Tanner? Yeah, that guy. I swear...

Sorry Claire. Don't worry, I burned those pages. I swear, I attract some weird men. And now Calem's here. Should I try getting to know him more? Am I actually going to take Shauna's advice? Oh Arceus I'm actually considering it. I don't know that much about the guy. Maybe if I caught him alone I could get to know more.

Okay! I'll try that! It might be fun. He also mentioned that he's a mixed martial artist. Hey...that gives me an idea. Oh you're gonna love this Claire. Anyway, I need sleep.
