Talk to your counsellor,parent ,heck even talk to me if you a teen/preteen like me and you dont want a adult to tell you what to do how to do it how to cope just talk to me i can help you im not a therapist fudge im only 12 and i have to wait 2019 till im 13yrs old dang eeeehhh
