We've been laying in bed since that night. Well scratch that I have. I've been down and not feeling to do anything. Octavian is probably out cheating but I could care less.

I'm still the only human in this damn palace with all these bloodsuckers. Octavian comes in the room smelling like another female as always. "How's my angle doing today?" Same phrase he uses when he comes in from his long hard day at work.

"It was good." He nods and goes to the bathroom. I get up from the bed and walk down to the kitchen. I pour me some honey nut cereals in a bowl and fill it up with milk. I sit there in the quiet chewing on my cereal.

I wish I had someone to talk to. I was beginning to become very lonely. I also don't think this is good for my health. "Hello madam, how are you today?" I look up at the stranger and I frown. "Hi... who are you?"

"Hi I'm Stephan." I smile at him and he sits down next to me. "Cheerios! Those are my favorites!" He grabs my bowl and takes a bite. "Umm excuse you." I frown at him and he just smiles. " I can tell we're going to be good friends."

After a while we start to talk and get to know each other he's pretty cool. "What the hell Rose!" I freeze from talking to Stephan and look up. Octavian pulls me up. His fist swings and a searing pain is left on my eye.

I start at him for the longest and tears just stream down. Then I fall to the ground. I needed to let all of this out. "Mr. Octavian we weren't flirting or anything we're friends. Besides I have a girlfriend.

A girl with long blonde hair came in and kissed Stephan. She was gorgeous. She smiled at me and frowned.  She walked out with Stephan and I was left on the floor crying. Octavian looked down with a regretful facial expression.

I looked down and my tears hit the ground. "Listen Rose....." I look up at him. "Don't Rose me", I whisper. He picks me up setting me on the counter.

When he reaches his hand towards my face I flinch hard. I put my hands up in defense and wait for the hit. I look up when it doesn't come and he steps back. "What have I done?" He looks down at his hands them up to me.

He pulls onto his greasy hair and falls to the ground. I jump off the counter and rush over to him. I put my ear to his chest and I sigh in relieve. He's breathing that's a good sign.

I think on how I'm going to get him to the room, I start dragging him up the stairs which wasn't the smartest choice but I managed to get him up there. Well I had help from a friendly guy.

I laid  a towel on Octavian's forehead and and tucked him in bed. I didn't think it was such a good idea to sleep in bed with him
So I took my usual spot from the beginning and laid on the floor.

I open my eyes quick. How was i off the ground? I opened my one eye and looked at Octavian.  He got in bed and kept me on top of him.

"Why did you help me Rose?" I shrug, I really didn't know why I helped. He kissed my forehead. "I thought about it Rose I decided to keep all the humans in here and Anna is even coming back."

I look up at him fast and smile. I hug him real tight but let go. "You've still been cheating on me though. Each time you come
In the room you smell like perfume.
He looks down and sighs.

"I'm sorry, I know that I have been an asshole in the past but I'm going to change. How about we go out to dinner tomorrow?"

"Like a date!"

"Yeah like a date." He smiles and I smile back. I just wanted everything to be back to normal.
